How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Was disconnected from a game and couldn't go back
I was disconnected mid game, and instantly got back to home screen. Could not join back the game, but was able to start a new game. However, after finishing the game with a win, I find that the win didnt count and my Standard Event streak is over. Find log files attached!
Arena is farming my gems, this has to be addressed and stop!

Sudden loss in Quick Draft Mid-Game, Game log Error "Ability found on card is missing from the _abilities dictionary."
While Playing in the duskmourn quick draft, I experienced a bug where, after doing damage to a player, the game declared a sudden loss for me. There are no card in play, or in the graveyard, that wouldve caused a loss. This was extremely frustrating as it was my third loss, and was close to winning the game as well.
I've attached the game log. Right as my two attackers had dealt damage, and two Enduring Curiosities had gone onto my stack, the game declares a defeat.
After combing the game log, I believe the error is on line 442101.…

Unable to find Ranked Constructed Events
When I hit play I have no options to play Ranked Standard BO1; or ranked explorer or Alchemy or whatever
I see what you're suggesting. I'm not in tutorial mode. Just when I go to events I can see Standard Event... but I don't have access to the ranked constructed events; just unranked.
I have no access to any ranked constructed events. I've played Alchemy Events, Standard Events and my ranking doesn't change.
I was able to find ranked individual games in the play tab - but not ranked events

Game crash inside match
I played duskmourn draft event and 15 minutes ago game crashed inside my match. I just saw "waiting for the server" and when I was returned to match it was freezing. Please return my resources!

forced exit match
Today I was doing the last match of a premium draft. I was one turn away from winning, but the client abruptly closed. When I re-accessed the client, it was like the match didn't exist. I was back to 6-2. Then I entered one more match but I lost. I think it's unfair and I should get the proper reward. I obviously don't have video proof for this since it was sudden.

Momir: nothing happend when paring 18 mana
While playing the Momir event I got lucky with a Vorinclex Voice of Hunger. I had 9 lands, so tapped them all and paid 18 many only to see that nothing happens. Probably because there are no cards with mana value 18. So I lost the game. Maybe include a small warning that this action would result in nothing.

Bug
クイックドラフトの途中に、急に『サーバーの応答を待ってます』となりグルグル回ったまま動かせませんでした。ドラフト中なので急いでアプリ開き直しました。この対戦では勝ちましたが…私の方の電波の問題の場合ならすみません。サーバーの方の問題なら、そういう場合は引き分け試合になるように変更してはどうですか？

Mid-game thrown out of match, autoloss
Again issue today where right st start if game, IOS arena client throws nack to main many screen and marks game as autoloss. Happened in historic event. Would appreciate 375gems back

Cube Draft TriLand cant use
If you try to use Tri-Land card (Ex:Raffine's Tower) in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.

Draft game crush and are assing as loss
During the Pioneer Masters draft on 08.01.2025 around 10 AM GMP+1 time 3 games in a row the client hangs with the massage "waiting for server" and all games are assigned as losses. This lead to the event finishing prematurely for me and me losing gems on it. I expect you to refund the entry fee

Assigne lost in quick draft duskmourn
in the event of “quick draft duskmourn” i was assigned an extra loss. at the moment i played 4 matches, with the result of 3w 1l.
One of these matches ended unexpectedly and I was assigned both defeat and victory.1 vote -
Pauper and Artisan formats
Hello.
Would it be possible to have more pauper and artisan formats?
Like with each new set rolling in, a pauper or artisan event would be available for that set (or for couple latest sets).Not to mention I would really appreciate seeing those for all time, even as non-ranked plays.

Queremos mais eventos Historic Pauper!
Adoro jogar Magic, jogo quase todos os formatos, e um formato muito legal é o Historic Pauper, uma vez que ainda não existe um meta e podemos ficar quebrando a cabeça para construir um bom deck!
Os eventos Historic Pauper sumiram, inclusive não é mais possível montar decks nesse formato pois esse formato sumiu do jogo também.
Tenho centenas de Wild card comuns sobrando na minha conta e não tenho nada para usar elas.

Make Your Move
Make Your Move is able to target Scrawling Crawler on opponents turn with artifact Quick-Draw Katana attached to it. It had less than 4 power and the opponent killed me, pretty much costing me the game and a chance to advance from 1000 gems to 1400; how convenient for you. I either want the gold I spent back and everything unwound or the 400 gems it cost me from getting the win, whichever you choose more "profitable". This is ridiculous, the last bug I reported wasnt even address so far as I am aware which was a token artifact having…

Midweek magic
Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

Disconnected from draft, game did not count as a win or a loss
Platform: PC
I was playing an Outlaws of Thunder Junction Premier Draft. I had 1 one and 1 loss. Just when (I think) I was about the win the match, the "rope" appeared even though I had played a card and had priority, indicating a disconnect. As I only had one time-out left, I closed the game, as that usually helps me reconnect faster. I re-launched the game, and the client stated that it was "searching for active matches", but instead of reconnecting me to the game, it just put me in the main menu. I opened the draft, and…

予選プレイインBO3のゲーム中にホーム画面に戻り、もう一度プレイすると新しい対戦相手とのゲームになりました。ゲームを終えると、負けていないのに敗北したことになっており、イベントに参加できなくなっていました。二回参加して、二回とも同じバグがおきました。

Win being recorded as win and loss
I entered a match today with 2 losses and 0 wins. At the end of the match, which I won, it showed me with 1 win and three losses (it tallied both), and I was only able to claim my prizes. I was very surprised that I was unable to play again after a victory.
