How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Friendly brawl not functioning
Since the new update, when I try to make a friendly brawl on Android, my screen shows friendly brawl but my friend shows 60 card deck, and when I select a brawl deck it says invalid deck option. And vice versa, when they send one to me. This will then bug the game and will have to close the app fully.

Stop with Alchemy in Historic please!!
Hi,
Please, PLEASE stop putting Alchemy and other digital only cards cards in Historic (or other non-alchemy formats for that matter..)
It's such a dumb format now, just as Alchemy itself is just horrible.If you want to have Alchemy/Jumpstart on Arena, fine, but please leave Historic alone! If I wanted something where cards get made out of nothing I'd be playing heartstone or Eternal.
Jumpstart Horizons and Alchemy should not exist.

Unable to log in: Attach failed to drop other attach
In the login screen, I get either :Unable to log in: “ Attach failed to drop other attach” or “authentication failed due to timeout”. I have reinstalled the app and used both iOS and Android devices but am still unable to login after more than half an hour. Arena status webpage indicates no issues at the moment. Please provide a fix for the issue.

Program close
The program close when on the play screen, before lanching a match. It look like a missing file: see debug.log

Constructed rank not changing after matches since last update
Playing standard ranked on Android, My constructed rank hasn't gone up or down since the last update.

Standard Ranking not reflecting wins or losses
As of at least 13 Dec 21 the Standard Rank is not updating after wins or losses in Ranked Standard play. The Limited ranking seems to be working, but it may not be working correctly and just seems to me doing so. Please fix this. Thank you.

the game crash and when I try to join the match, the game crash systematicaly I cannot select deck or anything when I click on play button.

デッキを変えるたびにこちらに不利なデッキばかりとマッチングさせられる。
クリーチャーメインのデッキを作ったら除去デッキばかり、コントロールデッキに変えればアグロデッキばかり。

Rebalanced cards cannot be used in "friendly brawl" challenges in historic brawl decks but work fine in historic brawl play mode
Please introduce a historic brawl direct challenge to fix the above stated issues, and also to fix you and your friend from potentially selecting different decks as presently you can select a 100 card historic brawl and your friend can select a 60 card brawl. Also when using friendly brawl a glitch happens during loading where your deck is shown improperly as fblthp and a garbled deck name

ERROR in Historic Brawl Deck Eligibility
After the most recent update (12/8?), Arena is NOT IDENTIFYING BANNED CARDS CORRECTLY, resulting in a disqualification of many of my brawl decks for Historic Brawl play.
It looks like the problem is that any card which has been banned, even in a specific brawl event, is banned in Historic Brawl.
Example: I can't play any brawl deck that includes [Faceless Haven], because it was banned in some event format. When I hover, I see that this card was banned in:
1. Historic Shakeup: Week 2
2. Historic Shakeup: Week 3About half my brawl decks now have this issue.

alchemy
As someone who has played almost every day for the past year and poured $1700+ into my Standard and Historic collections, the Alchemy changes in Historic make me regret ever playing Arena. Out of 20+ Historic decks only two were playable without swapping for rebalanced Alchemy cards, when they're not even the most broken cards in the format.
I got into Historic because I was a kitchen table player in paper and wanted a more challenging and interesting format closer to what I was use to without using the unsightly and annoyingly cumbersome MTGO platform. Now I can't even escape…

Shuffling
The update today, 12/9/2021 has had me having 0 lands in hand after multiple mulligans. This is ridiculous. It's to the point where I'm putting down arena. There's no point in playing a game that resembles an EA based strategy. I'd rather go and play some knockoff online before putting anymore time and energy into this. It would be a different story if it was a one off instance, but I have consistently had 0 land hands mulligan in down to 2 before drawing a hand of all lands. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.

Alternate card styles
Is this issue being worked? I reported this 2 weeks ago.
The alternate card styles show in deck builder but not in matches.
To be clear, its only card styles that the artwork vis different from the original arts on the card. so the styles that have motion but are still the same. art appear to work.
