How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Impossible to Choose State (Brazil) - Payment Issues

    Whenever using a Brazilian Credit Card to pay for something at the MTGA store, it's impossible to choose my state (province) as there's a UI bug where the scroller to choose the state does not work (attached image).

  2. Charged for extra 750 gems

    Twice now I have been charged for an extra 750 gems through the IOS store from my IPad
    1. Steps:
    a. Visit the store from Magic Arena App
    b. Purchase gems with the buy button (750 and 3400) gems have given me the same result
    c. See the correct amount of Gems added to account.
    2. Platform: IOS on iPad Pro 12.9" 2018
    3. Actual result:
    a. Credit card statement and receipt from Apple shows extra 750 gems on the statement. There is no concept of a cart when directly buying from the IOS app so this should not be…

  3. Unregistered Purchase

    I purchased a style of the card “Platinum Angel” a while back. After which, I went into the deck list to apply the style . The style itself didn’t appear in my list of unlocked cosmetics. Even after restarting the game, the style failed to appear after my purchase. The style in question was the Brother’s War Blue print skin.

  4. LOTR prerelease boosters lost after update

    I redeemed LOTR prerelease boosters code last weekend. Six boosters was shown locked in the Packs section. After todays update boosters had disappeared and now the store says the code has been used.

  5. Golden packs rewarding MAT cards

    When opening a golden pack I was given a MAT card. According to the changes to golden packs that was posted last year, since MAT is no longer legal in Alchemy, then I should not be getting MAT cards in golden packs.

  6. Unable to purchase things from psychic frog event store

    I've been trying to purchase stuff from psychic frog event store, however the only thing that happens is the screen flashing red, and nothing else. I have enough tickets to buy things nothing happens...

  7. Modern Horizons 3 Store Closed Early

    I was just playing some last few games before modern horizons 3 to get the last card styles and finished at 9:58 7/30/2024 getting enough tickets. I was able to get all but 2 styles, but I got a message saying that there was an error with the store. Left the store then revisited, and the tab is now gone even though there was 5 hours left before it should have gone away. Here's some photos to prove this (my apologizes, it is in Spanish) of what styles I had left, the time remaining, and that I had enough tickets…

  9. purchase

    Just before the downtime for Foundations release, the timer for purchasing the pre-orders in the store were still showing they would be available for purchase for 8 more hours. I was planning on going in to purchase the featured bundles I usually get with each set, but after restarting the client for the update, they are no longer available in the store.

  11. Fountations bundle timer

    The store's timer for the foundations bundle was inaccurate. It showed up as available for about 8 more hours at 11:00AM EST on 11/12/2024 in the store, while the availability for the Duskmourn content was accurate to the update for the game. It's a bummer; I wanted to buy the Ajani-card sleeve and pet after my work today. I hope someone looks into this and makes sure the bug doesn't happen again.

    Playing on NA, using PC version on WINDOWS.

  12. Store Not allowing Bundle purchases

    Attempted to buy the Foundations bundles but the store only shows it as waiting for the server. The itemized sale page with the payment options never loads. Today is the last day to buy and your software is glitching. It did the same thing during Bloomburrow.

  13. Bloomburrow mastery orbs deducted, but did not receive reward

    I have reached lvl 28 on bloomburrow mastery (no mastery pass). I should have received mastery 3 orbs. I remember using 2 orbs for sleeve reward.
    I now have only one orb left, but I can't use the sleeve in deckbuilding, nor can I see the sleeve received at the mastery shop.

    Has anything like this happen to someone else? I have not found any other bug reports about this.
    Can this be fixed?

  14. Gems instead of rares in MH3 packs

    I opened ~200 modern horizons packs, instead of getting a complete set I got a bunch of gems, my rares collection is still incomplete. Missing cards: Flutterstorm x4, Ophiomancer x2, Laelia x2, Branching Evolution x1. I know others who have the same issue with getting gems instead of rares

    Also, I got 40 gems instead of a Modern Horizons commander card after completing all mythics, when reward distribution clearly mentions that commander cards will replace mythics once all the mythic cards have been obtained

    can't instal for mac on steam

    The game itself has mac support, however I am unable to download the game on steam. As such I am unable to play this game when I would really like to.

  19. Can't purchase anything in shop

    I'm unable to purchase anything, evrytime I click on something it just redirects to the shop homepage, I wanted to buy the welcome bundle, but I can't

  20. not receiving wildcards

    I am not receiving wildcards neither directly from packs nor from the wildcard tracker for opening said packs. I just opened 19 packs, I opened two mythic wildcards and I should have received one from the tracker, but they're nowhere to be seen. The same for the rare wildcards.
