How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Option buttons disappearing after going into store
On IOS, I log in and go to options and all the buttons are there and visible. after going into the store page the buttons on the option page have no text. Relogging will bring the buttons text back.

Game stops progressing during opponents turn

I'm running the client on Mac OS X Ventura Version 13.6.6 (22G630)

[Android] Message emotes cropped in match
Description: New message emotes for Outlaws of Thunder Junction (Ex. Howdy) appear cropped out of the game screen during a match.
Steps:
1. Equip new message emotes in Profile
2. Enter a Bot Match
3. Open emotes and scroll to new message emotes
4. Send one of the new message emotesExpected result: Message emotes should appear inside the emote grid
Actual result: Message emotes are cropped out of the game viewport.
No workaround found.

MTGA stuck during a cast
playing a ladder game and got robbed. Input an action and the game just stalls, thinking I still have prio when I shouldn't.
Tried to cast Play With Fire for lethal and got stuck. awarded a loss.

Missing Text from Setting (OTJ Update)
After the Outlaws of Thunder Junction update, the text with in-game settings has disappeared on iOS platform.

When having 8 green virtues in play, the system is very lag and nearly crashed

Error and bug

Table queue timer doesn't update when app is in background
On Android when the app is in the background the timer under "Finding a Draft Table:" does not update so the time will be incorrect when you switch back to the app.

non-conditional "Thanks!"/"Sorry!"
Sometimes you just need to apologize in advance of your play, or give gratitude for how the opponent stacked their combo of spells and triggers during their turn. For this, I would hope you unlock "Thanks!" & "Sorry!" emotes without needing to use them as limited-time replies to "Nice!" and "Oops."

Network Error / Can’t connect to server
Cant start the game after initial loading screen. After that it tries to connect to server but it errors.

Alchemy: Eldraine cards with off-color adventure do not have appropriate color in the frame.
Alchemy: Eldraine cards that have an adventure with a casting cost that has a color different from the main card do not display the appropriate color in the frame of the adventure, unlike their counterparts in WOE. The adventure frame should reflect the color of the casting cost of the adventure.

デッキ作成/コレクション画面での日本語カード検索に関して / Regarding searching for Japanese cards on the deck creation/collection screen
バージョン2023.27.0にて、デッキ作成/コレクション画面での日本語カード検索に関してバージョン2023.26.40まで可能であった「漢字が2文字以上連続するカード名」の検索ができなくなっている。
正確には、バージョン2021.07以前と同じくふりがなを回避して検索する必要がある（連続する漢字2文字以上の各文字の後ろに空白を入れると検索が可能になる）状態にロールバックされている。
火急的速やかに修正を求める。In version 2023.27.0, it is no longer possible to search for "card names with two or more consecutive kanji", which was possible until version 2023.26.40 regarding Japanese card searches on the deck creation / collection screen.
To be precise, it has been rolled back to the state where it is necessary to avoid furigana and search as in version 2021.07 and earlier (search is possible by inserting a space after each character of two or more consecutive kanji characters).

Touchscreen
Using a PC with touchscreen. It is March 2023 and this is my first time loading Arena since August 2022. The touchscreen no longer allows me to "click" on anything in the game (menus, cards, text, nothing). The touchscreen only allows me to highlight and point, but not make the "click" action. All of this worked back when I played consistently from July 2019 through August 2022. Just decided to give the game another go and realized the touchscreen no longer works. That's a big dealbreaker for me, the reason I started playing Arena was the touchscreen support.
