How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Locked/Unavailable Profile, Decks and Store when playing Events
When entering an event and playing a game (so far happened in Quick Draft and Jumpstart), the Profile, Decks and Store tabs become locked and the only way to turn them back on is to go to the main menu. After doing so, the "glow" indicating you have any packs left to open disappears.
Also might be irreletad to this issue, but after obtaining a larger amount of new cards (by drafting or jumpstart for example), they are not shown as new cards.

draft crashing
My PC game draft crashed without been able to play. I was playing Premier Draft Neon Dynasty and the software crashed before I could look at my cards. I would like to get back my 1500 gems please. The game has crashed many times before in drafts but I just recently realized I can report these errors as bugs so I would like some compensation.

Traditional Draft doesn't count toward limited rank
I've been playing Traditional Draft of AFR since it came out, and only just realized that my limited rank is "you need to play a game to get rewards". Turns out, only playing Premier Draft increases your rank. I have to assume that this is a bug, because the alternative is that you looked at the most common limited format in MTG and said "yeah, that's not really limited".

Draft event not giving daily win rewards
For the 15 win Daily quest, when I am playing a draft event the winds count towards the 15 for the day. Yet I am not receiving the coins or experience (at least, not sure if I’ve noticed about the card rewards). I noticed this over the last two events that I participated in.
IOS
I can reproduce this by winning in a draft when I have less than 15 for the daily quest.
I have tried restarting but my gold and experience do not change when I log back in.

Mechtitan Core activation in Quick Draft
I was playing the first game of a Kamigawa ND when I tried to activate the Mechtitan Core (the 5 mana ability) to attack and win that game, but the client crashed. I quickly restarted it, but the game was not resumed automatically and I was awarded a loss in the draft... I am using a PC with Windows 10 Home. This happened at around 9:35 am (UTC).

Gems not awarded for drafting excess of 4x on rares and mythics
When drafting, gems are not being awarded when drafting rares and mythics above 4x.

Logged out/ Premier Draft Kamigawa.
Arena disconnected me during premier kamigawa draft during maintenance. Can´t log back in and finish my draft.
Is it possible to get a refund, please?-

Product suggestions
Im on PC, playing a sealed event.
When select attack, the game "hiccups" for a second, and becomes stuck on the select attackers step, after the attacker is moved "forward" but just before it is tapped, and the game "freezes" in an odd way. Anymations still play, I could still send and receive emotes. The timer started counting down, but even after running out nothing happened.I had to quit arena after nearly ten minutes of waiting for something to happen. Except now I can't connect to the server, logging in gives me two odd log in errors in succession:…

kamigawa sealds award couldn't be received.I win 5. I want 1600 gem and 3 pack.

draft deck missing
In a Premier Ikoria draft the draft deck went missing after the deck building. Where the deck usually is, there is nothing at all and the choice of "edit deck" is not available, just the "play" choice so it's impossible to rebuild the deck or make any changes what so ever. This has happened once before but I've played several drafts in between without this problem occurring.

issue on cards disappearing/attaching to cursor during drafting
I'm playing MTGA on windows PC.
Lately during drafts I attend there are some bugs with cards chosen/picked in which either a card disappears from the pack and it cannot be picked, or card images disappear from the picked ones and attach themselves to the cursor. While both a very frustrating i find the latter barely impacting drafting experience, while the other one hugely impacts the event itself. Second last draft I've done I opened pack 2 and i really wanted to pick the rare; when i hovered onto it, it disappeared and wasnt available to pick anymore. It was…2 votes -
Can’t add decks with cards I don’t have to Blast From the Past
Put together a deck, went back to check one by one and removed all cards it said were illegal, when I saved it only said it contained cards I don’t have. Format is set to Blast from the Past, 60-card deck, Submit is faded out when I highlight the deck.

BUG - my AO left battle field. triggered ability.
I looked at my graveyard before choosing. returned to browser, and it did not show the options (counters or look at top 7). I timed out because I could not select an option and after timing out, it did not let me do either.

Eu não consigo usar minhas cartas quando uma partido começa no evento semana que está ocorrendo esse final de semana. Isso acabou custando a minha inscrição em um evento dentro do jogo.

No puedo combatir en el Desafio de Colores
Buenas, ya desde hace varios días al querer entrar a batallar en el Desafío de Colores, una vez elegido el color, el juego no avanza hacia la etapa de batalla. Tal y como muestra la captura que envío, en la pantalla aparece la leyenda, "esperando al servidor" pero no pasa de ahí. Y por lo tanto no puedo batallar y conseguir los premios diarios que dan.
