How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    an event came out and disappeared after an hour, direct arena lost caves of ixalan, I shopped 3000 gems for the event and now can't play it.

  2. Crash anytime I try to enter draft waiting room

    Unable to enter waiting room for draft. Anytime I attempt to start a draft after (after the pay step), I get the spinning wheel on the "waiting for server" screen. At this point the screen freezes and the program arena. This occurs for any draft event. I do not have this problem for any other game type or arena feature, nor did this happen until after the most recent update.

  3. MWM Phantom sealed cardstyle bug

    Midweek Magic Phantom Sealed Bloomburrow won't let me add Mabel, Heir to Cragflame to my sealed deck because it has a card style.

  4. Arena crashes when I want to resume a draft that I signed up for

    I registered for a premium Bloomburrow draft, but now I can't acces the event in Arena - the program crashes every time I click on the "resume" button, it never gets past the "waiting for the server" screen. Bloomburrow limited events end soon, what should I do? Thank you in advance!

  6. Issue connecting with draft on Mac

    When I login on Mac, all of a sudden I can't access my 'Quick Draft' without the prgramme freezing. Usually this is fine, it's just happened in the past two days. I'm trying to access via a deck I already drafted before the issue happened. Just checked via my iPhone and it's all fine there

  7. arena.exe non risponde durante la formazione del tavolo draft

    Sul pc dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento durante la formazione del tavolo per il draft di bloomburrow arena.exe non risponde, mentre le altre tipologie di gioco funzionano correttamente. Ho reinstallato il gioco 2 volte ma il problema persiste.

  8. I can't find a match and have waited for several minutes. Clicked

    i can't find a match after waiting for several minutes in Explorer and Standard Ranked Queues. I have not tried other queues. Please help

    I drafted a Thoughtseize from the Amonkhet Remaster draft and I already had 4 of this one, however I was not given a wildcard.

  11. Unable to play Premier Drafts after update

    When I try to open a Premier Draft (both one that was already ongoing or a new one) Arena freezes. Every other function or event is working fine, just Premier Drafts cause this issue. This happened after the most recent update.

  12. I can't side in Bo3

    I can't side in or side out cards in my deck during the side phase between one play and another. I click on them but they don't move frome side to deck and viceversa.

  13. Can't connect to Historic game

    Bug using iPhone app... I've been unable to connect to a Historic game for over 30 minutes. After clicking PLAY, I wait while trying to find a match for 1-2 minutes. I've tried rebooting the app, reloading the packages and rebooting my iPhone. I've tried my wifi and Verizon's data but nothing is working.

  14. Missing 1 Bloomburrow Mastery Orb

    Like others it seems I was short changed by 1 orb at some point and now will not have enough to get all the card styles.

    PS Umm also, please update the categories for these posts. Where is the basic “bug report” selection? None of the available options fit this situation.

    When opening a draft the game crashes and even though i have used gems i cannot draft. this is on PC. no workaround

  16. Can't resume Quick Draft after 9/12/24 update

    I started a Quick Draft before the 9/12/24 update, but hadn't played any matches with my draft deck. Over the past couple days, I've tried going back into Quick Draft, but the app freezes up on the "Waiting for Server" screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. And it only appears to be an issue with Quick Draft--I've been able to play a couple Standard matches without any problems.

    Also, I'm playing on a PC, in case that info is helpful.

  17. draft

    Client stops working when trying to log into any kind of draft. Specifically stops working when I try and start. Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts. Would just like my 10,000 gold back as it seems like it will leave the que soon. But would also like this fixed soon as I really like to draft and I just cannot draft.

  19. Bloomburrow Mastery Emporium 2 orbs spending not purchasing properly

    On PC, I clicked to unlock the Historic Sorin playset for 2 orbs and received a frog sleeve instead? I was supposed to receive the 4 Sorin Plainswalker cards.

  20. "Network Error - Unable to join event. Please try again later."

    Between games in a Bloomburrow premier draft, I was unable to play another game. I went and tried to do a standard game as well, but that wouldn't work either. I keep getting an error message of "Network Error - Unable to join event. Please try again later."

    I tried on my iphone (iOS) and on my windows surface laptop (via Steam), but I keep getting the same error and have been for about 20 minutes.

    I have tried restarting the app on both devices and can't play anything at the moment.
