How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Companion inaccessibility
Using IOS from Mobile devise, when attempting to access the Companion screen from profile, it reverts back to profile screen and access to companion list is impossible. Same is true when I try to access companion page via individual decks, so absolute denial of companion list or ability to change companions.

error updating data
after the last update on march 5 with the relase of alchemy karlov manor i keep receiveng the message of ''error updating data'' i tried to reestart my internet, didnt work, tried to delete and donwload the game again still didnt worked, and this error keeps ocurring in my mobile as well, please solve this problem as fast as you can.

Sparky wont go away
Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

Every time the game switches "modes" (e.g. goes from loading screen to battle or from battle to defeat/win screen the game goes from full screen to windowed mode.

Connection lost
I get a "connection lost" message every time I open MTGA on the PC or on mobile. This is not a Problem with my Internet or Firewall.

Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Scenario 1. When joining games
Step 1. Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
Step 2. Click play to wait for a game
Result. Game gets out of Full ScreenScenario 2. When leaving games
Step 1 (in game). Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
Step 2 (after the game ends). Leave game
Result. Game gets out of Full Screen- Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

Network Error / Can’t connect to server
Cant start the game after initial loading screen. After that it tries to connect to server but it errors.

Can't report bug
I can't seem to report a bug about the game getting stuck. The site doesn't seem to explain further as to why my bug could not be submitted.

Arena freezing
Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.
Please, hurry up solving this bug.

Game reverts to windowed mode (from fullscreen) after match end
Game started in windowed mode, when it should have started in fullscreen. I switched it, but it would revert to windowed mode after every match

Unable to Connect, Login, etc. Authentication failed: Timeout.
Unable to Connect, Login, etc. Authentication failed: Timeout. Waiting for server. There's a white box spinning. Game has been working all day. Took a break and now it's not working.

Decklist is Glitched white
There appears to be a problem with the Deck List. It appears to be white and does not show the number of copies of the card in my deck. This is occurring in both deck builder and in traditional ranked play when sideboarding cards. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Exquisite blood and marauding priest
Exquisite blood and marauding priest start an infinite loop. The game has basically ended because loop. But big issue game takes away ability to concede so you basically have to watch. And it can go on forever because it’s 1 life point at a time. I haven’t experienced any other loop take away the post where you can concede

Client goes from fullscreen to windowed every game
Everytime I start or finish a game the client goes into windowed mode, so I have to go into settings and change it back to fullscreen.
