How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Cannot connect to server
It's really annoying. I cannot connect to the server. It is not possible via iPad/iOS and also via my laptop (PC) /steam.
Is my account corrupted?

Consistent lag with good connectivity
Consistent lag despite solid internet connection. Makes the game unplayable and unenjoyable. Logged in for first time in a month or two and the lag isn't getting better

Can't equip more than 9 phrases emote
In the emote selection section of the profile, I cannot select more than 9 phrases.
The counter below the list correctly shows the correct number selected and gives out an error when going over 15.
The general error of "cannot equip more than 15 emotes of the type phrase" appears after the 10th emote is selected, disabling the confirm button.
Selecting and deselecting a sticker eliminates the error and reactivates the confirm button, but when pressed it shows another error and propts you to discard any changes.23 votes -
Error Updating Data: Please check your connection and try again.
I cannot login to my account on ios, android, or PC. This is extremely disappointing as I have been looking forward to playing KTK limited ever since it was announced. Please fix this!
The full error message is: "Error Updating Data: Please check your connection and try again."
Despite this message my internet connection is fine and it is working in every other way. My son has even been able to sign into Arena on his account!

White bar
While playing Bo3 on Android, after sideboarding, a white bar appears on the top part. It stays there even after the game has finished and it covers the main menu tabs.

activated abillities wont activate
Activated abilities wouldn't work. I couldn't activate the abilities of any of my creatures in my deck.

BO3 UI White Out graphical glitch
This has happened on both SteamDeck and Apple devices. UI will bug out (top menu bar is all white and logos are miss scaled and misplaced. During side-boarding in BO3, the deck list is all white (with white text on some cards/qty) which makes it challenging to sideboard. This bug seems to be triggered between rounds in a BO3.

full screen problem
I have a 31:9 screen (PC on windows 10)
I've clicked on the "full sceen" option in the settings several times but it goes back to window screen everytime I try to play the game.22 votes -
Unable to Connect, Login, etc. Authentication failed: Timeout.
Unable to Connect, Login, etc. Authentication failed: Timeout. Waiting for server. There's a white box spinning. Game has been working all day. Took a break and now it's not working.

Auto pass bug
When using the auto pass button on opponent's turn, it does no work. I still have to click resolve manually on each effect. I use arena on android os. Auto pass functions normally on my turn.

Clicking "Cancel" when waiting for match to start results in a lose if status changes to "Entering match" at the same time
When you click "Cancel" while waiting for match to start (I was playing Quick draft), it results in a lose if the status on the screen changes to "Entering match" at the same time you click "Cancel".
In this log I was able to play one more match, which I won and then when returning to Quick draft -screen, instead of a win I got my third lose.
My suggestion is that there should be some kind of timer in the software for this situation, so you can freely click "Cancel" and the game actually registers it, even if the…

Client goes from fullscreen to windowed every game
Everytime I start or finish a game the client goes into windowed mode, so I have to go into settings and change it back to fullscreen.

Shuffler
After reviewing all the people reporting the same issue it's clear that your company not only doesn't care about anything we say, but you must like the shuffler. Did the development team manager's brother make it and you can't get rid of it or he starts to hit his helmet he has to wear? Did you fail math? Have you heard of statistics before? Not enough disk space
The game says I dont have enough disk space even though my phone has over 10 gb of storage space remaining. Any fix for this?

Game keeps crashing
Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

Randomizing shuffle on start of game better
There needs to be more randomize going of shuffle at the beginning of the games. For instance when I'm playing against a mono white player they seem to always get 2 mana and 3 soul wardens off rip every game I know this because I use duress. I play historic ranked. There is no way you should be getting 3 of the same card plus 2 other good cards every game from the start its ******** and wizards you need to fix this. No one will pay money for **** if the shuffle on the start of the game is…

Store Indicator Light
The light indicating new products at the store does not ever go off. I have paged through all of the tabs multiple times. It used to turn on for no reason whenever I got an Orb, but it would go out when I entered the store. Now, nothing I can do turns the light off.

Daily Quests Timer
My daily quests aren't updating. The timer just keeps on refreshing. It is very annoying because I am trying to grow my account and one of my favourite things to do in MTGA is the daily rewards grind. Please fix it.
