How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Network error Unable to submit deck
- start Quick draft Kaldheim, draft deck, (possibly related to showing of wrong cards, cards drafted sometimes get replaced by another card) build deck, click "done"
- PC (Mac running windows)
- get a "connection lost, unable to submit deck" popup
- Expected the deck to be submitted, so i could start playing the matches
- See attached screenshots (1. pop-up after building deck, 2. draft overview with "Build your deck button", to build it again, 3. All cards in the maindeck
- When i build the deck the second time Arena does save it

Improve the Deck filtering and search to allow searching its content
Hello,
In the Decks panel of the client, could you please improve the search to allow searching the decks whose card names contain the text in the searchbox ? That way one could, for example, easily find all the decks containing "Shock" to either apply the newly aquired style for that card or either upgrade it to "Play with Fire".
More formats (at least Pauper, Artisan and the distinction between Brawl and the Historic Brawl) could be added to the deck filtering to better align it with the formats available in the deck builder.

Unable to play Kozilek as Commander
Kozilek is not able to be your commander. It just gives a "network error" and "unable to save deck, please try again later". Been like this since the card has come out and no hot fixes have been done on it. Please update Kozilek to be playable in Brawl.

Decks missing after 10/27 update
Users reporting decks missing after 10/27 update. This includes precon/starter decks. These will not show with no filters selected.

Missing cards
Hi I am writing to you because I realized some really strange things I start from the first which is the most important. I am missing cards on the game that I am quite sure I have drafted or I often have wild cards to play them, it is not possible that one devotes so much time and money to make a collection and then find that the cards disappear please solve. There are constant bugs from the phone you can't play well I have an iphon 13 I don't think it's a good phone ... Then in the drafts…

Blast Zone is being received despite owning 4 copies
Using PC, though this is a platform-agnostic bug.
When Fabled Passage was released in M21, Wizards modified the likelihood of receiving one from a pack so that you would only receive up to 4 copies in total (along with the copies from Throne of Eldraine) until you had fully unlocked the rest of the rares in the set.
Actual results:
-I own 4 copies of Blast Zone from War of the Spark
-I've received 3 copies of Blast Zone from Brothers' War
-I only have 1 copy of Underground River and 3 copies of Harbin, Vanguard AdvisorExpected results:

I can't build a "Karn, Living Legacy" Brawl deck
Every time I try to submit a Brawl deck with the card "Karn, Living Legacy" as the commander, I get an error, and can't submit the deck. I replaced the commander of the deck with another legendary creature, changed nothing, and the deck saved properly. After going back to the deck to edit it, and trying to replace the commander with Karn (changing nothing else), I once again got an error.
Please fix this so that I can make a brawl deck with Karn, Living Legacy as the commander

Trying to add a decklist but numerous cards can not be added
I am trying to add a Wort, Boggart Auntie Commander deck but am having an issue that numorous cards are not found in the Arena database, like Wort, Boggart Auntie.

Historic packs bugged?
I think there is a bug with packs again. I won a historic event and it gave me 3 packs (thermos beyond death, core set 2020, and ravinaca alliegence) I do not have a complete collection of rares for any of these sets yet I was given 20 gems for all 3 packs. I know there was a recent issue with supplicant protection on the most recent set and think there may be a similar issue with historic packs. Please look into it and please advise what you can do for me as the 20gems is not the value I…

Unable to save deck when using Ugin the Ineffable as my commander in Historic Brawl
Unable to save deck after updating cards when using Ugin the Ineffable as my commander in Historic Brawl.
If I use a different commander or format the deck saves just fine.
This is not Ugin the Spirit Dragon, I know it is banned in Historic Brawl.Please describe steps for me to get my deck with updates saved using my current list and Ugin the Ineffable as my commander.

Error Game - They don't give me the tutorial decks
Game is not saving new decks.
When you click in complete, nothing happens.
