How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Firja's alternate artwork

    Firja's currently bugged in Arena. I have the alternate Kaldheim art for her, and I also opened her Multiverse Legends card from a MOM pack in Arena. However, I can't use the Multiverse Legends card art at all. The only options I have are two instances of the Kaldheim art.

  2. App Not Working

    Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.

  3. won't load past "checking for active matches"

    On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.

    I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

  4. It says another download is already in progress

    At one point I needed to update my game or something where I needed to redownload it but when I started the download it said that it couldn't continue because there was another download already in progress and said it needed to finish that first. This makes sense but there's nothing on my computer downloading at all, that I can find, so I don't know what stopping it from downloading. I came here basically to ask if it's a problem with Arena itself or my computer.

  5. artifact blocked by UI, cannot select it with mouse

    I cannot select the Clue artifact on the bottom right. It's blocked by the UI.

  6. Sideboard Cards Bug (all showing as "new")

    The sideboard between games of Bo3 shows all of the sideboard cards as new. This seemed to have started when the patch introducing favorite styles was introduced.

  7. Codex of Multiverse / New Player Bug

    I am a new player to MTG Arena even though I played a ton of paper Magic.
    now after finishing the Tutorial, playing every game of the Color Challenge, the Interface shows me this (screenshot). the Codex shows new content even though i read everything already. the color challenge asks me to resume even though everything is marked as finished. i played a couple of games in "Spark Ranked" with my own created deck, and i get no progress in leveling up my tier Rank nor finishing the "win 1 match of spark Ranked" Quest. please help

  9. cannot get collection

    Ever since last update I have been able to log in and play around 1 out of 10 times. I always get a "cannot get collection" error that proceeds to retry than a blank screen or network error. if eve i am successful logging in the store is not accessible. this is VERY frustrating considering ive spent so much on this game! ive attached some videos, one even with a speedtest showing my internet speed. one shows being able to log in with the store not accessible. i get to play one to two games then i get the cannot…

  10. Android Magic Arena doesn’t work on Wifi

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and ever since BRO was released, it refuses to connect via WiFi (see screenshot) - even when you tell it to retry connection, it never works. It works as expected only via mobile (T-Mobile 5G). Even the latest patch released on 11/22/22 didn't fix the issue.

  11. Saga not displaying correctly in 'pack opening' screen

    Opened a new LOTR pack. Received card 'The Bath Song'. The card does not display correctly: It is missing the logos for Saga phases I and II.

  12. can't favourite card versions if they have a cosmetic skin active

    The new feature for favouriting specific card versions does not work properly on cards that have a cosmetic skin active (e.g. extended art, STX japanese alt art...). The favourite button does not show up unless the skin is disabled. Reenabling the skin after setting the card version as favourite makes it behave properly (the card version with the skin is picked first) but it is an extra step which feels tedious.

  13. Sparky resets after updating client

    Please stop having the tutorial robot explain constructed and limited rank every time I visit my profile after a new set. The audio for these types of things should be played once

  14. Repeated client halts on MacBook Pro M2 Max.

    Client repeatedly halts in queuing for matches, force restart required, then post match where it halted the game will freeze on a black screen and require another restart. unplayable!

  15. Cannot play after LotR update

    After the update, I have not been able to play due to lag. I log into the game initial screen fine, but once I enter any further mode, including decks or packs, the game lags to the point I am unable to do anything. I have uninstalled twice, restarted my computer and closed all apps several times, and even ensured that my computer OS is up to date.

  17. 2023年6月20日のアップデート以降、ゲームの終了後にアプリケーションが必ず強制終了してしまう

    2023年6月20日のアップデート以降、ゲームの後の報酬を受け取る場面でアプリケーションが必ず強制終了してしまう。10回以上ゲームをしたが、1度の例外もない。
    バージョンは2023.27.0.4609.1010995。

  18. Arena won’t launch

    Since the MoM update yesterday I’ve intermittently had this issue where upon opening the app the startup gets stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest”. After what I assume is a timeout I get the message “Error Updating Data: Please check your connection and try again.” My internet connection is fine as I am able to access other sites/services.

    I am on iPad.

  19. Bug: When opening MOM Packs in x10 groups, not all of the rares opened are shown

    This bug is reproduceable by opening MOM packs in groups of 10. Exactly 10 rares are shown, but you are pretty much always going to get more than 10 rares from 10 MOM packs. I'm not sure but this might be the first time in MTGA when 10 packs can produce more than 10 rares, and nobody at Wizards thought to update the 10x pack opening UI. The issue definitely happens on the windows MTGA client, but I'd bet it happens on all platforms.

  20. iPad crash

    The game will not open on iPad after the most recent update on 4/28/22. I have to uninstall the game and then reinstall to play again. Then when the game crashes, it won’t let me open the app, and I have to uninstall/reinstall again. Please fix this!
