How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. March of Swirling Mist

    During a sealed event for neon dynasty, the card 'March of Swirling Mist' failed to do anything, costing me a game. I selected a value for x, paid the mana, and it didn't let me pick creatures to phase out.

  2. Cant Challenge Player

    Every Time i go to challenge a specific player, will let me select a deck and type the name in but it says "cant submit deck" I am using the premade decks. Then when you retry you timeout of server connection. This issue has persisted since the last update. Hope it will be fixed soon

  3. Can’t Target Sheoldred, the Apocalypse

    Can’t target Sheoldred, the Apocalypse with neither Infernal Grasp nor Soul Transfer. Could target all other creatures.

  4. Server Connection Issue

    I was casting Shivan Devastator, when the connecting to server screen popped up right before I could select a value for X. Once the server reconnected, the Shivan Devestator remained suspended as shown in the attached screenshot. Previously I had cast a Time Warp I had gotten from Key to the Archive, after attacking with my Ancient Copper Dragon so I could get the treasure tokens to cast the aforementioned spells. Had there not been a server issue, I would have won the game right there, as the Time Warp would have allowed me to attack again. Instead, I almost…

  5. Please don't have rebalances done for Alchemy affect Historic

    Changes to ban/suspend/rebalance cards in Alchemy should have no impact on the cards in Historic.

    If a card is problematic in historic and you want to re-balance it specifically with that format in mind rather then ban it then I'm fine with that (though not everyone is).

    As a historic player I get excited for the most powerful cards that come out with each standard set since they are the most likely to be playable in historic. But them being powerful also means they are now the most likely cards to be nerfed based on Alchemy power level which dampens…

  6. Bug with fight rigging

    Two fight riggings on battlefield, with hidden away cards. One 6 powered creature on battlefield. Both fight rigging triggers go on stack at beginning of combat, I resolve the first by putting a counter on my creature and the hidden away cards come into play. When the first trigger is resolved the second trigger disappears from the stack and my second hideway cards stay exiled on fight rigging.

  7. Premier Draft Gone

    Was 3-0 in a Premier Draft of DMU and got paid out 1000 gems and can't rejoin. Please refund the original 1500 entry fee

  8. Weatherlight Compleated Oni-Cult Anvil Bug

    Weatherlight Compleated does not properly gain counters when constructs created by Oni-Cult Anvil die or are sacrificed.

  10. Lagomos

    Had Lagomos and Queen Allenal on the board and when the Lagomos token sacrifices at EOT the soldier from Allenal also gets sacrificed. Queen Allenal says nothing about the soldier gaining the traits of the Lagomos token. Please advise if I am missing something. This likely cost me at least one match.

  11. freeze at currently waiting screen

    The app always stuck at currently waiting screen when start match. This never happened before BRO update.

  12. Fake your own death bug

    Platform: PC

    Using "Fake your own death" card during opponent's turn doesn't work properly. It makes creature it was cast on exile instead of coming back to life.
    It should bring the creature back to life at the end of the turn and make a treasure token.

  13. Bug reporter

    I can't report a bug. I went to submit a request, I click "Report a bug or submit feedback (Powered by Uservoice)" then about 3 seconds later I am redirected to. https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs

    I am also trying to report a bug that says "Deck contains cards not in your collection." But I only use collected cards and nothing is marked red.

  14. I Got stuck on the " checking for active matches" screen, I was on a match and the game crashes, then I enter and got stuck in there

    I was playig a match, and the game crashes, then i try to enter again at the game, and I got stuck on "checking for active matches" screen and is like these a week ago, even if a restart de PC and the App

  16. App crashing constantly in iPad iOS

    App is crashing constantly in my iPad iOS. had not played in 1 or 2 months and now I'm back and out of 7 games I played in the last 4 days, 4 have crashed the app. This is absoluteley unplayable. It didn't use to be so bad. I don't know what you released but it's crashing to a point of leaving the game.

  17. alchemy

    As someone who has played almost every day for the past year and poured $1700+ into my Standard and Historic collections, the Alchemy changes in Historic make me regret ever playing Arena. Out of 20+ Historic decks only two were playable without swapping for rebalanced Alchemy cards, when they're not even the most broken cards in the format.

    I got into Historic because I was a kitchen table player in paper and wanted a more challenging and interesting format closer to what I was use to without using the unsightly and annoyingly cumbersome MTGO platform. Now I can't even escape…

  20. Compensation from Mana ***** to Mana Flood

    As a player I enjoy playing draft on Arena. What is an absolute disaster to the experience is when you have to hope that you don't get flooded with mana or screwed with mana during game play. I can understand ever so often this happening, because it happens in real life. My last game played today was the absolute worst case I have ever seen of mana ***** since playing magic. 17 land deck and the entire game I drew one outside of the two I had in hand.
