How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

First turn game froze, lost match
Game froze my first spell to remove ruin crab, had to restart and then it was my second turn and I’d already lost the advantage. Had to concede ranked match.

Auto-Tap Overrides Manually Tapped Mana
I cast the card Primal Might and target my Ghidora mutated on elvish mystic. I tapped all my mana manually and it when I click confirm for the amount I want pay and it auto taps my Ghidora instead of the mana I manually tapped. Causing me to lose.

Stop with Alchemy in Historic please!!
Hi,
Please, PLEASE stop putting Alchemy and other digital only cards cards in Historic (or other non-alchemy formats for that matter..)
It's such a dumb format now, just as Alchemy itself is just horrible.If you want to have Alchemy/Jumpstart on Arena, fine, but please leave Historic alone! If I wanted something where cards get made out of nothing I'd be playing heartstone or Eternal.
Jumpstart Horizons and Alchemy should not exist.

BAN MINION OF THE MIGHTY - STUPID and everyone plays it - frustrating - HATE IT!
I play against this deck way too often as it's an easy win for people. There is no point as I can't possibly win against it within a single turn as I lose with double strike dragon or dragon that creates 13+ treasure tokens. I have 1 land - STUPID and makes me want to quit the game!!

Network error
I'm trying to start a game but I get "Network error. Unable to join event. Please try again later." But I'm not trying to join an event, I'm trying to play a game. There's nothing wrong with my internet connection.

Reduced cost in alchemy bugged
I am playing from an IPhone; in alchemy is bugged the reduced mana cost of everything from spell like discover the formula or Geistchanneler, even trying to pay the mana cost manually; the game want me to pay the original mana cost.

Remove Alchemy from Historic Brawl.
I need you to remove Alchemy cards from Historic Brawl. The format bans sideboard/wishboard/learnboards, yet now we have these Alchemy cards that access cards from "spellbooks" which is the same thing. Spellbooks are outside the game. Bringing cards from outside the game in Brawl is banned. You need to remove the Alchemy cards from the format. It needs to happen immediately. You need to do it. You made a mistake. Fix your mistake.

Player Reporting system is pointless if repeat offenders are allowed to continue abuse.
In order to foster a fun playing environment, abusive players should be banned/suspended from play. Currently, it seems this is not the case. Three times in the past month, I have been matched up with a player named BlueSovereign who abuses the turn timer. Every time, I report that player but it seems my reporting does not result in any change.
If that is the case, using the reporting system is pointless.

Stop Rigging the GAME!!!
So many whales with 200+ cards getting wins because WIZARDS thought it a good idea to reward unskilled dollars and punish the skilled.
I would spend money on this game, if it wasn't so blatantly rigged.
How about setting up deck building tutorials to help the ... people... that don't understand how cramming a bunch of cards in your deck garuntees your loss...
But they win, a lot. Any 1 win is too many wins for a deck with 200+ cards.
So it's obvious.
This game is not about skill, it's about money.

Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Games are lost when pressing cancel before games begin
I have now lost three draft games by clicking "Cancel" when entering a game. At first it cancels the game and sends me to the draft-menu site as normal, but then later it says that I have lost the game.

Blinking the wandering emperor with yorion passes priority without giving you a chance to use it at end step, even when there is another trigger on the stack

Matchmaking broken
Matchmaking does not work. I have tried Historic Brawl, Jumpstart, and Standard Ranked queues. I sit in the queues for minutes and can't get a match. Either nobody is playing or matchmaker is broken, both of which should be Code Red for y'all.

Victories are not giving me experience for mastery tree
Aside from experience daily quests I am no longer getting experience from wins for my mastery tree

Freezing
The game keeps freezing in the middle of matches and occasionally while in the deck builder. Usually it happens either while the match is loading or after either me or the opponent plays a card. The game will just freeze completely, it doesnt really impede gameplay but you have to close the game and wait for it to load back in. After it loads back in your avatar is defaulted to Ajani and you cant do any emotes the rest of the match because the emote bar becomes completely black.
