How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to reconnect to match after server disconnected
I was playing in a standard event and was disconnected and bounced out of the game. I hit Play from the event screen expecting to be reconnected but it put me into a new game rather than reconnecting me to the existing game. This caused the other game to be scored as a loss

cube draft
Joined a cube draft and clicked ready but the pod never launched even though it showed everyone else as ready. I tried restarting arena and it simply said connecting to server for several minutes. I checked my WiFi connection which seemed to be working just fine. I waited about an hour and retried and now I lost the 4000 gold for the event and don't even see if as an event when I navigate to the events tab.

Arena Cube didn't load after accepting coins, did not get coins back after restarting game
I loaded into an Arena Cube Draft queue, and all players were ready, the screen timed out to 0:00 and continued buffering until eventually the client froze. I restarted Arena assuming I would be loaded into the queue, however I was not put into the queue and it took my 4,000 coin entry fee.

Cube draft frozen on entry, client now won't load
When I entered cube draft, the list of participants showed up and all clicked ready. The timer counted down to zero, and then the screen just froze. I waited at least 5 minutes. I restarted the client and it immediately entered the black "Waiting for the server..." screen with loading circle and did not proceed to load anything. I restarted my PC, and the exact same thing happened. I can't even get into the home screen at this point.

Quick Draft Quest
The quick draft quest is still not working. I used my 5K gold to do the Aetherdrift quick draft, went 4/3, did not receive any progress on the "complete 3 quick draft matches" quest or my 1K gold. I play on PC and my Iphone. Also, when I click into the quest to be navigated, nothing happens, I just remain on the home screen tab. Please fix.

Complete 3 quick draft matches quest
I have the quest to complete 3 quick draft matches, I bought gems to complete it. I played the Quick Draft Aetherdrift event and played 5 matches before losing 3 times. I spent the rest of the gems on packs before I realized the quest was uncompleted.

Card Rewards Not Received with Mastery Pass
Card rewards not received at max level Aetherdrift pass. Did not receive mythic card reward at level 58

Bug Quick Draft
Bug quick draft spark, I completed two quick drafts and the mission was not completed, I ended up losing gold resources trying to finish, could you fix or update the mission to complete the remaining spark missions, thank you!!

cube draft
Just playing Traditional Cube Draft today (30/03/2025) and suddenlly was kicked from the game. Trying to log in again to go back to the match and got the Network Error message. Checked my network, it was okay, even with another game. Restarted my network just in case. The message error persisted. Lost 4000 of gold and didn't played single match completly.

Sealed
I do not like sealed events for any type of competitive event. Can we start offering draft or anything else instead?
I understand why you are designing the game how it is currently designed and distributed. However, it is very clear that designing for competitive sealed is not a priority at all. I agree with this approach given that sealed is mostly played in prerelease events but I do not believe it is appropriate for any sort of competitive level event. Why is Chrome Mox in the cube when cards like mana drain/dark ritual are not?? Having one card so much more powerful than every other card is a mistake, maybe nadu gets close in right deck but.. I just lost to a basically unbeatable draw and have already done the same to opponent today, im on a disability allowance so cannot afford rebuys so losing to agrro playing turn one Mox sux

Did not receives level 59 Mastery pass reward
Did not receive aetherdrift mythic mastery cards upon leveling up to 59. Playing on mobile on iphone.

Arena Cube exited match and counted it as a loss
Device: Android, Google Pixel
Event: Arena Cube
Description: I was on the draw. While my opponent was taking their turn, the game quickly changed to a loading screen, then took me out of my match. The game did not say draw, win or lose at this point. I had no losses in the event yet. I quickly entered a new match, which played as normal. When I lost this match, I now saw 2 losses on the event rather than just 1.

Quick Draft Quest not completing
I started another draft and am still not receiving progress for the three quick draft matches however, and clicking thee quest doesn't appear to navigate to anything. Is this a known issue, or is there any other way to receive progress?

Aetherdrift Chimil Quick Draft crash / disappearance
I paid the entrance fee, and a few picks into it the draft stopped working. I went back to the home screen to try to go back in but the entire event disappeared.

Chimil Quick Draft Aetherdrift disappeared
After playing 3 or 4 games (all wins) with an Aetherdraft Chimil Quick Draft, the event suddenly disappeared.

Your matchmaking is ********.
Matchmaking and shuffler in draft is trash. Mirror matches happen FAR TO FREQUENTLY for it to be random! Also, there is rampant hacking and draw fixing in draft, people are drawing perfect answers at a rate that is, again, far too consistent to be random.
