How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Osteomancer ability still doesn't work
Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability still doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures. Because no non-creature card is left in the graveyard zone you cannot select your graveyard to pay for forage. Instead all your graveyard appears as castable cards.
This problem has been reported more than two months ago and it still exists, how is this still not fixed? Reporting again in the hopes it gets attention. Adept is the only rare and by far the best card in my BLB quick draft deck. Would be nice to play…3 votes -

ログの時間帯ころのボット戦だが、
クリーチャーやスタックの処理量が多いときに処理が重くなる
のはいつものことだが、

All Aetherdrift pack art and card art is completely black and all other pack art is ghosted out.

Bushido tooltip missing
The Bushido ability has no tooltip for it's reminder text.

Please add collection tab to main screen
Please add collection tab to main screen. It's inconvenient to navigate multiple screens each time, and there's plenty of room for it.
Picture shown is me adding it 4 times in ms paint before the space normally reserved for draft tokens etc. (of course, adding it once is enough)

More info Button on Weekly Announcements always goes to 404

make a digital platform that isn't doodoo
Make the game less awful. Just once, try making a digital platform that isn't 1 million times worse than playing in paper. Fire everyone involved with arena and start over.

24 Sep 24 update causes game to crash
After downloading the updates on 24 Sep 24 the game will not load.
It comes up with a black screen with: Asset Error Detected
Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents
( OK )
The first time this screen comes up it will reload if you press OK. After the first time it will not reload and you can not press the OK button.5 votes -

I lost 3 ranked game because after I side and I wanna go back to the game it reminds me on the same side page and I am not able to do anything but waiting for the timer, and after I ve waited with my side in, I get redirected to the game without any side...

find match window problem
When I go to "find match" there aren't any playable visible decks, the rank is off and I can't choose the deck to play with...

Reproducible Game Freezes
Since last update, game will immediately freeze after 1) attempting to access store and 2) scrolling over rewards on home screen. If I steer around these problems, I eventually run into a mid-match freeze.
I can find no fix, including game reinstalls, computer restart, computer clean boots with no startup apps, and dropping game settings to lowest graphics.
I'm playing on a PC that has handled MTGA for 2 years without problems.

Constant crashes on Android since Foundations release
Game constantly crashing on Android since the release of Foundations. Crashing is frequent and sometimes happens with seemingly no cause, though accessing the deckbuilder always causes a crash before I can finish assembling a deck, and attempting to cast any "split" cards or "Room" enchantments causes an instant crash every time.

Game unplayable on PC since Oct. 15th 2024 update.
The game is so choppy it takes literally hours to load basic functions like opening packs etc. & just gets stuck. Completely unplayable on PC.

Visual bugs - white boxes over interactive buttons
White boxes covering interactive buttons. Logging in and out does not fix it, but closing and restarting the client does.

game goes from full screen to windowed mode.
Game goes from full screen to windowed mode every time there is a new window in MTGA. This has been going on for over 3 months.
It makes me not want to play your game at all. I fixed it with adding another core.dll to the folder. Your new update ruined it all again.

Art Style not working for fetchlands
Since the latest patch the Zendikar fetch lands cycle (Scalding Tarn, Marsh Flats, etc - reprinted in MH2) use the really old border instead of the modern one that they used before the patch. As you can't select an art style to switch between the two, this seems to be a bug.
The similar cycle from Onslaught (Wooded Foothills et al - reprinted in MH3) is not affected.

Auto Tapper Issue
Auto Tapper doesnt properly account for the ETB of Tranquill Frillback. I had it happen multiple times that it tapped two green sources to cast, leaving only a non green land untapped. With autotapper usually being somewhat reliable it sucks to take a loss because of this seeming oversight
