How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. timeout for afk / abusing players who play nothing

    Seems timeout from afk / abusing players doesn't follow an incremental rule where every timeout is shorter and balanced to the rythm of a game.
    After 4 turns a player use all timeout time every single action I made that play could still have plenty of time to simply do nothing.

    If a player use so much time to do nothing then timeout has to be balanced very strictly.

  2. Game crash when connecting to opponent

    When connecting to opponent, the game sometimes crashes and when it happens you would think to just to reopen the game and reconnect to the match (encountered in ranked/historic brawl/unranked queue) but it just keeps crashing upon trying to connect and will only be able to get back into the client when the match is over.

    Have heard from reddit that the only solution is to login to the same account through another device but could not try due to my phone being unsupported.

    Please fix this it is very annoying and really spoils the fun.

  4. Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest on Every device, changing network did not help, connection is over 200Mbit

    I cannot open the game, stuck at retrieving asset manifest and then an error. Network tested, over 200Mbit. Changed network, did not help, changed device, did not help.

  6. Mana Algorythm

    Fix Mana Algorythm. Example: 22 lands in a 62 card deck, averaging a land more than 1 out of every 3; yet my initial draw has 1 land... mulligan and again 1 land... the statistical odds for this to occur are very, VERY low. I could understand maybe 2 or 3 times in a year, but it happens every time I play. Mana floods and droughts are very consistent while normal mana flow seems to be a rarity. Also it seems opponents are not randomly assigned, but instead often it seems an opponent is selected that has a deck able…

  7. Mana Flooding EVERY GAME

    EVERY GAME I PLAY IS MANA FLOODED. Seriously guys can you not have the game manipulated and let it play fairly. I get it happens sometimes but it is clear that the game is rigged to have constant lands being drawn. Look at this picture. It’s like my deck piled all the lands on the top. Seriously fix this and let draws actually be random like as if it were a real physical deck. It keeps the game fair.

  8. stone brain

    The stone brain had been working a little more often after the patch on 11/22/22, but after game play, it still will not bring up the window in order to choose a card. It worked about 9/10 times, but that 10% is crucial. please fix.

  9. Sheoldred Stop on Upkeep

    When I'm tapped out and my opponent casts Sheoldred, it always goes direct to draw, skipping their end step, and my upkeep, not even allowing me to put a stop on my upkeep. This has frequently happened while I have an instant speed removal spell in my hand, which I would use on my upkeep to prevent the loss of life on the Sheoldred trigger. Am I supposed to always have a stop on my upkeep in expectation of them playing Sheoldred? I think that's unreasonable.

  10. Error updating data

    Stuck here and nothing works. I can't find fixes for mobile or if I do they don't work. The customer support can't help n they sent me here. It's so aggravating because I literally played less than 12 hours ago.

  14. Alchemy and Historic

    Is this a bad joke? Surely you can’t be this incompetent. Adding nerfed cards that are BALANCED FOR STANDARD to historic is idiotic. Also, literally no one asked for Alchemy what a waste of resources. Where is Pioneer, 4 player brawl, Modern or the myriad of other formats people actually want to play?! Will you be providing gem refunds for all the historic decks I built or should I just chargeback?

    Hey Wacky Wizards stop forcing Alchemy on us. Stop rewarding
    me with Alcrummy cards. I don't want you garbage. Any coincident
    that when I start a game cue or deck build it defaults to Alchemy??
    It shows your desperation. Stop your illegal practices.

  16. Opponent's stack timed out my timer

    My opponent put over 100 scute swarm triggers on the stack. It timed out their timer and then began to run down mine. The game then skipped through my turn allowing them to win the match

  17. paradox engine

    i have a new idea, you know how brawl is basically just commander but with planeswalkers as commanders? well, in commander, paradox engine is banned so why isn't it ******* banned in brawl too??? It suck all the ******* fun out of the game. you could make pithing needle legal in the format and i wouldn't give a **** as long as you ban paradox engine. please. i'm loosing my mind.

  18. STONE BRAIN FREEZES YOU OUT UPON ACTIVATION

    Stone Brain freezes you out upon activation on Mac. Suggestion for a fix would be to hire programmers and play testers with the millions you bring in on this game that know what they aRE DOING.

  19. Scute Swarm Token detection

    Because there is a Token limit on Arena, please implement something that so that cards like Scute Swarm will not trigger if the controller is at the limit. I have had my game crash due to an opponent repeatedly triggering Scute Swarm about 1000 times in a turn.

  20. Tapped land error

    I have been in several matches where lands that enter the field tapped are then tapped several times. For example, the duel lands that enter tapped and you gain a life. The opponent had an island and the blue/black land that enters tapped and they gain a life, so one available blue mana from the island, other land tapped. Then they summoned three creatures for a total of 3 colorless and 7 blue with one island and a tapped blue/black land that entered tapped and they gained a life. This was on the second turn of the game
