How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Android Magic Arena doesn’t work on Wifi

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and ever since BRO was released, it refuses to connect via WiFi (see screenshot) - even when you tell it to retry connection, it never works. It works as expected only via mobile (T-Mobile 5G). Even the latest patch released on 11/22/22 didn't fix the issue.

  2. Secluded Courtyard Creature Type Missing

    The Shrine creature type is not an option when playing the land Secluded Courtyard. This inhibits decks with Shrine creatures in them.

  3. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  4. Game freezing randomly on Android

    On Android, the game will freeze at random times, sometimes it will unfreeze and sometimes it won't, after some time if it hasn't unfroze, the game will crash.
    It happens quite often, I'd say in 50% of games.
    I've no idea what causes it.
    I tried to disable the pet but it had no noticeable effect.

  5. download

    I am unable to download the new phyrexia all will be one. Every time I try the download stops and the game crashes. Something after this command makes my game freeze.

  6. Friend Challenge Crashes

    The Friend Challenge system seems to be broken. It takes multiple tries to get a friendly challenge to be successful. Some errors I've had include:
    - When challenged, press accept challenge, pulls up select deck screen, select deck, press play, button becomes unclickable and challenge doesn't start
    - When in deck select screen, press play, loop occurs with a pop up saying that if I leave the page the challenge will be canceled, and whether I press cancel or select deck, the pop up reappears until I log out and log back in

  8. cannot get collection

    Ever since last update I have been able to log in and play around 1 out of 10 times. I always get a "cannot get collection" error that proceeds to retry than a blank screen or network error. if eve i am successful logging in the store is not accessible. this is VERY frustrating considering ive spent so much on this game! ive attached some videos, one even with a speedtest showing my internet speed. one shows being able to log in with the store not accessible. i get to play one to two games then i get the cannot…

  9. Emotes

    I am trying to change one of the new Emotes over one of the old ones, but all i get is an Error saying "Equip Cap Over the limit". In one of the screenshots, there is one spot free for the new Emote, but when i Equip it, it gives the error in the other screenshot. I do not know if it works on Mobile, but on my PC it does not seem to work at all.

  10. Exquisite Blood combo removes settings wheel

    I play mtga on the PC interface. When playing against people who use the life gain life loss combo with the Exquisite Blood card, the settings wheel disappears, leaving no way to exit the game let alone concede the match. This makes it especially frustrating when you are playing a life gain deck that put you in hundreds if not thousands of life and you have to wait 20 plus minutes just to die so you can start a new game.   12. won't load past "checking for active matches"

    On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.

    I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

  13. App Not Working

    Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.

  16. deck list goes solid white

    After every game when it comes to sideboarding my decks list gets a white highlight with some cards box being completely whited out

  17. iPad crash

    The game will not open on iPad after the most recent update on 4/28/22. I have to uninstall the game and then reinstall to play again. Then when the game crashes, it won’t let me open the app, and I have to uninstall/reinstall again. Please fix this!

  19. Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile

    When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!

    the game crash on the deck selection area before to join a battle.
    Select the desk icon, roll the mouse wheel or the scroll bar to select your deck, then freeze and crash the game.
