6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Historic Pauper!
An Open Letter to WOTC and the MTG Arena team
Hello!
I just wanted to write in on behalf of myself and the Historic Pauper community (I'm a moderator in a Historic Pauper Discord server and have been staff/the organizer for approximately half of the Historic Pauper events on MTG Melee) to say that we loved the FNM event. Many of us have played hundreds of games in official MTG Arena events while also playing hundreds (if not thousands) more in player run events or casual matches.
We are all looking forward to the next Historic Pauper event!

I have completed all my quest at Color Challenge, but I dont have some cards and cannot advance. ¿What should I do?

After one game of traditional draft, the client say I only have one game remaining.
I paid for a traditional draft. Drafted. Played game 1. The client now says I have one game remaining. Where do I go to have this issue corrected or get a refund?

Card disappeared
I played a strixhaven sealed today in which I opened a Crux of Fate. Since wrath effects are not as good in limited, it was 1 of the last cards I cut. Also, I was playing with Learn cards to get it from outside the game. When I resolved a Learn trigger, the card was no where to be found, costing me that game. 2 games later, same thing. Next game would have been the same, but I didn’t cast the Learn card when I am unlikely to find the card I need. Would have been an 8 to 3…

"Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft
During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."
Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."
Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...
Could I at least please have my draft…

Infinate "Waiting for the Server" After a Draft Error Message
I did a Strixhaven draft that ended around 11:30 PDT on 4/15/21. After my last pick, I got an error message saying, "Drafts can't be completed at this time. Please try again later." I force closed Arena because I couldn't do anything while stuck in a draft, and now when I try to log back in, I get stuck in the "waiting for the server" screen. The noise for when the game loads plays, but it's stuck on that screen. I've restarted my computer and opened my account on several different devices.

Midweek magic
Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

Earn a new deck quest bugged
Finished the daily "earn a new deck" quest but did not receive any deck as a reward.

Single click while drafting automatically takes the card instead of reserving it
Whiled drafting, a single left click on a card will normally reserve the card. At least 3 times now I have clicked on a card and it is automatically taken instead of being reserved.

Draft Win Not Counted
Playing in a Premier Draft event, I won a match and it didn't count the win. The Victory screen displayed and the event win counter was still at 1 instead of moving to 2 wins.

Wins not counting in draft event. Similarly wins not triggering rank improvement. Went 7-2 in event, see logs or can link my 17lands or untapp.gg info

Extra loss during Draft
Went 1-2 in a MOM premier draft, but got an extra loss after game 2 I think. After playing my third game the draft ended at 1-3. 17 lands screenshot is attached.

I didnt receive some rewards from Mastery Pass, 2 wildcard mythic from level 76 and level 80

Alchemy
Can you not try and gouge historic players for every cent they have? It is completely possible to please people and make money you did it for twenty five years before secret lairs came out. Guess i will go play flesh and blood they seem to care about the players and it's more affordable.

Card is picked with just one click.
"Pestilent haze" is picked just one click at about 2nd draft-pick-phase.
I remember other "one click picking" is happened at that draft but I was cautious after "Pestilent haze".36 votes -
My draft pick was skipped
Tonight when I was Picking cards for my draft, in P1P2, I clicked on a card once to highlight it, but before I highlighted it, all the cards went away as if I had made a selection. It seemed as though it just skipped my turn. I did not have the card in question in the lower deck selection and tried to see if it was off screen or in my sideboard but it truly had skipped my pick turn without giving me a card. Jump in mission
There is a mission where you have to complete jump in 3 times, I did it once yesterday but after some time it went back to 0, the tokens are 1000g a piece I would very much like to finish the mission, thank you
