6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Error de la actualización de datos
No me permite entrar, cada actualización lo hace. Ya he hecho todo lo que sugieren, revisar la conexión, salir de sesión actualizar, e incluso borrar y reinstalar el juego. Siempre ha sido inútil, al final siempre tengo que hacer estos reportes para que lo reparen en uno o dos días. En esta ocasión ya había sucedido, hace cuatro días lo repararon y ayer volvió a suceder. Por eso estoy volviendo a reportarlo.

Fullscreen mode does not remember previous resolution
Fullscreen does not remember previous resolution.
In past versions, exiting full screen mode would return the PC client to its previously chosen resolution . For example, I play on a 4k monitor, but in windowed mode, I play in 1440p. Last year, when I would exit full screen with the keyboard shortcut, the screen would return to its former size, but at some point, it just started becoming a window with the screen's full resolution. I play on three Windows devices, running both 10 and 11, and the behavior is the same. This makes playing the game in full screen…

Bug reporting process is completely broken and needs to be fixed
If you want to report a bug from the client, you are supposed to click the "contact support" link in the client's bug reporting section. This takes you to a page where you are supposed to go through the usual bug reporting process.
HOWEVER, that page will automatically redirect back to this page providing instructions on how to report a bug within a second or two (ironic, huh). The only way to stop this is to quickly stop the page from loading before the redirect happens. Furthermore, even if you get to the actual bug reporting page and stay there…

deck box has a large orange shadow
when deck building the deck box has got a big orange background shadow.

FPS drops when playing against a large (200+ cards) deck
When playing standard ranked, I've noticed that every time I get matched against a very large (200+ cards) deck, all the animation's frame rate drops insanely low - almost like a slideshow. This happens right from the start of the match, so it hasn't to do with a large amount of effects or cards in play.
Playing with a windows 11 PC, windowed. No performance issues in any other matches or functions of Arena, and the computer is well beyond the suggested technical specs.

Crash changement compagnon iOS
L’app crash dès qu’on veut changer le compagnon d’un deck. J’utilise iOS 17.

Blacklist
Instead of forcing players in casual queues to concede 10 games in a row, due to faulty/manipulated deck weight/MMR. We should be allowed to blacklist players/cards/commanders from our casual matchmaking. Again, this would only affect casual queues, not ranked queues. This is Rule Zero in its truest form, it deserves to be implemented.

Can’t use the right column during draft on mobile
On mobile (iPhone or Android), during a draft, it's not possible to use the right column (view a card, add a card to the sideboard, scroll, etc.). This makes it really inconvenient to draft efficiently. Could you please fix the issue?

Account deleted
My game bugged out, it made me delete and reinstall, when I reinstalled and logged back in, all my cards are gone, my wildcards are gone, and my bought bundles are gone as well, and it completely reset all my progress, please fix it

Android App connected to server for bloomburrow quick draft but nothing else
I've been having problems for a few days trying to get the android app to ever get past the "connecting to server" screen. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, redownloaded updates, etc multiple times to no avail. I'd left the problem for later, and then today I got a push notification for Bloomburrow quick draft! I clicked the notification out of curiosity and it took me into the app successfully, directly to a page for the quick draft, but with a new message in my inbox which I could open up as a pane over that page, etc, clearly communicating with the…

Parallax style in sealed unable to be added to deck
Qualifier Sealed event, opened 3 card as parallax styles in my pool. I do not own these styles currently, and because of that I cannot add them to my deck. I also cannot switch the styles back to normal. I'm on mobile on Android.

Ambience volume does not actually affect ambience volume in the new Forest level
Turning the ambience volume down to 0% should silence the wood ambience sounds in the new forest backdrop you can play on. However - the birds are still a-chirping.

UI bug that makes the top part of the screen white
I played my match in traditional draft, and in the sideboard part i got a visual bug making the whole top part of the screen white. It disappeared when I went back to the game, but returned when I went to the menu after the match. I don't have a screenshot, but maybe my logs can help. I play on epic games for windows

Gift tooltip seems misleading.
Today I had an interaction where my opponent played
Scrapshooter
to kill myChimil
. I was going planning to counter this spell, but after reviewing the tooltip text for gift -"You may promise an opponent a gift when you cast this card. If you do, they draw a card before its other effects."
- I decided to wait until after the card draw resolved to cast my counterspell. Unfortunately, what happened was that I ended up passing through the resolution for the destruction of the artifact because the effect actually resolves before the gift, in direct contradiction to…2 votes -

cant use Tender Wildguide abilities
despite the card and the created token both being untapped, i am repeatedly unable to use Tender Wildguide's mana or +1/+1 abilities in response to an opponents action, only when i already have priority am i able to use these abilities

Tender Wildguide not registering as a mana source on either autotap or full control.
I put it on full control to tap the possum Tender Wildguide for one mana to sacrifice a map token during my second main phase, and it still skipped right to my end phase. I won the game anyway but his mana feature isnt being recognized by the system. I also have to put it on full control to tap him to add a +1/+1 counter during their end phase if i ever need to.
