How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Game Freezes and Crashes when Quests are rerolled or the store is opened
On Windows PC
1. Load up MTGA
2. hover over a quest and click on it to attempt to reroll itExpected result: a prompt appears to ask whether you want to reroll it
Actual result: game freezes and crashesThere is a similar problem when the store is opened. The store opens, but soon crashes when you try to hover over things and click on them in the store.

App is just black
When I try to play using the latest update the app is just black or it says the server can't connect.
I'm on an android using the latest app update, it worked before this. I uninstalled it and reinstalled to try and fix it. It's normal during the opening, downloading updates and signing in, then it's just black. Everything works normal on the desktop version.

daily xp dont update
Mastery XP doesn't appear to be updating from daily wins or daily quest completion after Bloomburrow Alchemy update
I lost all of today's experience.

it happens since yesterday after the update, whenever I click on anything after the home page, the whole game freezes, and around 20 seconds later a Windows pop-up comes on screen saying "MTGArena doesn't respond".

some accounts can't login after Khans update
arena is giving some accounts a bug that they're unable to login. i tried logging into my second account and had no problem but trying to log in to my main account gives me the pop up.

MTGA quit unexpectedly
For the last two updates, the one before Duskmourn, and again after the set release today, every time I close the app on my Mac there is a Problem Report for MTGA generated.10 votes -
4096x2160 fullscreen issue
When in 4k fullscreen on pc, the game drops to windowed.
The cause is that the loading screens and main menu do not have a 4096x2160 graphics option, so the game defaults to the next resolution down when transitioning.
The solution is to ensure all screens have consistent graphics options available.

達成していない実績が達成された
ログの時間帯頃のマッチがトリガとなり、
ただひとつの大事なこと
という実績が達成扱いになったが、
その実績の条件をクリアするような勝ち方ではなく、ただ戦闘ダメージを与えて相手が投了した、
のに、達成扱いとなったバグが発生した。なんか気持ち悪いな。

Conceding opportunity without priority
After experiencing several losses by the Bloodthirsty Conqueror & Marrauding Blight-Priest (or Starscape Cleric) combo, I come to think it is a bug that MTG Arena does not allow a player to concede when they have no priority. As you can see in this forum, many players dislike this combo, and its bad experience is improved by the current UI design. In a paper Magic game, I can just say "OK, you win." and quit. Since I've updated my mtg arena android app, it keeps crashing.
When I want to start a game, when checking my decks, when I go to the store, etc

Main menu top buttons and icons becoming full white and messy.
Sometimes after returning in the main menu after a game, the top of the menu is getting full White and buggy, although the buttons still work.

MTG client freezing after last update (2024.40.20)
After the last update i cannot play MTG arena on my PC it freezes every time i try to interact with the "home" screen even putting my mouse on the daily rewards will freeze the client.
Been waiting for 4 days now after multiple reinstalls and restarting my pc no fixes.

sideboard
I was playing Bo3 Timeless and when I go to sideboarding in game 2, my sideboard was not correct. I was playing 5 color with Omnath and the pitch elementals but this is what was shown (the sideboard is from my previous deck I was playing with)

Theros Beyond Death basic land parallax styles do not work
Ever since the new Duskmourn update, the parallax styles for the Theros Beyond Death basic lands are not being applied despite being selected.
Platform: PC
Expected Results: Card style should be applied when selected
Actual Results: Card style can be selected, but still shows as the non-parallax version, even when in a match.9 votes -

Two turns into a Brawl game the game just faded out like at the end of a match, didn't have an end card and just took me to the home screen

Mouse pointer is missing since 2024.35.10.5372.1057087 update. Cards, links, buttoin highlight when mouse is moved over them but there is no pointer on screen

Error Updating Data on launch
Getting "Error Updating Data" when attempting to open MTGA. This happens from PC and Android, Wi-fi and mobile data.
