How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. I can't read a card during a draft (only a token created by it is visible)

    The displaying of cards that create tokens got worse some time ago but never was annoying enough for me to report it, until I encountered a split card that creates a token during Decathlon 9 Omniscience Draft. This is pretty self-explanatory - just look at the screenshots. I'm not able to read the card during my draft, I have to check it on the Internet. My screen resolution is 1920x1080.

  3. not all (decathlon) tokens visible in the UI

    Not all tokens are decathlon tokens are visible (I have all 10) in the UI, also my play in points are not visible in the UI.

  4. Bug report form doesn’t work on iOS Safari

    Attempting to report a bug redirects to this (product suggestion) page after loading the correct support request form initially.

  5. Bug

    I am playing standard arena and this is the second time I just lose for no apparent reason.

    This was a standard ranked Bo3 I was already up one game. Than I suddenly just loses doesnt go to game 3 just loses. I don't think I time out as i was actively playing and there was no time running out indication.

    Please check if there is a drop hack?

  7. カード名検索について

    対戦中、カード名を指定する検索欄にて、かなり多くのカードが名前を間違っていなくとも検索にひっかからず、持ち時間をただ消費するだけになってしまいます。
    しっかりと一字一句間違いなく入力しても何も表示されず、イベントなとで勝ててる試合なども多々あります。勝敗はもうどうでも良いので、この検索フィルターをなんとかしないた試合どころではないです。

  8. Mac text

    Magic on M1 MacBook will not display text in menus/concede button. After playing matches or visiting the store, text in the menu will turn black and make it impossible to see menu settings, exit game/logout buttons and the concede button. this will persist after restarting the game or computer entirely, only will fix itself after fresh install.

  13. Problem connecting to server

    I am unable to complete logging in. From the log in screen I go to the splash art, then it tries to connect to the server, as would be the last step before seeing the main page with tabs to events and others. It used to not go anywhere, but now it throws up a problem with "loading collection". I was able to log in a few times through desperation, as I wanted to complete my decathon event before the time ran out for it. Once was when I was logged in straight after reinstalling the game, two more times…

  15. Unable to connect

    Since this morning, it is impossible to connect. We have an error during connect to server just before loading the main page. I have tested on different device (pc or mobile) and it is always the same result. The servers looks operational according to the website. So what is happening, and how can i access to the game?

  16. Razorlash Transmogrant

    Returning Razorlash Transmogrant from my graveyard should cost only 2 [U]. This is not working properly in the mobile app on iOS.

  17. Lotus Field, Elvish Reclaimer Bug

    Android Pixel 5
    When resolving elvish reclaimers ability, after selecting Lotus Field, the selection interface disappears, but control isn't returned to the player and the lotus field never enters the battlefield, game returns to normal after timing out and ending the turn. Elvish reclaimers ability appears to still be on the stack, opponent is able to emote throughout.
    I do not know how to reproduce the bug, but will update this post if i can do so.

  18. Can't cast at Instant speed

    Couldn't cast Desynchronize at instant speed 2 turns in a row. First time it just skipped to my turn (didn't select the skip turn button). 2nd time I put a stop at the end of their turn and still couldn't, but then it lit up and let me cast it during my main phases. This was in the traditional draft Decathlon event :(

  19. Daily Quests Timer

    My daily quests aren't updating. The timer just keeps on refreshing. It is very annoying because I am trying to grow my account and one of my favourite things to do in MTGA is the daily rewards grind. Please fix it.

  20. Bug not compatible with Motorola ace 5G

    The specs for the Motorola ace 5G meet the requirements but I can't download it from the play store, but I can go download it from third-party website and play it smoothly till the next update then have to wait for the person from the third party website to up dat the files. Much rather get it straight from the play store
