How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Compre el estilo de carta de putrinvocadora de vallis y no me aparece. Hace ya cuatro dias, lo he reportado dos veces y no recibo respuesta. Gaste 300 gemas que me descontaron y sigo sin tener ni las gemas ni el estilo de carta.

  2. Problemas con la compra de productos en la tienda MTGA

    Solicito REEMBOLSO por no aparecer en mi uenta esteticos comprados en la tienda. Hace cuatro dias compre el estetico por 300 gemas de putrinvocadora de vallis y no me aparece pero me quitaron las gemas. Informe y no he obtenido respuesta aun.

    Solicito me devuelvan las gemas de inmediato.

  3. Can WotC work on better deals for players. Maybe to encourage players to engage with what the devs are giving out?

    Here are just two examples of WotC not understanding player willingness. Usually shop items are bad but not this bad. Could you try a bit more to care what you are offering in the shop? Maybe even including deals that are properly enticing.

    Like the summer (cosmetic) sales that took place over June or July for about 1 week were cute but also a bad deal if you had any amount of the cosmetics in a given bundle.

    Its like when WotC lists foundation desk for X gems but you are ONLY getting the cards you don’t have any cards…

  4. Bought the wrong items in store

    Hi guys, I accidentaly purchased the wrong items in the store. I purchased 10 Outlaws of Thunder Junction Alchemy boosters instead of Outlaws of Thunder Junction Mythic boosters. Is there any way I can have this transaction reversed please??

  5. Code not working

    I recently bought one of my first decks in a local store but the code inside for mtg arena is not working, i keep getting the message that it was "invalid or already used" is there any support i can get for this issue?

  6. Decks for sale do not check for all versions of cards you own

    Decks for sale in the store. Even though the cost is reduced by the cards that you already own, it does not take into account all versions of the card you may own. For example, I already own 4 copies of Botanical Sanctum in the Toxic deck, but not the one listed in the deck from that set and it shows the cost in 350 gems and I already own all the other cards.

  7. Problema con estilo de carta adquirido recientemente

    He comprado el estilo de carta de putrinvocadora de vallis y no me aparece com oadquirido, sin embargo, he perdido las 300 gemas. Lo hice a traves de la tablet (iOS)

  8. Cannot purchase planswalker bundle

    I cannot buy a Planeswalker bundle via PC platform. When clicking on the price button -> confirm purchase and Price button again, the page goes into "waiting for the server" and never comes back. I cannot exit this "thnking" page, but i clic esc button, I see in the background it goes to the settings menu, but cannot click on any thing. If I click esc again, goes back into the store (always in the background, with the "waiting for server" on the main page.

  9. Sorin Markov

    I used my 2 orbs for Bloom in Mastery to get the playset for Sorin Markov, it then said Store Error, Didn't use my orbs and its gone from the ability to get them anymore and I didn't get the cards. What gives!

    Bonjour.
    Merci de baisser les prix d'achat:
    - Des gemmes
    - Des boosters

    Lors des daily deals, merci de proposer les booster à 500 OR et pas 900 OR, c'est ce moquer du monde.

    Votre jeu devient cher même pour un pass d'extension.

    Merci d'être plus généreux et de mieux récompenser les joueurs avec les quêtes du jour et faire plus d'évènements gratuits. Pareil pour les draft, récompenser mieux les joueurs.

    Votre dernier évènement basé sur Modern Horizons 3 est une honte !
    En effet, vous nous faites gagner des coupons dans les parties mais faut dépenser 2800 gemmes pour…

  11. booster

    I play on PC and for the opening of bloomburrow, I entered a code from a prerelease to get my 6 boosters which I didn't open right away. However, when I logged back in 3 days later, the boosters had disappeared. And obviously the code doesn't work anymore because it considers that I've already got the rewards that I haven't opened.

  12. Issue redeeming wild cards

    I was crafting rare cards using my wild cards it used doube the amount of wildcards, I used the popup where you click the diamonds for the amount to craft clicked all for and it redeemed 8 wild cards.

  13. arena code is already been used

    I participated in the prerelease and got an arena code, but it says it's already been used. It's an impossible bug because I never showed it to anyone and it's still unopened. Please help!

  14. Gem purchasing

    I cannot purchase Gems on MacOS. When I click on the product I want to purchase, I get a blank screen with the spinning cursor and eventually need to force-quit the client. This has been happening for a few weeks now; last time, I purchased my gems through the iOS client but Gems are much more expensive there. Unfortunately, I will need to stop playing until this issue is resolved for MacOS.

    I am on a MacBook Air 2019 running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

  15. bundle planeswaker

    Bonjour, je cherche à acheter le bundle de planeswaker et le bundle d'étincelles mais impossible : lorsque je valide le paiement grâce à mon application portable, le jeu ne répond plus au moment de me rediriger vers "le site marchand" et je dois fermer l'application MTGA. Le paiement est donc validé par mon application mais n'est pas prise en compte par la boutique. J'ai validé ce paiement plusieurs fois sans avoir les bundles et (jusqu'à présent) sans avoir été débité.

    Making people pay for the ability to shop is predatory, and super douchey. Be better than that.

  17. xp stopped increasing

    XP has stopped increasing today. I'm stuck at lvl 54 725/1000XP. It won't go up even when I'm completing daily and weekly quests. Playing via Epic games store. Seemed to be working yesterday. Things I did yesterday probably included: completing the survey, solving clues 3 and 4 (which gave xp), building "thewayisopen" deck (which definitely gave the 5000xp, not sure I've received any since then). Hope that helps. Please sort this ASAP, cos what was the point in getting the Mastery pass if you won't let us gain XP. Thanks

  18. Gold pack progress not made when buying 7 packs

    I bought 7 packs, my progress was at 7. I already had a golden pack. Progress didn't move after buying 7 more packs

  19. Codes not working

    I’ve entered my promo codes with purchased decks and haven’t received anything within the game. I have secondary codes but it won’t give me anything or enter those.
