How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lag causes fake cards to appear.
After a random lag spike during drafts, the game acted as if I had a regal bunnicorn with summoning sickness still on my board, despite the Assistant saying I only have one in the deck and the real copy having been exiled with my opponent's glass casket. (Screenshot included)
This made calculation difficult and resulted in some mistakes I wouldn't have otherwise made, making the match incredibly frustrating. This isn't the first time this has happened after a lag spike.

two colored cards have golden borders as if they are more than three colors
the newest set two colored cards have golden border instead of the usual two colored border. it appears that there are some cards from previous sets, at least two releases before that have the same issue.

Wrong rewards from letters
My letters refresh after 24 and I get additional rewards. I had already additional about 4 tokens draft.

Gift eror
Your gifts on MTG:Arena received today (and also the anniversary gifts) for the server error with player drafts two days ago keep repeating. I assume this is an error and you do not wish your users to keep on getting free draft tokens, xp and cards etc.
I am not exactly complaining but I would call this a bug.

When I try to report a bug, I am automatically forwarded to the forums and it does not give me the opportunity to actually fill out and submit the report. For a split second, I can see the options and then the window gets transferred to this idea section of the forums...

Double "Oops! Pardon the Goblins!" message
I appear to have received this message twice (see attached image), and by collecting the attachments I also received the reward twice. I am currently refraining from doing anything further with the draft tokens I received so as to avoid exploiting a bug if the second message was indeed sent in error. (although admittedly I should have posted this before I even collected any attachments, but at least it should be possible to just remove the extra draft token from my account if needed)

When opening Arena it gets stuck on "Checking for active matches"
I have to hit Escape, log out, and log back in otherwise it just sits there "checking for active matches"

Match loading screen displays “Description description description…”
See attached screenshot. This placeholder text is often displayed for a couple of seconds (i.e. it’s asynchronously replaced with the proper text while the match is loading).

Not getting in-game mail/rewards
I am not getting in-game mail related to the anniversary rewards announced in weekly announcements 09/19/2023.

Scute draw
Scute swarm with prosperous innkeeper takes to long to run through it's process if I get to many tokens and get a prompt saying to take another action or it will end in a draw and then end up getting a draw bc I can't do anything while the actions are happening

Durning the degradation of service issue your servers were experiencing I was kicked out of my premier draft pod and given a start draft option. I decided to wait that issue out until the issue was resolved.

Friendly Challenge Timeouts
My friend and I were attempting to play with each other and had consistent timeout issues/crashes. We were both on the arena client and not on the steam client (it seems the friends list on the Steam client cannot recognize those who are on the desktop client). Each time we wanted to play we went to the "VS" screen and sometimes the client would just stop there - "cancel" button was present sometimes, otherwise we would have to end the program. Leave match button hiding the graveyard on Android
Could you guys please move the "leave match" button from the top of the graveyard or make it smaller (like a X button) or something? Sometimes we want to see the final board state and is hard to click on the graveyard workout clicking the leave match button.

bug émotes
J'ai pris dans la boutique il y a une quinzaine de jours de nouveaux émotes que je me faisais une joie d'utiliser mais lorsque dans le profil, je termine ma sélection m'apparaît le message : l'un des types d'émotes la limite d'équipement possible et ne me laisse le choix que d'annuler ou d'effacer les modifications (ce qui revient au même). Je ne dépasse pourtant pas la limite de 10 émotes.

Casting Vadrick, Astral Archmage in Historic Brawl Causes Visual Bug
When I cast Vadrik from Command zone, his card image stays on stack and I can no longer see any changes made to battlefield (lands stay tapped, can't see him on battlefield, etc.) I am still able to play, but can't see what is going on or select cards on battlefield. So if I attack, I can only attack all.
