How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Crash QuickDraft - Black cards with no text

    Hi. I just launched a quick draft in Final Fantasy few minutes ago. From first pick, the cards appear black, with no text and details.
    I play on windows. Didn't do anything special, just paid my 5k gold.
    I did try to restart the game a couple of times (didn't work very well by the way, crashing a dozen times).
    I would like to be refunded please

  2. Game keeps resetting all settings

    Every time I open the game, all settings go back to default (Graphics) and the main menu doesn't "remember" my last choice. It goes back to Standard Play (not even ranked), and all decks are set to 0.

    It's a minor annoyance, but every time I log in, I have to change everything back

  4. feedback on visuals, cant see card images or names

  6. Bug

    On mobile and, once in while if I have disruptive connection, I reconnect only to be logged out and when I log back in.
    Then
    I must install the additional 800MB package again.

  7. Date format not respecting device settings

    The iOS app displays dates (for example in the Inbox) is US format (mm/dd/yyyy). My device is not setup as US and uses dd/mm/yyyy. This app doesn’t respect that setting. Please fix it such that things like this use the device settings rather than just assume everyone wants US formats 🙂

  9. The arrow back to the deck doesn't work with draft decks on mobile

    They made it impossible to go back when you checked the details of your deck on mobile. The game only wants me to rename the deck. It's mega frustrating!

    When I am on the "Decks" screen I can search for my deck, but when I click "Play" I just have a massive lists of decks and they are in no particular order.

    Can we get a search box / filter on the "Play" screen?

  11. App crash in quick draft match

    Mobile app crashes during quick draft games. When I reboot the app, it reconnects me to the ongoing match and, if my opponent is attacking, I am unable to allocate blockers. Happened 3 times in a single match and cost me the game due to being unable to block damage each time the app crashed.
    Attached is a screenshot of the app prompting me to allocate blockers and highlighting the available ones, but I am unable to select them. I am however and to press every other button on the screen including: going into the settings, emoting, selecting "no blockers"…

  12. Tutorial fairy won’t go away

    The tutorial fairy won’t go away after every time I get back to the main menu. I’m well past the tutorial. It doesn’t interfere with game play but it is quite annoying.

  13. Voices on emotes sound even when voices are turned out

    Voices on emotes should turn off when voices are turned off. I should not have to listen to my opponent spam "secret tunnel" at me if I specifically have voices turn off. Please fix this bug/oversight.

  15. Can’t use card in hand because of land playable from grayard

    If Land can be played from graveyard, on smartphone you can’t play your hand because you can’t access it with too many land in grayard. You can’t slide, destroying a lot of possibility of deckbuilding

  16. Historic Brawl does not appear in Play > Find Match on my account.

    I have:

    Completed all five Color Challenges (all show completed with green ticks)

    Played Jump In

    Played Standard Play and Alchemy Play

    Restarted and logged out/in multiple times

    Standard Brawl is available, but Historic Brawl never appears.

    This appears to be an account unlock bug rather than a gameplay issue.

  18. Add Hotkey For Manually Reordering Triggers

    Hotkey Suggestion: Add a hotkey for the existing "Auto Order Triggered Abilities" setting.

    99.99% of the time auto-ordering works great and I never have to think about it. However, there are occassionally interactions that I have to remember to turn on manual triggers for (which is about ~5 clicks or 10-15 seconds to toggle) because they don't get ordered as expected.

    For example: If you put a ghostform counter on a creature using [[Kaya the Inexorable]]'s +1 ability, and then exile that creature while [[Kaya, Spirit's Justice]] is on the battlefield, the default trigger ordering doesn't transform a token you…

  20. I’m reporting a potential issue with land distribution behavior in MTG Arena.

    Over an extended sample size across multiple decks, I’ve tracked opening hands and early draws and observed a consistent deviation from expected land probabilities specifically when games are played at rank-promotion boundaries (e.g., Tier 4 → Tier 3).
    This behavior appears regardless of deck archetype and does not occur when the same decks are played away from promotion thresholds.
    I understand variance and RNG, but the consistency and repeatability suggest a possible unintended interaction with matchmaking, rank state, or shuffler logic.
    I’m happy to provide raw data and methodology if helpful.
