How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00

    The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

  2. Crashing iPad

    Game crashing has gotten really, really bad again. Only a single game I played DIDN’T crash today. This means I cannot think about my turns, I have to rush through to prevent either timewalking myself or conceding without wanting to. It is infuriating, it is enraging, it is wholly unacceptable. If I’m losing games in limited because of this, it is losing me more than a game, it is losing me money. Fix this ASAP!

  3. Game closes out when opponent plays a certain card

    There may be other triggers to this, but I have play a few games now where my opponent will play “Koma, Cosmos Serpent” and my game will crash and close out. It will then take me 1-5 tries of getting back into the game (without it crashing again) before it will resume the match.
    Again, I’m not sure if there are other cards or triggers but the constant I am finding for me is the Koma card

  5. Broken Shuffle

    Your shuffle code is massively broken! I consistently draw 4-5 lands per game total. It is rare that I get above that! Each of my decks has a little over 1/3 of the deck comprised of land (i.e. my 60 card decks have about 24 lands and my 100 card decks have between 34-36 lands on average). This means, in a statistically normal shuffle, I should be drawing a land card about every third or fourth card.

  6. Sparky stuck on Color Challenge and Starter Deck duel

    I have completed BOTH the 'Color Challenge' and the 'Starter Deck Duels' but sparky is stuck in an endless loop of "Wow, you've beaten all of the color challenges". This is my HOME page and will not allow me to participate in any other events that may show on home screen...PLEASE fix this issue. I cant participate in any in-game events that I can see showing on my friends game but not mine (and we have accomplished the same stuff in game). Very frustrating here. Ive seen forums with 30-40 people with this same issue that dates back to August.…

  7. Color Challenge Network Error

    Can’t complete color challenge. I keep getting network error for trying to complete last challenge which is the pvp.

  8. Plainscycle bug

    When playing a draft for CoI, drafted 2 of the plainscyclers, played them maindeck, needed plains, couldn't cycle and lost the game. chalked it up to user error, 2nd game same thing, couldn't cycle, lost the game again. Give me my money back.

  9. Invasion of Alara and Bramble Familiar

    Casting Invasion of Alara into a <5 cmc adventure card should not let you play the >4 cmc adventure portion of the spell. I thought this was already determined with Cascade rules. On Arena, people are using Invasion of Alara to hit Bramble Familiar, but instead of playing the creature, they play the 7 cost adventure attached.

  10. Treasure cruise won't resolve, had to restart client to avoid getting timed out

    I'm on PC playing arena.
    This happened to me 3 times already, I'm not sure how to replicate the bug so as far as I can tell delve spells seems to hang the client.
    Restarting the client seems to resolve the issue but I'm not sure what It looks like from the other side of the table.

  12. Wrench Bug, could not activate ability given to creature to tap a creature

    I had an untapped creature without summoning sickness, with the card Wrench attached to it. Hovering over the creature, I could see that the creature was being given the ability to spend 3 mana to tap a creature. However, clicking it did nothing despite having 2 untapped Islands and 2 untapped Plains. This happened in a Premier draft event and caused me to lose the game.

  14. Shows "Network Error" when I try to challenge my friend

    Whenever I try to challenge my friend, I send the challenge, he accepts it, but then when I try to go into the actual game it loads for a while and says "Network Error." I know my internet is running well because I can go into other matches just fine, this only happens when challenging my friend. It started happening today.

  15. BUG: Interaction between Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch and Swift Spiral not working correctly

    Targeting Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch with Swift Spiral (Instant - Adventure on 'Twining Twins') sends Ojer Pakpatiq to exile as intended and gives Twining Twins rebound, which then goes to exile. At beginning of next end step, Ojer Pakpatiq returns to battlefield but so does Twining Twins, which should remain in exile until the next upkeep to be cast with the rebound trigger.

    Bug noticed on PC.

    Results experienced as above.

    Results expected: rebound trigger in upkeep, giving Twining Twins the option of casting either Twining Twins or Swift Spiral.

    No screenshots taken.

    No workaround, process beyond my control.

  16. Game freezes when timer runs out

    Playing on PC.

    Game freezes when opponent's timer runs out. They do not progress through their turn. Trying to concede the match does nothing. Have to use Task Manager to quit the game.

    Similar thing happened on my turn yesterday. Game didn't allow me to play any cards. Timer appeared and ran out, but my turn didn't automatically progress & end, and I didn't auto lose. Concede didn't work, and once again had to use Task Manager to forcibly stop the app.

  18. Incinerator of the Guilty

    Opponent attacked with an Incinerator of the Guilty at 6/6, played Toxin Analysis on it. I had blocked with a 1/2, a 1/4, a 2/4, and I cast a +2/+2 pump spell on the 2/4 creature. It still managed to hit three trample damage, which mathematically makes no sense in any single battle interaction, let alone all together. This killed all three defenders and allowed my opponent to board-wipe the rest of my creatures. Very, very disappointed that this happened in a draft.   19. Fragment Reality needs a nerf/ban

    The Leylines - Fragment Reality - Geist of Saint Traft deck is utterly broken in the historic setup. There is absolutely no interaction. Remember, half the time they will go first and have geist out there before you played your first land, rendering half the encounters non-games.

    There is zero choices involved besides praying you won the proverbial coin flip to go first and hard mulliganing for answers which oftentimes you had to put in your deck to begin with gimping your deck against others.

  20. Unable to submit deck

    You know, not that I'm trying to sound ungrateful, but why is it with every new set the app seems to take a massive **** and there's bugs galore. I can't play with my friends which you would think would be a quickly resolved issue, but no, we need my little pony sleeves and avatars more than a stable app. What the actual **** WOTC.
