How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

duskmourn preorders cannot complete - waiting for server
Duskmourn preorders for both the Mastery pass and Play bundles cannot be bought. Whenever either of these items are selected, the "Waiting for Server" wheel spins indefinitely.
Currently experiencing this on a Mac desktop.

Golden packs containing cards that are not standard-legal
According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates, golden packs will include:
"At least one card per pack will be Mythic from any standard-legal set, 2 cards will be Rare or Mythic from the latest set, and the final 3 cards will be Rare or Mythic from any current standard-legal set."
This means 4 cards will come from any standard-legal set, and 2 will be guaranteed to come from WOE. Because LTR is neither standard-legal nor the most recent set, these cards should not appear in golden packs.As a standard-only player, this hugely devalues golden packs and is honestly incredibly disappointed. can't purchase avatar, client hangs
Starting either from the Profile tab, or from the cosmetics page of the deck builder, when I go to avatars, select Kaalia avatar that I do not own yet, click on the Store button, Arena switches to the 'Waiting for the Server' loading screen and hangs there. Doesn't matter how long I wait, client is stuck on the loading screen.

Purchase menu is not loading. searching for server
Cannot reach the purchase menu. After going in the store and trying to purchase anything with real money, the game gets stuck on the searching for server loading screen. Never had this happen. Started 2 days ago.

Didn't recieve card after purchase
Platform: PC, Epic Games launcher
I purchased a card from the daily deal section of the store last night, and I never received it. It was for 1,600 coins, it was "Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation" and it had that moving, active background style to it. When I purchased it, that blue tutorial ghost orb said "let's go unlock your pack!" and floated to the packs tab. I click on the packs tab, and nothing is there. Bloomburrow Drop Rates Not Posted
The Bloomburrow rare-to-mythic upgrade rates at https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates have not been updated. I put this direct to customer support since I suspect it'll get buried here, but my understanding is that this kind of transparency has something to do with legal requirements. I'm not particularly bothered since I only use if for a draft calculator, but someone might want to look into posting that info since it's been about a month. It looks like everything's good up through Modern Horizons 3 though, so perhaps the info has been moved to somewhere else?

Jurassic park lands
I realized the Jurassic Park lands were on mtg arena and I missed my opportunity to get them, i pray yal can make an opportunity for me to get them since I missed out on them and I really really want them cause that was my childhood growing up and will make my deck look better

Release standalone version
I do not want to have to use Epic to get Arena, it is so off putting I'm already reconsidering getting back into magic at all. Steam would be acceptable, Epic is just terrible. The launcher crashes, they alway keep showing ads and ******** popups. I just want to play some magic and all the other ******** needs to *****. I've been playign mtg off and on for 25 years, but the last 10-15 I just can't get into it and spend my 1000's of $ a year on it just because epic is so * and off putting…

not receiving wildcards
I am not receiving wildcards neither directly from packs nor from the wildcard tracker for opening said packs. I just opened 19 packs, I opened two mythic wildcards and I should have received one from the tracker, but they're nowhere to be seen. The same for the rare wildcards.

no three steps ahead alternate style
I noticed there is no borderless version of the Three Steps Ahead card which is a rare and sees a lot of play.

Slots where the prices would normally go (and where you would click to buy) are empty.

Crashing while opening boosters
I play arena on my android. Since the first update of thunder junction I have been experiencing the app shutting down on its own. It's been happening mainly in the interface and has recently started happening during games. I have been able to put up with it. What the main issue is that it has started happening when I am opening booster packs. This has happened twice now. I open the pack and just before the cards are revealed the app forces itself to close. After restarting the app, I go to my collection to see the new cards that…

Now you guys have to be kidding right?
350 gems for a deck I already own? all the cards I already have but you still want 350 gems? this is ridiculous
Aside that the price for thos decks is pretty greedy... even after "reducing" the prices for each card already owned: for the dinosaurs deck i still pay 290 gems for the 3 rares I am missing.. EACH... You know how much gems we GET for the fifth copy of a rare? well I wanted to write 40, had to look it up thats for MYTHICS... rares give 20 gems.…1 vote
