How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

App crashing when trying to download data
SEP 12, 2024
Game crashed in the middle of a match on my s24 ultra. Tried to go back into the app but said an update was needed. Updated the app and went into the client. It says download an additional 6.46mgs. As soon as I click the download button the app crashes. Tried 10 times so far, cleared the data and cashe and even uninstalled. Still keeps crashing when I click the download button.30 votes -
Qualifier Weekend Day1 Token not showing
I just claimed the token for the qualifier weekend but it doesn’t appear in the windows of the tokens

Error Updating Data
Until Jan 25, I just played the game on a PC completely normally, everything was OK. after the scheduled maintenance on Jan 26, when I launched the MTGA, then there's the problem: Error Updating Data.
I've done those things trying to solve the problem, but not worked at all:
1- Complete uninstallation and reinstallation
2-Try steam, epic and MTGAInstaller.exe version, all meet the same problem
3-Turn off firewalls and antivirus software
4-try a US-VPN
5-try another network via my phone hotspot
6-restart computer after all other try
7-Flush DNS and Winsock Reset, way as https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000834323-Flush-DNS-and-Winsock-Reset

Arena freezing
Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.
Please, hurry up solving this bug.

Arena freezes after any action
Arena freezes if I try to do anything, e.g. re-roll quests or access the store. I'm using windows 10 and restarting didn't help.

Missing details (Power/Toughness/Life points
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I´am missing a lot of card details ingame. I can´t see the Power and Toughness nor the cards name. Also the life points are not present.

Ooops something went wrong while updating
What the title says. I can't launch the game because it started updating. Then gave that error. Now gives that error every time I try to launch.

Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.
Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

Sideboard Issue in BO3
Playing BO3 Standard Ranked matches, the sideboard doesn't work correctly and doesn't let me add cards to the deck,

Unable to log in after update. Tried logging in, update actioned, then the below message after "waiting for server".

Exquisite blood and marauding priest
Exquisite blood and marauding priest start an infinite loop. The game has basically ended because loop. But big issue game takes away ability to concede so you basically have to watch. And it can go on forever because it’s 1 life point at a time. I haven’t experienced any other loop take away the post where you can concede

Friend Challenge Crashes
The Friend Challenge system seems to be broken. It takes multiple tries to get a friendly challenge to be successful. Some errors I've had include:
- When challenged, press accept challenge, pulls up select deck screen, select deck, press play, button becomes unclickable and challenge doesn't start
- When in deck select screen, press play, loop occurs with a pop up saying that if I leave the page the challenge will be canceled, and whether I press cancel or select deck, the pop up reappears until I log out and log back in

post update - freeze - if i change to change quest or if i try to open a pack
After the update on Sept 12 I can no longer change quests (game freezes and needs to be restarted) and i can no longer open packs of cards (same result).
Many, many more random freezes but those two are consistent every time.

Sideboarding after bloomburrow update
Sideboarding is completely broken after the bloomburrow update(android):
-I can't add cards from the sideboard while sideboarding. It's only possible if I have a copy of the desired card already un the deck, then I'm able to use the "+/-". (Not 100% replicable)
-Cards removed from the maindeck don't show up in the sideboard or take roughly a minute to show up after removing from the deck.
-In the deck editor: The deck stays in the sideboarded state after a bo3 and loses it's sideboard.
