How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Client keeps disconnecting
The client crashed 2 times durenig the draft phase, then it kept crashing till it conceded the 1st game.

premier draft froze after making pick
During a premier draft, I made a pick, the card disappeared, and it said "waiting for other players to pick" even though I had a stack of packs in my queue. I had to exit the game and restart, missing at least a pick, maybe 2. Log attached. I would like a gem refund.

Join event
Unable to join any event or queue for matches. After purchasing Sealed Event entry, cannot play in Event or que for any non-event matches

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

Jump In! Event New First Packet Issue
The latest patch appears to have reset the Jump In event packet history such that I'm not seeing new packets I've never selected before as advertised. I've wasted several entry fees by now testing this and trying to find new packets to little avail. Only once in ~4-5 events has there been a new packet available in the first selection.
There's a similar bug with ICR novelty being reset, so there's a "New" flare even if I have 4 of them already.

Draft Froze and Autopicked cards
Traditional Draft Neon Dynasty. Draft Froze less than halfway through. Reloaded and it had autopicked all the rest of my cards for me. I would like to request a refund of my draft. The deck I ended with is trash.

Mastery pass missing rewards
I didnt receive some rewards from Mastery Pass, 2 wildcard mythic from level 76 and level 80

Alchemy decks are invalid in Bot Match
New Alchemy deck with new Omnath and Goldspan. Go to a bot match to try it out, deck is invalid. Mouse over deck, says "invalid cards: 0"

Jump In event "Add to Decks" button doesn't work
After selecting the packs for the Jump In event, i pushed the "Add to Decks" button. Usually it brings up a notification saying that the deck was added successfully. however since the 10/02/22 update, pushing that button does nothing.

Draft table bugged
During draft, game stopped passing packs around pack 2 or 3. Stuck on table, closed and reopened the game and picked random cards for me but table still bugged. Restarted client draft ended.
Please refund my gems.

Quick Draft - 2 loss but only 1 game played
I just launch a Kamigawa quick draft.
I start the search for a game, but cancel it after 20-30 seconds.
I relaunch a search, find a game, play it and unfortunately lost. But MTGA give me 2 loss...
I join my last log, and a screenshot of my MTGA assistant, that shows that i only played one game...EDIT : My log seems too big to upload.

Lost connection while choosing cards in premier draft
After I clicked ready in the premier draft, the words "waiting for the server" appeared and I can't see cards or choose cards. I restart the game for 10 times and wait for the server. The game asked me for several times whether I choose the cards or the cards were chosen automatically, but I can only wait for the server after I clicked yes. The connection was restored after the cards were chosen automatically and the connection problem made me lost my premier draft.

NEO Sealed deck "add to decks" not working
I bought a NEO sealed event and want to export my deck to play with a friend. When i click "Add to Decks" nothing happens (e.g. no sealed deck is added to "Decks"). I have 30 deck slots available.

midweek magic event uses alchemy cards
Please, never use alchemy cards in any sort of event. Alchemy is the worst idea, the cards suck and it makes me want to quit Magic.

Test Of Talents discarded wrong cards and no draw
An opponent played Test Of Talents on me after I played Rip Apart. Instead of searching my deck for extra Rip Aparts, opponent instead discarded all of my Crackle With Powers. I didn't get to draw any cards after Test Of Talents resolved either.

Unable to mulligan during a draft
Premier draft mulligan button appears, but unable to click the button anywhere on the button or close to it. Play button worked no problem.

Draft Pick showing as different card
While drafting my p1p1 (Spara's headquarters) didn't display til the 2nd pack was passed to me. When it finally displayed it showed up as Syndicate Infiltrator which was the first card of pack 2. I drug it back and forth from my sideboard trying to determine if it was a visual bug or if I actually had the card and came to the conclusion that I actually had the card. When I went to submit my deck it was still showing as syndicate infiltrator, but it displayed an error submitting deck and when I came back to the deck screen…
