How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Issue with opening packs

    I opened 10 mythic rare packs and 4 regular packs from Wilds of Eldraine. Many of the cards required from the packs are not in my card selection (Spellbook vendor, Food coma, Three blind mice to name a few). I used three rare and eight common wildcards (that I can remember) to redeem cards before noticed that many cards are missing.

  3. Standard packs: ONE appears with a warning that is not standard legal

    If you select some Standard expansions (i.e. ONE), when you buy packs, it appears that they are not Standard legal. I think this may depend from the fact that the rotation changed this year.

  4. White Shape obscuring store tabs

    On my iPad Pro, in the store, a white cross-shaped blob obscures the store tabs. It doesn’t affect my ability to navigate.

  5. Dominaria cannot be played in the current Standard

    Hello, I would like to buy few boosters of Dominaria United in the store, however there is written "Important Note: This cannot be played in the current Standard format". I see only three sets where this note is not written. Am I missing something? I came back to MTG so I am rather a new player still.

  6. Issues with gem purchases

    I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click purchase, I get a loading screen that flashes the message "Waiting for server..." Incredibly frustrating seeing as I am trying to give you all money.

  7. golden pack progress stuck at 290%

    Golden Pack progression stuck at 290%.

    Platform: windows
    1. Buy one-time A23 (Phyrexia Alchemy) bundle with 3000 gems
    2. Receive 20 A23 packs
    3. Note that Golden Pack progress is 100%, but no GP's are rewarded

    Cannot reproduce since bundle is one-time.

    Perceived outcome: paid 3000 gems + 20 A23 packs + Golden Pack Progress at 100%
    Expected outcome: paid 3000 gems + 20 A23 packs + 2 Golden Packs + Golden Pack Progress at 90%

  8. draft card style

    I noticed that some card styles are avalible within the spell book version of the card vs the craftible variant.

    Is this because an event was missed where we could aquire the styles for a limited time? Or something else?

    Just a few cards I noticed since I mainly play white:

    Divine Visitation
    Youthful Valkyrie
    Angelic Exaltation
    Angelic Gift

    Is there a way we can make these card styles attainable for crafted cards?

  10. Daily store bug

    Purchased Efreet Flamepainter from daily store and did not receive it! I did purchase it while I was using mobile app on an actual mountain so maybe that messed it up. But I have proof of the purchase and not receiving it in these screenshots:

  11. Golden packs progression

    Hi, yesterday I've utilized 6 codes for the march of the machine set, 1x prerelease and 5x promo pack but my progression is still at the same level. Furthermore I would like to ask You if You can deduct 30 gold from my account or add 20 beause not seeing ann integer number hurts my feelings a lot. Thanks for comprehension.

    The store is showing everything as purchased when it isn't and won't allow for purchases. Also this submission form is terrible on mobile.

  15. Golden Pack progression

    I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

  16. No gold received. Reconnect breaks the game.

    1. Should have received gold from matches and mail. I think it was more than 2k. 3 or 4 k. It's not added.
    2. 4th match onwards no game connected properly and after it reconnected turns had passed, my opponent had made moves but my turn1 mana that came in tapped was still tapped. Playing land was the only thing I could do and even that didn't work.

  17. unopened packs disappeared

    A few days ago i activated a code in the store giving me packs for the yet to be released expansion.
    Although the Packs tab still has a shiny dot under it, the packs themselves are now gone. Or invisible.

  19. Make Mastery Pass Benefits Clearer

    I purchased the Mastery Pass for LoTR and after watching numerous online videos of what I would receive by purchasing the Mastery Pass, I did not receive what I was told I would. I then had some back and forth with WoTC customer service and they eventually refunded me the pass (which I did very much appreciate), as I was not pleased with the purchase.

    They did say however that there was no bug and I received the proper items, which were much smaller than I was lead to believe, so I think it would be very helpful to players…

  20. Arena

    The offerings lately in the store have been pretty weak all LOTR season. Also like to point out the 14, yes count them FOURTEEN, consecutive rounds with no rewards at the end of the Mastery was very much noticed by all players and looks really petty of you.
