How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Omniscience draft ridiculous

    It's common that opponent draw the whole deck in 3 turns, or is plenty of drawing tools in the deck. This event is rigged!!

  3. Erreur réseau : impossible d'envoyer le deck (défi amical)

    Bonjour,

    Impossible de jouer en défi amical contre des amis.

    À chaque fois : "erreur réseau - impossible d'envoyer le deck", alors que ma connexion est très bien ; de même pour mes amis (testé avec deux amis que ce soit sur Android ou PC).

    Que pouvez-vous faire ?

  5. draft event disconnect

    Hello, I got a disconnect from the SNC Quick Draft event on pc after going 1:1, event is now finished after two games without rewards, except the picked cards. Thank you!

  6. sealed loss

    I just won a game of sealed but it was counted as a loss. I was 1-2 going into the game. This "loss" puts me at 1-3 meaning that I can't play anymore games. I don't know if it is relevant, but my opponent conceded during their second main phase.

  7. Game Slow and Freezes

    Ever since the last update, my game is constantly slow and freezes once I try to queue an event. Everything is so slow, the animations take forever, EX. just trying to move my cursor across the screen takes so long. And when I can finally hit the "Play" button, the game freezes and crashes. I started experiencing this last weekend, when I tried to play in the qualifier play-in. Much to my dismay, I couldn't play my games bc of this issue. I was able to log-in on mobile, but that is not the preferred way to compete, didn't do…

  8. How to turn off alternate card styles during draft?

    Is there any way to turn off alternate card styles while drafting? Once I have gotten to the point of quickly identifying each card by its art, changing the art becomes very distracting (especially when receiving unwanted card styles as random rewards). I've tried checking "Hide Alternate Card Styles" and unchecking "Auto Apply Card Styles" but those options don't seem to do anything. I've heard that people with visual impairments can be affected by this too, so the option to have consistent, default art all the time would be a nice accessibility feature.

  9. Game Crashes during match

    game crashes when looking for an opponent during Premiere draft. attempts to restart the program and re-access match in progress does not work. program initializes, finds match in progress, attempts to load game, hangs up and crashes. results in a time out of the match and a match loss. once match is over i am able to relaunch the client without crashing

  10. Bug - Incorrect Packet Selection for Jump In

    The Jump In Packet selection description (https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-streets-new-capenna-2022-04-27) states that "If your first packet selection has one color, there will always be at least one monocolor option and at least one multicolor option. All multicolor options will contain the color of the first packet selection." but I was able to select "Equipped" (R-monocolor) as my first pick and "Crawlies" (U/G-multicolor) which should not have been legal by the above criteria. The actual selection took place on MTG-A iOS version 2022.15.10.477.929304 but the screenshots were taken on Mac desktop version 2022.15.10.790.929304.

  11. Jump In not showing unpicked packs

    I'm not getting unpicked packets when joining Jump In. According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-kamigawa-neon-dynasty-2022-02-11,

    for your first packet, at least one option will be a packet you've never selected

    This happened like 5-10 times with previous releases, but I thought I'd try again now that NEO is out and there are new packets that I've never picked. Instead I was offered Armory, Zombies and Powered Up, all of which I've picked before.

  12. alchemy

    I was enrolled in an Alchemy Dominaria United draft. After finishing my second game the queue for the draft disappeared. It has now been gone for 10-15 minutes despite reloading MTGA and refreshing the Events screen.

    When trying to "view battlefield" in a Traditional match sideboarding screen on mobile. The opponent's deck/deck size, graveyard, exile and hand is inaccessible.

  14. Cancel Premier Draft matchmaking, close client, 30m later had loss

    Hello,

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

    I logged in this morning, went to the DMU Premier Draft I was in with 2-2 record, queued up for a match, waited 5 seconds, and clicked Cancel and closed the client as I had to go do something else right away.

    I logged back in ~30m later and went to the draft screen, which said I had a 2-3 record and to Claim Prize.

  16. Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft

    I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
    2. enter premium draft
    3. select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
    4. drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
    5. vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

  18. Quick draft loss, never played

    Was in a quick draft, hit play. Went to loading screen, sat with an unending spinning timer that hid the cancel button. Upon closing and reopening the app, I had one more loss than previously without ever even seeing the match. I'm asking simply for my 750 gems back or 5000 gold as I've been putting a lot of $ into this game and if customer support cannot redeem a honest mistake on their clients end I will happily quit donating my money for drafts.
