How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game keeps crashing after i play my first land

    I am playing on mobile (Android). After the most recent update, each time I play a match the game crashes after my first land is played. If I try and reopen the app, it attempts to reconnect me to the match and then crashes again.

  2. Bug Since Last Update on Mac OS

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the last update yesterday. Now the software is totally bugged, it's impossible to launch any games or reach collection.
    The software is fine on the main screen until I try to reach any other menu.
    I already uninstall/reinstall the soft, same bug.

    I am on MacOS Sequoia and using Epic Games to download and launch the MTGA Soft.

  3. Deck Lists and Metadata - Stored as a Matrix

    Decks should be an organised matrix. You can have default sorts (cmc, type then cmc, name) but also a custom sort (how the matrix was last updated).

    If you are viewing custom sort. A card being changed from column to column, and the deck being saved: this should result in the matrix being updated. So if Lotus Cobra is moved from column1 to column2*, then only display that when viewing custom.

    When you open up the deck for subsequent times, show the last selected sort-by (a specific default sort or a custom sort).

  4. Mobile Installation Error

    When I try to download the app, the initial download is successful but it tells me that I need 3,503MB of disk space. I have over 20 gigabytes so I don't understand why this is an issue. It doesn't work no matter how many times I reinstall.

  5. Mastery Orb Emporium multi-selection

    Currently the mastery emporium screen only allows you to buy one item at a time, It would be a nice add to have a multi selection that would allow for an allocation of orbs and unlock of all chosen items.

    I don't purchase the mastery pass until I have completed it, so the orb trade in is arduous. It would be nice to have a more flexible feature set similar to the open 10 packs at once option.

  7. Retry connection

    The app try to load, but after a moment I have the screen on attached picture. If you retry, it just repeat the same loading and failure page. No pb detected neither on my account nor on my wifi connection.

  9. Can’t read cards

    Can’t read card titles, life total, or anything but the text on the card. It’s just that. Everything else is greyed out. Makes the game practically unplayable.

  10. Ecran Noir aprés le lancement du jeu

    Bonjour,

    Lorsque je démarre le jeu il m'indique qu'il est en attente du serveur puis après un écran noir arrive et il m'est impossible de voire l'interface .Ensuite le jeu me dit qu'il ne répond pas. impossible de joué par conséquence.

  12. Press Play button multiple times

    1) Press the Play button (the last press before queueing into a game) multiple times.
    2) Get 1 or more error messages
    BONUS) one time a got an error and then a black screen (not sure if the black screen is related)

  16. Death and Power Achievement display broken

    The display/count of the Death and Power Achievement is broken. I was at about 200/250 last I looked, and now it says 0/250 (but it also says "Getting there!", which sounds more like it). I have a Zombie tribal deck that I've played several times to try to advance this achievement, so I definitely know that my count should be well above 0.

  17. Locked out of Ranked and some play modes

    I was playing a Ranked match, I unlocked Quick Draft at the end of the match. Now I can only access 3 modes: Jump In, Jump In Final Fantasy, Quick Draft Final Fantasy. My dailies and weeklies work fine. The Quick Draft quest is bugged (already upvoted that idea). So either I have an issue with my account and I'm locked out of Ranked and some other modes that I had already unlocked or I need to complete the Quick Draft quest (which is bugged) to gain access to my other modes again (including RANKED).   18. Cropping bug on 2560x1600 (16:10) resolution on Windows

    I'm recently using a 2560x1600 (16:10) resolution on Windows and the borders of the screen are cropped. Some examples: when I right click on a card on game, I see only part of it, the left part is cropped (shown in a png). In "Recently Played", the first option appears incomplete (left part cropped). In the Quick Draft main screen, the "Resign"button appears cropped as well. If I change the resolution to any 16:9 like 2560x1440, the borders are not cropped any more, but I see a top and bottom black thick borders (shown in the other png). The problem…

  19. No hand scroll glitch

    Fix the bug where you can not scroll your hand to select card when you are forced to pick half your deck leaving you unable to play highlighted cards that are valid counters. It’s an annoying glitch that is being abused to much. FIX IT!!!
