How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cant connect to server

    Still can't connect to server and have been trying all day! I tried turning my phone on and off, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing is working on my Google phone.

  2. App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest

    Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
    When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”

    Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

  3. Asset Error Detected

    After the latest update, I can't get in. I get "asset error detected" message. I tried rebooting, uninstalling/installing (both Epic and MTGA), and tried connecting to a different wi-fi. Always the same error immediately upon entering. I'm on a macbook pro.

    Enter settings that allow you to disable animations.
    Specifically, the settings should allow you to disable the animations of: pet, saga cards, all animations in general

  8. Android Magic Arena doesn’t work on Wifi

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and ever since BRO was released, it refuses to connect via WiFi (see screenshot) - even when you tell it to retry connection, it never works. It works as expected only via mobile (T-Mobile 5G). Even the latest patch released on 11/22/22 didn't fix the issue.

  9. Show phases button in options (or pressing L) don't work

    When you set the game to show phases and go out of the settings, it doesn't show the phases still, and when you go back into settings it has unticked itself again. It does this over and over. Once you get locked into this bug, you cannot get the phases to show unless you force full control mode all the time.

    Pretty huge bug as it makes you unable to play normally.

  10. Exquisite blood and marauding priest

    Exquisite blood and marauding priest start an infinite loop. The game has basically ended because loop. But big issue game takes away ability to concede so you basically have to watch. And it can go on forever because it’s 1 life point at a time. I haven’t experienced any other loop take away the post where you can concede

  11. Emotes

    I am trying to change one of the new Emotes over one of the old ones, but all i get is an Error saying "Equip Cap Over the limit". In one of the screenshots, there is one spot free for the new Emote, but when i Equip it, it gives the error in the other screenshot. I do not know if it works on Mobile, but on my PC it does not seem to work at all.

  12. カード名検索について

    対戦中、カード名を指定する検索欄にて、かなり多くのカードが名前を間違っていなくとも検索にひっかからず、持ち時間をただ消費するだけになってしまいます。
    しっかりと一字一句間違いなく入力しても何も表示されず、イベントなとで勝ててる試合なども多々あります。勝敗はもうどうでも良いので、この検索フィルターをなんとかしないた試合どころではないです。

    After every game when it comes to sideboarding my decks list gets a white highlight with some cards box being completely whited out

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  15. cannot get collection

    Ever since last update I have been able to log in and play around 1 out of 10 times. I always get a "cannot get collection" error that proceeds to retry than a blank screen or network error. if eve i am successful logging in the store is not accessible. this is VERY frustrating considering ive spent so much on this game! ive attached some videos, one even with a speedtest showing my internet speed. one shows being able to log in with the store not accessible. i get to play one to two games then i get the cannot…

  18. Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar [solved]

    Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar. The Video uploaded does not show ingame, only loading the game. Yet ingame it´s the same.

    I used an Avatar, then bought Squee and applied after transaction as standard. since then my avatar is locked and whichever i choose it´s always the same avatar ingame.
    Support couldn´t help - reinstalled the game - uninstalled with revo intensive mode, disabled windows coreisolation - i am not using third party AV or vpn.

    EDIT while participating in the sealed-dominaria event (12.000 coins) the avatar is not locked.

    on traditional historic play it is still locked…

    I can't connect to the game at all with this message :

    " Connection Lost

    You've lost your connection to the server"

    But my internet connection is working perfectly fine as I can play other games.

  20. Sideboard bug

    Hi,
    I have a problem in traditional standard game with sideboard. As you see in the images instead having number of cards of my deck, i have a drop down menu with writing option A, option B and Option C. This means when every time i modify my deck in best of 3 matches i have to count all cards if there are 60 cards in the main deck.
    I only encountered this problem on my phone galaxy s9+ android. Fix it, i've already reported this bug 1 month ago but situation is not changed. Wake up Wizard.
