How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Additional loss after 2nd game in Premier Draft
In my most recent MKM-Alchemy Premier Draft, I won the first game and lost the second game. While the first win was registered correctly, I suddenly had two instead of one loss after the second game. Effectively this caused me to collect 3 losses early.
I suspect that there was something wrong going on when I was matched for the second game. While the search for an opponent had already been finished after about 3 seconds (thats when the "Cancel" button dissapeared) it took an unusual extra 10 seconds until I entered the game. I experienced no internet connection issues…

Draft
I paid 10000 coins yesterday for a premier draft e diconnect during it. after I can draft with diamonds but i lose 10000 coins!

App crashing while entering match
For about the last month, when opening the app for the first time after a while, the first match I begin makes the app crash, then reopening the app it find the pending match but when at the “username vs username” screen it crashes again and keeps doing that until the timer runs out and i get match loss. While playing in ladder isn’t a huge problem, it happened also during a Standard Metagame challenge making me lose the entry at the first match without even playing the match whatsoever. Black page during sideboard
During the Timeless Challenge event during the sideboard I can't see the state of the game. It appears as a black page and affect during the sideboarding since I have to take notes from the cards and boardstate. Since this is a paying event is really annoying.

internal server error while drafting
i got logged out in the middle of a draft and got this message that it was an internal server error first and then i got error code -1, so i cant log in and my draft is probably ******, could i please get my gems back

loss in premium draft
I had a phantom loss in this premium draft on 1/3/2024. I just won a game and returned to the results screen with a 3rd loss and the highlighted claim button.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…2 votes -
gold
I didn't received the full amount of gold shown after completing an event. I was suppose to receive 2000, I got less than that (I think 1250 or something like that). This is the second time it happens to me. I am a new to the Arena so I thought that there was something I missed the first time.

選択できた場合には最初のメイン画面に戻り、

Two copies of a common showing up in one Outlaws of Thunder Junction draft pack
During an Outlaws of Thunder Junction premier draft, early on in pack two there was a pack with two copies of Corrupted Conviction in it. Unless the pack collation is designed to replicate the possibility of a duplicate foil in packs of paper cards, that shouldn't occur on MTGA.

Prairie Dog multiple activations don't work
I activated my prairie dog twice before end of turn, but it only got 2 counters instead of 3

Close after limited thunder junction premier draft pairing
Client closes after pairing opponent on premier thunder junction draft. iPhone 12 mini. Happens as soon as opponent is found.
I can rejoin after opening the client but it happens every time.

surveil in jump in!
being promoted to surveil when selecting options like modes for enchantment or starting hand mulligan, so no actions can be taken as no surveiling

Jump In! Issue Claiming Reward
In the regular Jump In! single-win event, clicking the Claim button doesn't do anything. It shows the "waiting for server" loading screen briefly, but I don't get any reward and the Claim button continues to be displayed. It doesn't switch to Resign so I can play again with new packets. I tried restarting the game client to no avail.

product suggestion
Ranked Ladder not working after OTJ update. When playing OTJ premier draft event, the ranked ladder is not visible and ranked matches are not an option.

Mise a jour janvier 2024
Apparemment depuis la mise a jour il y a quelques jours que ce soit sur os, windaude ou android il y a eu un bug critique mais les dev' n'ont pas l'air de s'en préoccuper plus que ça.
Que ce soit en passant par le lanceur epic games ou en lançant directement l'application mtga l'écran reste noir avec le curseur visible, pas de son j'ai attendu comme ça une bonne demi heure au cas où mais cela ne fait rien.
Que se soir niveau réinstallation, vérification des fichier, cache, dns ou fuseau horaire aucune des solution habituelles ne règle quoi…4 votes
