How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Reconnect latency unacceptably slow

    When reconnecting, after the loading screen is gone, it always takes at minimum 20s of 'Currently Waiting' before it finds the match. This seems unreasonablly high, especially considering that the client has already detected the match in progress. It's also significantly slower than it used to be (10s) and significantly slower than matchmaking time (usually ~10s).

    Usually, this results in me missing a turn, and, if I'm really unlucky, missing a land drop (which is basically game over). Combined with a forced client restart when changing connections (the game hangs indefinitely on 'waiting for server connection'), this is a really…

  3. Weird white screen after playing a game

    After I played a game the screen overlay just turned like this and it won’t go back.

  4. Transparent Graphics not Displaying Properly

    As of the the 1 - 26 - 24 update it seems there's an issue with alpha channels for match graphics.

    Running on Win 10, playing through Steam.

    The Cave Raptor pet's feathers have a black box around them.

    The Lantern Giest pet has a white pixelated outline.

    The NEO full art lands are missing the characters for each land type.

    Attacks show a partially opaque box around the attacker's arrows.

    All the card outlines have severe Aliasing.

    Not shown, in the pre-match mulligan screen is a grey opaque box around the whole match screen, just below the cards in…

  5. Error Updating Data:Please check youre connection and try again

    Everytime i try to log into the game from My PC it gives me that error and i have tried to load from a different client and ive tried the file fixes but nothing works.

  6. Cards Glitch

    I'm playing a Draft and suddenly I drew a couple of glitched cards that I don't what they are. I hover them and they start glitching even more. I played one of them and it got stuck on the right side of the screen and was left there the whole match. For some reason the game log is 224mb so obviously I couldn't upload it, let me know if you want by email or something.

  7. trying to change companion crashes game

    Clicking on the "Companion" button in any context crashes my client. Whether I try to change it from the Profile tab or within the deck builder clicking on it consistently and immediately crashes the app direct to desktop. Client is running on Windows PC.

  8. Lock up requiring exiting game and coming back in to proceed

    Weird lockup occurred. I attacked a large team into my opponent. after blocks, a bunch of my stuff died, but was brought back by hofri ghostforge. Once triggers started resolving, game got stuck on Cathar's crusade trigger. Neither me nor opponent had timing rope counting down. only way I could proceed was exiting client and coming back in. This continued to happen for rest of game, until opponent conceded. Some combination of Ojer Taq, Impact tremors, cathar's crusade may have causaed it

  9. change payment information does not load (PC)

    Difficulty opening change my payment information page within MTGA store.
    Stuck on buffering screen. Have restarted the app several time but no help.

  10. visual BUG

    Sometimes after I play some minutes the interface present some visual bugs or in the top menu, where I cannot see anything except white squares or during the sideboard in match games as in the attached example. It's really annoying and all I can do is to restart the application. Can you fix this defect??????

    Improve server connection, because the app lost its connection even if I'm connected to wifi or if my phone has 4G.
    I've been disconnected too many times during a match without a reason.

  13. Randomizing shuffle on start of game better

    There needs to be more randomize going of shuffle at the beginning of the games. For instance when I'm playing against a mono white player they seem to always get 2 mana and 3 soul wardens off rip every game I know this because I use duress. I play historic ranked. There is no way you should be getting 3 of the same card plus 2 other good cards every game from the start its ******** and wizards you need to fix this. No one will pay money for **** if the shuffle on the start of the game is…

  15. Text invisible in settings

    Using Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, both in cover screen and in inner screen.
    After using the application for a while (either playing a match or browsing around the menus) all text in the settings becomes invisible. Both the main settings menu and the inner Gameplay and Audio menus.
    When restarted, the text is visible again, and then stops being visible after using the app for a while.
    The language chooser's items seem unaffected, but only when it's openez.

  18. non-conditional "Thanks!"/"Sorry!"

    Sometimes you just need to apologize in advance of your play, or give gratitude for how the opponent stacked their combo of spells and triggers during their turn. For this, I would hope you unlock "Thanks!" & "Sorry!" emotes without needing to use them as limited-time replies to "Nice!" and "Oops."

    saw some other people had this problem but no solutions, stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up. any updates to this problem?
