How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Golden Pack error
I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory
I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

Packs From Pre-Release
I went to a pre-release and got one of those code cards to put some packs in. I did so and the packs were there, but after the update/maintenance today they're just gone. They haven't been opened, I checked my collection and only the cards I got from my inbox and one of the class steps. I'd like my packs please Wizard, please contact me if you need anything like the code, I still have it.

Buying from the Store should give Play Boosters, not Draft Boosters
It's super unintuitive to open Play Boosters when drafting and Draft Boosters (1 rare, no List) when purchasing from the store.

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

Cards from packs all show as new when opening on Android
When opening packs on my android all cards show as new, except for ones that have been opened before within the same instance. IE if I restart Arena, they go back to all showing as new. Would be nice it it actually checked my collection and didn't show every card as being "new"

Golden pack
I bought 14 mom booster pack at 1000golds. I was at 10% of a golden pack (1/10 boosters). My golden pack counter apparently went up to max but never gave me the golden pack. Now it displays 0/10 and I did not get a golden pack while it should be 5/10 and I should have get a golden pack.
Please fix this. Very frustrating to expect a bonus booster of 6 rare and not get it.

white anime bundle not showing up in card styles
after collecting 5.5k coins and purchasing the white anime card styles bundle. only one of them shows up in my card list for my deck. Smothering Tithe; although purchased through the stores bundle. does not show up in the card styles selection screen even though it's already acquired.

Bought 1 pack of MoM on 6/27/2023. Had 5 golden packs progress, still showing 5 after.

Gem prices in Europe
Hello. I live in Holland - Europe. I noticed after an update yesterday (11 October) that gem prices are now 20.000 gems for 112.99 euro in store.
I know prices went up last May from 99.99 to 107,99 euro, but I can't find any information that prices were raised again and I haven't been noticed about it by the Wizards. Can you tell me what is going on?3 votes -
Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop
Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop. They are some of the best on Arena and were only offered in very specific circumstances. I personally only have two (Forest and Mountain) and would love to complete my set. I find myself being excited about playing Red/Green/Gruul decks just so I can use these lands. They have gained a large amount of popularity from content creators such as LegenVD and would be a fan favorite.

Borderless Anime Styles: Rarity Shifts & Cosmetics in the Store
Specifically, Smothering Tithe and As Foretold are rarity shifted reprints in WOT which cannot be used with the previous printings as the client considers rarity shifted cards as completely different entities and will not allow for users to equip cards from the original Arena printing with the new cardstyle, therefore requiring users to recraft cards from the corresponding printing.
I imagine that the likelihood of having it so all cardstyles are usable across all rarities is unlikely, but I believe it would be the optimal solution.
Failing that I would appreciate if this was at least better communicated in the…

Dailydeals suggestions
You really should put the borderless card arts for "Shock-Lands" (the 2 colors pay 2 life and it enters untap lands) and "Scry-Lands" (the 2 colors temples) on daily deals. I speak for all the community when i assure you that every one will buy it because they are the most played lands in various formats. Instead what we get is the same cycle of basic land cards art like the Kamigawa ones and the glass card art like the dominaria set that no one likes.
It is just a suggestion but considering the community thoughts will be greatly beneficial…1 vote -

I bought the beast pack of the Lost Caverns of Ixalan in the store and o don't have it in my collection. The coins are gone and I don't have any card from that pack.

Android app can't enter store anymore after 2023.11.14 update， also can't reconnect to server after matches.
