How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. EPIC GAMES STORE CRASHES/AUTO ALCHEMY PLAY

    This is two ideas, but this combined with the price of your real world cards and the constant rotating of formats. It’s enough to make me wish I hated your game. (Auto alchemy play refers to the fact that the default for decks is play alchemy. If I have no alchemy cards in my deck: I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY ALCHEMY. Periodt.

  4. Infinite login loop: I log in and the application start loading (gathering local files) to just send me back to the login screen

    I'm in an infinite loop, I just login the application starts loading (gathering local files) and I'm again at the login screen.

    If you have the same issue, create a new "post" and vote up all the other posts with the login issue!

    It is simply ridiculous that on the "Server Status" page is everything "green"!

  5. Addition to MTG Arena Draft

    Quality of Life suggestion for MTG Arena Drafts. It would be nice to be able to mark or flag cards that we were interested in, but didn't choose, to see if they wheel back to us. Would assist us in seeing what is being drafted and what is open, and for those who can't remember all the packs as they go by, this would be nice.

  6. Unable to play without keyboard

    I started a game, disconnected my keyboard and then when the game loaded I found that I couldn't actually select anything - but I had already disconnected the keyboard.

  7. Davriel "+2 draw a card" is not the top Davriel ability

    If you accept Davriel, Soul Broker's condition for 'Davriel planeswalkers gain +2 draw a card', it does not become the topmost Davriel ability, for some reason it goes to the bottom below the -3, so causing you to accidentally use +1 ability instead.

    Expected:
    +2 ability becomes the top ability since it increments the loyalty the most.

  8. PC Client lags and/or crashes when attempting to access decks or play a game.

    Client will run just fine until I either attempt to access my decks, or until I attempt to play a game. When I do, the client begins lagging excessively, or otherwise crashes entirely, and I have to force close the client (alt+F4).

  9. "Lost Connection" error when trying to start MTG Arena

    When trying to start MTG Arena, I receive the attached message telling me I need to reconnect to the server. Attempting to reconnect simply causes the message to recur - I can only clear it by exiting.

    Flushing my dns resolver cache clears the issue, but I have to do that every time I open Arena, which is annoying.

  10. Notification on decks

    Similar to when I have a pack to open, or their are daily deals I haven’t yet checked, I have the little light under my “decks” area of the interface at the top. When I click decks, there is nothing for me to interact with to remove that notifying light.

  11. "Deck Name Alread in Use" recursion loop

    Steps to recreate

    1. Go to decks tab press plus

    2. Create a deck named "Imported Deck 2" exit back to decks page it and save it.

    3. Repeat (1.)

    4. Create a deck named "Random Deck" exit and save it as before.

    5. Find a netdeck anywhere online, copy it for export to Arena and import it into the Arena Client. (This 3rd deck will be automatically named "Imported Deck")

    6. Click on the name "Imported Deck" from the decks page and rename it to "Random Deck" pressing enter to confirm.

    The client then returns the message "Deck Name Already in Use" It then attempts…

  12. Deck Builder: Advanced Search Terms Examples section still uses "cmc"

    One example in the Advanced Search Features section:
    "Let's make a Mono-Red Burn deck!" still show the filter "cmc" when it should show "mv" as per the change from "Converted Mana Cost" to "Mana Value".

    Current:
    "c=R cmc<4 o:"damage to any target"

    Fix:
    "c=R mv<4 o:"damage to any target"

  14. Authentication Failed after Waiting for the Server

    I tried all the procedures indicated by the official website of Wizards M.A. I also tried community help and nothing worked. I keep getting "Authentication Failed after Waiting for the Server" on every attempt. This strangely happened after my last game, when when I tried to execute a definitive move and defeat my opponent the game crashed and I had to restart. These situations occur at least once when I go to play and only in ranked games.

  15. Anointed Peacekeeper Making Deck Unplayable

    Every time I play Anointed Peacekeeper my client crashes, I climbed to mythic last season using mono white with Anointed Peacekeeper and now I can't play the deck because the card crashes my client without fail.

    Verified files already,
    All drivers up to date,
    Intel i5-8400
    GTX 1070 Ti
    16 gb DDR4 RAM

  16. colors not being represented correctly on deckbuiler UI

    This bug occurred after entering the qualifier play-in and stayed after. not sure what caused it, but I can't necessarily spend more gems to see if I can recreate the issue.
