How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

out of match
During the current sealed box event, I entered a match and while I was placing my first land, it just quit the match and I was back on the event screen. I joined another match and after losing, I had 2 losses instead of 1.

bug
I was playing first round of a draft yesterday, then, out of nowhere the screen turn black and then back to Play Button. Thill this point no lost was count, but the game havent back. I clicket Play, play other game normally, when back, the loss was there. Everything was playing ok during all games, just this moment came this glinch

crash during standard event
I was playing the first match of a standard event on PC when Arena crashed and made me skip two turns and ended up losing because of that.

Wins and losses problem in Premium Draft
Was playing an DFT event, as I can recall I did 4 games, 2 wins and 2 losses, then the next match I've won the event went over like I've won an lost at the same time, making it impossible to play further.

Luxurious Locomotive Not Creating Treasure in Quick Draft
Platform: Magic: The Gathering Arena (Mac)
Game Mode: Quick Draft
Date & Time of Occurrence: 20.02.2025Issue Description:
During a Quick Draft match, Luxurious Locomotive failed to create a Treasure token when attacking, which directly impacted the outcome of the game.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Control a Sheriff of Safe Passage with two +1/+1 counters.
2. Opponent, while at 2 life, removes Sheriff of Safe Passage with Desert Due.
3. In response, activate Luxurious Locomotive’s crew ability.
4. Afterward, cast Baron Bertram Graywater.
5. Attack with Luxurious Locomotive (which should have triggered both its ability and Baron Bertram Graywater’s effect).…1 vote -

Ipayout email
Not sure this is the right place for this, but I won an arena direct, and recently received an email saying that I should have received another email from mtgarena@globalewallet.com with my account creation details. I did a search, but there were no emails from that address in my history. I tried responding to the email I had, but got no reply, so I am now attempting to reach out through here.

J'écrit cette rubrique suite a un bug rencontrez sur Mtga qui ma emmener ici j'ai participez a des avant premières en boutique et une fois mon e-mail donnez tous c'st bien passez une fois les ap passez on ma dit que au lieu des codes que l'on recoit avec l'ap pour des récompense sur mtga elle seront ajouter directement sur notre comptes hors je n'ai recu de récompenses suite a ces ap.

Arena choose a draft in my place!
Arena just choose in my place to make a draft and i didn't select the draft bottom.
I'm just collecting enough gold for the traditional draft and the app choose the quick draft. Can i have a refound? ( previous gold was 8700, now are 3700).1 vote -

cancelled
I cancelled while searching for an opponent and it appeared as a game loss, felt like I clicked cancel just as the game was starting but couldn't rejoin. I would like a refund as feels unfair and drafts aren't cheap

Traditional constructed event - Game remaining counter wrong
Platform: Windows, Steam
During a traditional constructed event, when you press cancel during the loading screen while there is the "Entering match..." dialogue, it seems the game will count that as a loss and remove a game from the event (x game remaining counter).
In my case, I played one match, then, for the second match, pressed the cancel button before joining it because I changed my mind.
Later in the day, I played one more match and after that match, the game was showing "2 games remaining" in the event tab. Though my game tracker only shows two matches…1 vote -
I'm sick of the drafting economy.
Hi, I'd just like to say that I'm not interested in spending money on Magic the Gathering: Arena. I really actually only play draft. I love draft, I abhor the process of playing constructed formats to earn gold to spend on draft. It's a huge waste of time for me. I don't want to collect cards or play constructed. Yet the game is built to either: play constructed or spend money. I have spent money in the past but I am no longer going to do so. I'm not trying to like... erode the social contract here, I'm just making…

15 land deck, game 1, 9 land and 4 spells - lost. Game 2 4 spells 9 land - lost. Game 3 9 land 4 spells, lost. Every game I drew 9 land by 7
Shuffler doesn't work with DLC and 15 land decks. Refund me

Bug con la carta Envoltorios de tela maldita / Cursecloth Wrappings
Estaba jugando un draft de la nueva edición y se produjo un error con una carta que podía embalsamar una criatura del cementerio, resulta que me dice que no se puede efectuar la acción por falta de recursos para pagar el coste.

Stuck into a game that never ends
I am playing a ranked constructed game. During a combat phase the game is just stuck on a trigger activation. I have checked my internet connection and everything seems fine.

Bug; I won the game but the system calculated it as a loss on quickdraft.
In my quick draft I won the game, but when I clicked out of the victory screen it showed I had 3 losses and it forced me to claim. This is super frustrating as it feels like a waste of the money I spent to play those drafts.

プレミアドラフトでゲームの途中で別のゲームになった
0-2でドラフトで対戦中、反応が途絶しドラフトタイトル画面に戻った。初めのゲームに戻るため再度開始を押したところ別の相手とのゲームが始まった。その後、2回目のゲームは勝ったものの初めの途中のゲームが敗北扱いになったのか、再ログインすると3敗したことになっていた
