How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

koma cosmos
Why is it so hard for you to fix Koma, the Cosmos Serpent? She crashes every game on mobile. Has been doing that for MONTHS. So many people have reported it, upvoted it and posted on social media about it by now. Do you guys go to work or just call in sick every second day or what's up with this company? Graphical glitches, crashes, and computer crashes.
Ever since the Duskmourn update, I (and multiple other people, including a few other bug reports on here) have been experiencing graphical glitches and freezes, including application crashes, as well as computer crashes caused by "graphical exceptions" on mutliple macs.
Hopping straight into a game with a already-made deck, including stuff like Jump In, still works (with a few graphical glitches here and there), but the minute you try to edit a deck, go to the shop, open a pack, or go to any other part of the application, it glitches like crazy and periodically freezes.
Reinstalling doesn't help.

Settings request to mute planewalkers
Planeswalker cards have a speech effect. Give us a setting to mute it, please. I am fairly new to Arena, and I am already sick of their overly dramatic sound bytes.

no keep hand button
The last 2 hands I have played on my Windows PC have lacked the "keep hand" button, only having free mulligan as an option. The causes me to immediately use my timer.

freezing when joining a draft
After paying for a bloomburrow premier draft arena freezes while waiting for a server, and then crashes. I have the same experience whenever I restart arena to restart the draft. So far, I have tried reinstalling arena and restarting my computer but this has not fixed the issue. However, I am able to play other formats. Logs attached in case they are useful.

Application freezing and crashing
The application has been freezing and crashing multiple times since 12th Sept update.
I am unable to go into the 'Packs' menu as the application immediately freezes and crashes.
Decks / playing games: The application freezes and then crashes frequently but intermittently so I can play a game for a few minutes but eventually it will freeze and crash, and I have to restart.I am using Windows 10 Core i5 laptop and attached is a log file from today where I have tried to open 'Packs'

DFT orb graphic in Home screen card over Play screen
Windows Desktop Client UI. Orb graphic from DFT Home screen card (graphicerrorsource.png) is displayed over the Play screen (graphic_error.png). When the card on the Home screen changes, the orb graphic goes away from the Play screen.

Start Your Engines Animation
I play with the Italian version of MTG Arena, with the new expansion aetherdrift I do not see the effect "start your engines!", this error occurs on every card that has this effect . I tried to load the game in English and in that mode the effect is readable.

Arena leaving Full Screen from 3440x1440
Hello - Arena leaves full screen and goes to a windowed version of itself every time I leave a match (for sideboard) or completion. I am playing Full screen at 3440x1440 but it will default to windowed 2560x1440. This is super annoying --- any fixes?

Bestow
On mobile, when a bestowed creature dies it falls off but its icon stays small as if it is still an aura. If multiple creatures are created this way they stack on top of one another and are unable to be selected for the purposes of targeting, attacking, and blocking. Lost games because of this :(

Cards not moving from the stack to the correct places on the board and other visual bugs
I had numerous issues in my most recent game.
- After attacking my Invasion of Gobakhan and casting the back side Lightshield Array, an infinitely cascading number of blue "1" indicators for the single +1/+1 counter on my creature appeared after the Array's trigger.
- Creatures cast from hand stopped leaving the stack area. Additionally, lands stopped moving from where I dropped them after dragging them from my hand.

Bug: Can't equip more than 9 phrase emotes.
The bug that causes stock phrases to count against number of phrase emotes you can equip is apparently back. Can only equip 9 phrases. Please fix. I didn't spend time and resources to be unable to use what I gathered.

entire application unuseable on mac - all of the UI is glitching and all actions are delayed

DFT Yellow Robot pet not respecting mute setting
While opponent is muted, the Aetherdrift yellow robot pet continues to make noise and bolt across the screen. It does not respect the mute setting. Very annoying.

"Arena Weekly Announcements" link in MTGA inbox throws 404 error
If you click the link in the "Arena Weekly Announcements" message within the MTGA inbox, it takes you to a 404 error page.
This has been happening for about the last month, and the 404 error goes away after a few hours, so there's clearly a timing issue with the post and notification publishing.

Auto tap
TURN OFF AUTO TAP! IF you aren't going to allow me to turn it off, then you better quit allowing it to tap the wrong ******* mana as it conveniently sees fit depending on how much "happniness" ur aibot determines it needs to control the game so people don't quit. ENOUGH already. How many games do i have to endure a long loss for it to be right, or should i start quitting automatically to push people thru ranked, so i have some control over my games as opposed to the NO CONTROL i currently have between the shuffler, auto=tap,…

crash when logging to the app on Mac
Crash when launching the app on Mac
Problem :
- Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
- Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
- There is no error message - I just come back to my deskMy Config
- Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
- MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1What I already did :

XP not given after 6th win today
After my 6th win of the day, each subsequent win displayed the graphic that I received 25 XP, but my XP total didn't change.
