How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug - Incorrect Packet Selection for Jump In
The Jump In Packet selection description (https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-streets-new-capenna-2022-04-27) states that "If your first packet selection has one color, there will always be at least one monocolor option and at least one multicolor option. All multicolor options will contain the color of the first packet selection." but I was able to select "Equipped" (R-monocolor) as my first pick and "Crawlies" (U/G-multicolor) which should not have been legal by the above criteria. The actual selection took place on MTG-A iOS version 2022.15.10.477.929304 but the screenshots were taken on Mac desktop version 2022.15.10.790.929304.

I was enrolled in an Alchemy Dominaria United draft. After finishing my second game the queue for the draft disappeared. It has now been gone for 10-15 minutes despite reloading MTGA and refreshing the Events screen.

Quick draft loss, never played
Was in a quick draft, hit play. Went to loading screen, sat with an unending spinning timer that hid the cancel button. Upon closing and reopening the app, I had one more loss than previously without ever even seeing the match. I'm asking simply for my 750 gems back or 5000 gold as I've been putting a lot of $ into this game and if customer support cannot redeem a honest mistake on their clients end I will happily quit donating my money for drafts.

jump in win not counted
I won a jump in game but did not get the 1 win reward. It did not count towards the daily win either.

Baird, Argivian Recruiter
I had a "Baird, Argivian Recruiter" out and a boosted creature. At end of turn, Baird did not trigger and I did not get a token

Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft
I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
- enter premium draft
- select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
- drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

Card Disappears from pool
First SNC Quick draft. P3P14 picked Raffine's Guidance. Card dissapeared from my pool when it came to deck building

Quick draft event bug
I can't acces to the Quick draft event on Arena. I've tried it on my phone (Android) and on my laptop (windows). It seems that there is a bug related to the last time I played a Quick draft. It appears 'Resume draft' but I can't acces to the Quick draft main page neither by 'Resume draft' or other way. What can I do?

Draft Win Not Counted
Playing in a Premier Draft event, I won a match and it didn't count the win. The Victory screen displayed and the event win counter was still at 1 instead of moving to 2 wins.

My Dominaria Draft united was ended unexpectedly because of bug. I had drafted the cards and was about to play the game but then it gifted me 1 pack and 50 gems. I had used a token.

Alchemy DMU drafts down
I completed my first Alchemy DMU premier draft event this morning, then I closed the app on my PC.
The problem is when I open the Arena ap on my PC now, I am not able to join another ALCH DMU draft. There does not seem to be any option for joining any DMU drafts, nor are the DMU events listed at all when I click on the 'LIMITED' tab.

Server loss connection
Server loss connection
I lost two Premier Draft games due to server connection issues and related bizarre visual bugs (see screenshot attached of me not being able to cast a spell while the time counter keeps going down).
I attached the logs of these games, and I would like to be refunded my Premier Draft entry.

Casting Epic Confrontation did not trigger an instant spell casting opportunity
I wanted to cast a spell called "Disfigure" before the sorcery spell "Epic Confrontation" resolved and the two target creatures fought. However, I was unable to cast the instant spell "Disfigure" and my creature died! I had the mana and after the fight I was able to destroy the enemy creature with Disfigure. My creature died though and I lost the game. Usually when I cast a fighting spell like Epic Confrontation, you can adjust creature stats using an instant spell but this time the two creatures just fought immediately without letting me debuff the enemy creature.

Game crash during attack phase
While play round 2 of traditionnal sealed DMU, my opponent timed out during his/ger attack without selecting a unit to boost the power of an attacking creature with enlist. The game was stuck with this creature glowing and tapping/untapping ceaselessly.
I got out and now I can't come back in, the game is still going on.6 votes -
Premier Draft Bug
I am stuck in the premier draft screen after my first pick. Waiting on other players to pass a pack past the time limit for passing a pack. When trying to go to menu, the game crashed with "waiting for server". After ending the game with "end task", and rejoining the draft I ended up with random picks. Please provide a refund. Thanks in advance.

Traditional Draft Should Affect Limited Rank
Currently, Traditional Draft does not affect a player's Limited Rank, only Quick Drafts and Premium Drafts. However, the newly introduced Play-In Points are only available for Limited players through Traditional Drafts. This presents a dilemma for players looking to pursue both Play-In points and raise their Rank.
Additionally, Best of 3 play is broadly considered to be more competitive than Best of 1. This makes the current practice of only allowing Best of 1 games to affect Limited Rank somewhat counterintuitive.

Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."
Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."
Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...
Could I at least please have my draft…
