How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

No Mastery pass rewards
I haven't been receiving the Mastery pass rewards since the last update, at the very least I have gone up 3 stages in the mastery pass (+80) but I don't receive any of the cards

No Draft Rewards
Hello,
I recently finished a draft but I did not receive any rewards after the event. My draft deck is still visible but I did not get rewards and the draft is prompting to pay for another entry.
Any assistance you can provide is appreciated, thank you

i cant side board cards
during the metagame challenge event, the side board screen did not show the cards and I was unable to exchange cards from the deck with the side.

Bug in Direct Challenge mode
Unable to play in Direct Challenge Mode tonight with my wife. Other formats (such as Midweek Magic) worked fine, but DC mode just timed out with "network error" bug

quick draft
My quick draft got stuck on loading screen after the update.

Unlocking the last 5 NPE decks rewards the old decks.
After completing the last of the color challenge, the client unlocked the 5 old decks. I still don't have access to the last 5 new post-rotation decks and I have no way to progress towards them.

Jump In! Event New First Packet Issue
The latest patch appears to have reset the Jump In event packet history such that I'm not seeing new packets I've never selected before as advertised. I've wasted several entry fees by now testing this and trying to find new packets to little avail. Only once in ~4-5 events has there been a new packet available in the first selection.
There's a similar bug with ICR novelty being reset, so there's a "New" flare even if I have 4 of them already.

Crash during battle
Hi !
Crash during sealed match while the turn 2 and impossible to reconnect to the match. The game load and when "Ready" is displayed on the screen, the game crash again.

Automatic Loss Given In draft
Premier Draft March of the Machine
I searched for a my second game in a premier draft while being 1-0 but was loaded into a game that just said draw. Upon clicking out of the game I was returned to the event screen with a loss. I didn't play a game or concede so I shouldn't have been awarded a loss. My log file is attached below.

My in-progress premier draft went missing after updates. Just Alchemy garbage available, and I'd like my 1-0 Archangel deck back, please.

DMU Premier Draft Event stuck waiting for server
My DMU Premier Draft ended, and I claimed the reward. However, the client thinks I am still in the event (says "Resume" on the home page). When I try to click it to enter another Premier Draft, I get a black screen with the message "Waiting for the Server" over the wheel of death indefinitely. I have to restart the whole client and then I'm back where I started, with the event saying "Resume." It doesn't say "Resume" if I click through the event menu, but I still get stuck on the "Waiting for the Server" screen.

MTGアリーナ 不正プログラム
MTGアリーナは運営によって不正操作されています。
特定のアカウントは１年以上狙い撃ちにされ、現実離れした引き運で
勝てる訳が無い状態まで追いやられます。
どのぐらい露骨な不正操作か分かりやすく数字で出しますが、
100試合やって、対戦相手の土地事故回数は「2」回、
こちらは土地26枚で「86回」でした。
信じられないかも知れませんが、本当です。
また、マッチングも操作されますので、やる価値がありません。
ゲーム開始時点で勝敗が決まっているのです。
このゲームが何のために存在しているのかすら疑問ですし、
サポートも運営同様、役立たずの無能です。
最近のウィザーズは本当に堕ちるところまで堕ちたと感じますが、
こんな詐欺まがいな事まで始めたらもう終わりです。
世界選手権等の配信されるゲームでドラマチックな引きを見せ、
いかにも魅力的に映るようにしたいのでしょうし、
課金の度合いで勝敗を決めて訴訟問題も回避したいのでしょう。
結果、MTGアリーナは絶対にやらない方が良いです。
一度不正操作されたら二度と元に戻りません。時間の無駄です。20 votes -
ICR Duplicate protection for events
Really need to place duplicate protection on ICR's received from FNM events etc. There's no reason these should give duplicates, especially as the game continues to grow there's always some rares that folks are going to need. I mean I get making money, but come on this is just kind of a slap in the face.

Traditional Standard Ranked play does not reward ranks
Both today and yesterday BO3 standard ranked did not reward me any ranks when I won the Bo3s. The usual rank gained/lost interface does not show up but quest rewards interface does. Checked my rank yesterday after 2 won Bo3s and did not gain any ranks.

Enchantments detaching from creatures causes Kaya's Ghostform to fail. E.g. destroy a creature with Ghostform attached, it detaches from creature, creature is destroyed but does not return.

Spark Reward for "Jump In" not progressing properly
Spark Reward for "Jump In" is supposed to increment each time you complete a "Jump In". The first time I do it it progresses properly from 0/3 to 1/3. The second time I complete a "Jump In" it doesn't increment from 1/3 to 2/3, instead it stays at 1/3. The third time I complete a "Jump In" it progresses from 1/3 to 0/3. I have reported this bug twice already to you and you haven't resolved it.

Basic Lands in Sealed
In MOM: Sealed, when you try to filter by lands it only brings up battles. When I type "T:land" it also only shows battles. The auto land feature added lands to my deck when I built the deck at the beginning, but after playing 2 games I would like to change my deck around and I can't change the land types.
I've seen some other posts on the /magicarena subreddit, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention through the official website. Please address ASAP so we can continue in the event!

First SNC Quick draft. P3P14 picked Raffine's Guidance. Card dissapeared from my pool when it came to deck building

Draft Froze and Autopicked cards
Traditional Draft Neon Dynasty. Draft Froze less than halfway through. Reloaded and it had autopicked all the rest of my cards for me. I would like to request a refund of my draft. The deck I ended with is trash.
