How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

i was playing a match in a Premier draft of BloomBurrow from my PC, today 2nd of August 2024 at around 15:12, i was winning the match, i just had to click on the attack button, but the waiting for server started, and didn't intend to make me keep playing while i could see th timer ticking away, so i closed the mtg Arena and reopened again, just to see my opponent swinging at me with all and i had no chance to click on the blockers so to lose the game. Unexpected loss in arena ends event early
I was in a quick draft and I was given an unexpected loss after I had won, which ended my event early. I believe this is a bug on iOS.
- Queue for draft.
- Phone goes to Home Screen.
- I reopen app. A match begins.
- I win the match, which is awesome.
- I get a loss and a win after the match and my event ends unexpectedly

Frodo, Sauron's Bane not winning game as ability intends
In numerous games I have completed the necessary parts to trigger Frodo Sauron's Bane card effect but it does not trigger. These are;
- Have the ring tempt you 4 times
- Active Frodo's ability on that turn
- Inflict player damageI have lost 3 ranked games because of this. These are all on android and I am not sure if I can collect logs from this device?

Didn't receive Renewal content
Didn't receive renewal rewards. I got the renewal animation, then a blank screen with the More button. I didn't see anything added to packs, or my collection.

Frozen arena game cause me to lose last draft match due to timeout
Lost real money cause of the gems. This game is so annoying and full of bugs. I'm just going to play something else. Please give me my money back.

Bloomburrow Draft Disconnect
I was playing bo1 draft games, when suddenly my game kinda froze, I could interact with board and cards, but my effects didnt want to go through. Irestarted my PC, but it happened again in the second game. After that i decided to restart my router, but it happened again in my third and final game. I cant concede and I have to wait for automatic disconnect. I checked my onternet connection and everything works fine. Can I get my gems back? Or can i get draft entry back?

Bug/ Product Suggestion
Waiting for server made me lose a Premier Draft match.
Arena server malfunction made me lose a match in a Bloomburrow Premier Draft, in terms of the game i lost a whole turn because of this, and of course it is fatal in a limited game. I was using my Pc and while waiting for the server i was looking up this page on Google so i can say my connection was working. So i guess i should receive a refund because it was an Mtg Arena issue.Thanks,

Out of nowhere, my client crashed and by the time I could log back in, the draft had done an entire round without me. I want a refund.

Draft has gone
Premier draft (bloomberry) has disappeared for me. I was 1-0 and the draft icon just vanished. Very frustating.

Draft Event without enough people to start
Hello, I'm playing on mobile (Android) and I joined a Cube Draft paying with gold on the latest minutes available.
Then the server started its maintenance for the realase of Bloomburrow and I've got stuck in the search for a table with 4 other people.I've been waiting more than 1 hour so I suppose there won't be any more participants, in this case could I get my gold refunded?

Starter deck duel permanently stuck as "in progress" even though I've completed the reward track. Please have it go away when completed.
It's really annoying that the starter deck duel always pops back up with a blinking "resume" call to action despite the fact that I've completed the reward track. I would much rather be seeing any other event but the UI prioritizes showing you "in-progress" events so the starter deck duel will constantly be taking up UI space that could be used to show actually time limited events. As a veteran MTGA player I have no desire to ever touch it again. There is no legitimate reason for it to be demanding attention in the UI like this, forever. If I…

Draft needs tobe in similar pods
I understand about connecting to a player after drafting your three packs. But it's unfair when I draft in a weak pod and come up again a person who drafted really well from another pod. I didn't see a single person from my pod for all of my games and was crushed in a very embarrassing manner. I don't want to draft on Arena anymore of there can not be some kind of draft balancing between pods if yo uimtemd on mixing players.
