How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Quest for new deck did not award deck
Today I did the color quest to get the deck with the shark on it. (25 White or Green spells) Once Finishing this quest, I did not retrieve the deck and the quest is now on a cool down.
I was really looking forward to this pre-con also.1) Have daily quest (play 25 W/G spells) to unlock new preconstructed deck (UB)
2) Play in Standard 2021 Play queue
3) Complete quest during Standard 2021 Play match
4) See reward for completing quest, Shark deck
5) Click "claim prize
6) New Deck not in decks

Mythic pack, Rare Wildcard

Mythic pack opening
I just opened a Dominaria united Mythic pack and instead of receiving a mythic card I received a rare wildcard as my top prize, not a mythic card or even a mythic wildcard

Import Deck Problem
When I try to import a new deck, a receive an error stating that the string is empty, but i've just clicked on the import button, without selecting anything else.

[Bug] Deck image doesn't change in Bloomburrow
- Start the game
- Chose "Decks" menu above
- Push "big PLUS" to create new deck
- Add one card to the deck
- Add another card to the deck
- Take second added card and drag it to deck image
Expecting result: Deck image changes to your second card image
Actual result: Deck image doesn't changeWindows 11, Steam

mythic reward card mastery pass missing
Hello, I just bought the mastery pass for this season and I should of had 2 mythic card from buying the mastery pass( im currently level 15) and i didnt receive the mythic card reward for level 8 and level 11.

Foundations Decks have missing cards
I just updated the game today and got the New Player Decks on my Inbox, but I didn't get all the copies of the cards on the decks and as such some have missing cards. For example the Path of Power deck is missing Temple of Abandon

starter deck dual
I've played and won a few games of the new rotation of starter deck duals but have not received the dual color deck rewards. The couple I have used are GW and GU.

Missing lands in draft when changing deck
When changing your draft deck in premium draft for March of machine the lands are replaced with battles. I am unable to add leave to my deck making it impossible to continue with the draft. Searching for basic lands in the deck builder also produces no results. When clicking on the mountain icon it just loads battles and no basic lands.

ICR not duplicate protected - received 5th copy
I recieved a 5th copy of Goldspan Dragon as an ICR instead of gems. I already had 4 copies...

retro artifact
Certain Retro Artifact card styles are unusable if already purchased and some cannot be purchased at all. Ranges from uncommon to mythic (examples: Ornithopter, Soul-Guide Lantern, Ichor Wellspring, Key to the City, Mazemind Tome, Foundry Inspector, Inspiring Statuary, Scrap Trawler, Aetherflux Reservoir, Mystic Forge, Self-Assembler and Platinum Angel).

Missing card in collection
I received a another copy of Luminarch Aspirant last week. It appears in my collection, but can not be added to any decks.
It shows as a valid card when added to new decks, but when any deck Save is attempted, its missing from my collection.

Missing cards
I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.

Missing Mastery Path Mythic Card Rewards
I do not receive any of the promised Mythic Card rewards when I complete the Mastery pass levels. This happened for level 29, 39, 49, and 56 (my current level). Please fix and provide the cards to my account.

Sideboard-view on iOS is broken after latest update. You can see 7 cards and nothing after that. 🙄

This is the second time I open a package complete the wildcard wheel and I don't get my wildcard, in this case a rare one.

From level 33 to 41 today I have not received any of my Mastery Pass premium rewards, only the top row of rewards.

Unable to play Jump in!
Cannot resign a deck in "Jump In!" mode, the activated button says "home" which just takes me back to the main screen & i am never able to play the mode.
Additionally i have no ability to resign the current deck that i am stuck with.
This problem persists both on windows and Android.

Side Deck not displaying/loading properly in Deck Builder
I'm unable to see my Side Decks in full, and thus can not edit them in the Deck Builder. They still show in full when playing Bo3 matches, but in the editor they show only a partial list at best and only one copy, even if there are multiple copies.

Sideboard not displaying / displaying incorrectly.
All decks, all formats, viewing previously built decks or creating new decks; the sideboard is not displaying correctly.
Examples: Shows "15 cards" in the subtitle of 'Sideboard'. Only displays 4 cards.
