How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

"Asset Error Detected" loop after Pioneer Masters update (v2024.44.0)
Can no longer access MTGA via macOS since the Pioneer Masters update commenced (v2024.44.0). While the app is launching, it displays the attached error message, restarts, then repeats this infinite loop.
Launching MTGA via the macOS app or the Epic Games Launcher makes no difference.

Text wrong on meteorite token created by roxanne, starfall savant
Text on Meteorite token created by Roxanne, Starfall Savant says "When Roxanne enters, it deals 2 damage to any target."
Should it not be "when Meteorite enters"?

Bug with Bandit's Talent
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently encountered a bug when the card Bandit's Talent was used on me.
The first ability requires either a single NON-LAND card be discarded, otherwise 2 cards are discared.I chose a non-land card but the game would not let me confirm my selection and continue the match. I'm not sure what triggered this bug exactly, but I recall possibly ALT-TABing during that sequence which might've caused it.

Can't apply card style to older printing with same art
I want to set a card style as my favorite, but when two cards have the same art, the style will only work on the newest art. In the attached photo I am unable to apply my card style to banishing light from Theros. If I try to do this it automatically becomes the Foundations version of the card which I do not want as my default.

Disconnect from game when using mobile hotspot
Almost in every game I play using a hotspot made via a mobile phone, unless I win/lose quick enough it ends abruptly going back to the main screen.
I am then awarded a loss with a slight delay, but I can immediately enter a NEW game. Tested this with a Quick Draft where I could start a fourth game after the third crash!Game is therefore totally unplayable with my current home connectivity that is mobile based. Everything worked fine when I was connecting with landline, or when I am playing using the same mobile phone that creates the hotspot.…

Can't log. Server crash
I launched Arena from my PC. The system doesn't start. After a short time, it disconnects, providing a server error message. The application doesn't load the card collection or even the home screen. If I try to press the "retry" button, it kicks me out and forces me to log back in, creating an endless loop of logging in and out.

Something went wrong while updating
So on Nov, 20th I faced the "Error Updating Data" issue for the first time. Have posted it here the very same day and uploading the screenshot yet again now.
Then it got worse: can't even start the client. Each time after the updates check is being performed i get "Oops. Something went wrong" as attached.

Draft - sleeve selection and deck naming require two attempts
For many months now, I've noticed that when I draft a deck and go into the Deck Details page to change the deck name and select sleeves, or after going directly to the Select Card Sleeve page from the draft viewer, the first time I go to leave the Deck Details page, I'm brought back to where I started (the Deck Details or Select Card Sleeve page, respectively), and any sleeve or deck name selections have been erased. Can't Login/ Authentication Failed
Can't login, it says authentication has failed. I was able to get logged in twice, but once I created a Sealed Foundations Event Deck (2000 gems) it would not let me save the deck. It would kick me out and say that I can't connect.

Entering Feedback Questionnaire Gives Bad Gateway Error
I tried to complete a feedback survey, but after completing a few pages of questions I was given a "502 bad gateway error" when trying to move to the sixth or seventh page.

Adaptive Automaton has glitchy appearance when made into a token
When Adaptive Automaton is turned into a token, the numbers and text on it appear glitchy, as if there isn't a proper graphic for it.

Ranked Play: no reset and no rewards after last season
My Rank didn't reset for the new ranked season and I didn't get any rewards from going Platinum

Opponent conceded, no way to leave game
Opponent conceded the game while I was tapping a creature for mana. Either the game created a fault/bug due to the interaction or just failed the end of game action to give an exit game button. No option to leave game. Was able to still move cards around in hand, view graveyards and library and hand counts. Could not exit game, had to close program on mobile and restart. Could not confirm if game registered as won.

Her avatar will not show in the user interface or when a match begins. All other avatars work. This is on mac
