How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to see draft pack in the view mode with my picks atthe bottom.
After attempting to drag a draft pick into my sideboard with the picks at the bottom, I stopped being able to see or pick cards.
I'm not going to attempt to reproduce.
Android
I could not see draft cards in the deck mode with my picks at the bottom.
I was expecting to be able to see the cards in my draft pack in both deck modes.
Switching to the other mode let me see and make picks. When I switched back, I still couldn't see the pack.1 vote -
draft autopick
During my strixhaven premier draft I was disconnected from the server and the deck was autopicked.

two draft pick error TMNT
Yesterday night I try to play a Two pick draft TMNT. During the pick I select two card one was the squirrel i don't remember the other(the game was recommend me to take The Neutrinos). When I drag the Squirrel to my deck, 3 cards arrived (Squirrel, Neutrinos and the other one). I put to my side the Neutrinos then the squirrel vanish to my deck.
I have to install an other browser to try to send this message on IE it doesnt work.1 vote -
pick two draft can't select cards
I was unable to select cards in a pick two draft，There is no countdown bar. I tried exiting and re-entering the game, but it still didn't work. In the end, all my cards were randomly selected by the system。

cementery
Hola tuve un problema en una partida, mi oponente uso la carta "Posesión vengativa" sobre mi criatura "Alesha, la que se ríe del hado" y tomo control de ella, luego antes de declarar atacantes mi criatura que el oponente tenia bajo su control fue dirigida hacia mi cementerio sin razon alguna. No uso otra carta y no hubo ninguna razon aparente de porque sucedio esto.

Traditional Draft Strixhaven Missing First Pick
I was playing Traditional Draft for Secrets of Strixhaven, and I had selected my first pick but not confirmed it. I switched to another tab and when I switched back, I was on my third pick, with only one card in my pool. My first pick was gone and did not appear even after the draft. Checking my draft logs confirms the same, that I did not take a card in the first pack. I am not sure what the cause of this missing card and auto pick of my second pick was.

Strixhaven Pack Reward
After I was done powered cube. I went to claim my reward and I got a strixhaven pack… I don’t think I was supposed to get a strixhaven pack before the release. I got too excited and already opened the pack. So I didn’t think to take a screenshot. But I have strixhaven cards in my collection before the official release.

続唱ドラフト Cascade draft - Bug

続唱ドラフトで、
カードを唱えた際に、続唱が発生し、
ライブラリーから対象のカードか見えるまでカードが公開される。
対象のカードがプレイされたあと、
公開されたカードが墓地に落ちた。
本来はライブラリーの下に戻るはずだが。When I cast a card in a Cascade draft,
its cascade ability triggered and I revealed cards from my library until I hit an eligible card.
After that card was cast, all the revealed cards were put into my graveyard,
even though they were supposed to be put on the bottom of my library1 vote -
ボーラスの城塞
城塞のボーラスを使用しデッキトップの呪文を使用しようとしたが青枠になり使用できる状態なのに使用できなかった。ライフは足りており盤面、墓地にも呪文の回数制限や呪文を唱えることが不可等の効果を持ったカードは一切無かった。写真のシュオルドレッドの勅令やネクロマンシーなどライフは足りていたのにどのタイミングでも発動出来ない。そのせいでイベントに負けてしまった。非常に腹立たしいです。

No Re entry Foundations Draft - Network Error
I signed up for the international Day of Play Event. I played all the way through 3 losses. And Now I cannot re enter. I get this message "Network error. Please Try again later".
I have been trying for at least 24 hours.
Could I get a refund or a token draft ? The event is closing in an hour, and I dont know if i will be able to sign in before the closing time.Thank you for your help

Network Error
When trying to join the phantom draft foundations after having played it ones it just says network error. Tried reinstalling and did everything without any luck :/

Forced to forfeit game because it glitched
My game glitched and wouldn't let me play any cards. I was forced to forfeit the game. Please credit my account 1500 gems since I had to take a loss that I didn't earn due to your game's technical issues.

Lost an event due to roping even if my connection was just fine
I just lost a Standard Event due to roping despite my connection being totally fine. From that moment, I had to close the game and now I can't even login anymore. I was playing on PC (Windows).
I want my gold back since my loss was everyhting but sure and I want to be able to log into my account again.1 vote -
Bug
The recent season that ended, I had logged in for rewards and finished in Diamond. At reset the game put me back to Gold 3 for the new season which is fine. I play a game or two in the new season and closed my game out. I logged back in when I got home on my pc and the system put me all the way down into silver singed of keeping me in gold. How can I justify this or get compensation for now having to grind back up to where I initially was?

Powered cube draft glitch
Cube draft heavily glitched during a match causing me to lose my 3rd game. Casted cards remained on the stack making attacking/blocking/playing impossible. I want a gem refund

Played creature isnt targetable.
I played and payed (mana costs) Tam, Observant Sequencer in a Quick Draft SOS game but when i played lands later in the game or tried to target her with instants/sorcerys she wasnt an available option. She didnt had any extra perks or anything and the enemy had no card that prevented her from activating. That bug costed me the game (and you only are allowed to lose 3 times). Also i couldnt select her as a blocker either.
I paid gold to join the quick draft and since i am mostly f2p its really frustrating to see your hard…

Cant sideboard in Play-In
After g1 in a Qualifier Play in Match, i sideboarded into another deck. When the second game started however, i was still on the first deck

Naming of Strixhaven draft
It feels like having an original Strixhaven draft event online at the same time as the current set of the same name is a bad idea. I've been teaching my partner magic through my own account and she has been getting into Strixhaven. Not knowing any better she chose the original Strixhaven draft event, wanting to join the secrets of Strixhaven draft.
There's no way to back out of the event and so we've effectively lost those gems as she isn't equipped to be able to jump into a totally new (old) set.
