How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. MTG Arena isn't completing purchases in the cash shop

    MTG Arena isn't finalising/completing purchases of gems in the cash shop.

    My bank gives the transaction the 'thumbs-up' but then I get a white screen on MTG Arena.

    This is unbelievable incompetence considering that MTG Arena is carrying Hasbro financially at the moment. It's incompetent that I can't report something as vital as this in-game. Wizards are lucky that I'm conscientious enough to report it here.

  4. Compensation reward not received

    Apparently there was some problems with the servers and in the mail i was rewarded 2,000 coins, yet I never got them. I don’t have a ss of the reward, but I do have a ss of my coin count staying the same. I never bought any packs after this, and even if I somehow did I couldn’t bc I don’t have enough of any currency to buy any pack.

  5. Purchased item not available after I purchase it.

    Purchased Archangel Elspeth in Daily deals. Not showing up in deck builder or my collection at all, but took the coins that I used to purchase it.

  6. Went to purchase a daily deal and was given the wrong thing and the item was no longer in the daily deal.

    Tried to purchase Merciless Repurposing from the daily deal on 5/8/2023 around 10am EST. Instead I was given Mirroden Avenged and the Repurposing (which had been the "featured" item) disappeared from the shop.

    I'd like a gold refund if possible.

  7. Golden Pack Rewards Incorrect

    I'm writing to note that on your website it says that golden packs will have at least 2 rares from the most recent standard set (in this case, Brother's War). However, the last 2 packs that I opened had 1 and 0 Brother's War rares, respectively.

    Kindly fix this issue as it is directly opposed to what is being advertised.

  8. Not receiving Mythic Rewards on Mastery Pass

    I have not received any of my Mythic Card Rewards on the battle pass. I’ve been receiving only common or uncommon.

    On steam I played to earn for 2 packs of march of the machines all will be one plus 1 tales of middle earth pack I'd get from battlepass. I purchased one with gold and got the battle pass pack. Disconnected from the game due to connection issues on my end. Earned enough through games once I reconnected to buy second pack.   11. [Store]: Can’t review the content of the purchase before making it

    It seems the content of a purchase is not showing as it should for some items. For example, you’re supposed to see how many gems and what other stuff you’re supposed to get in a bundle. Check the screenshots of the store I have and the one I took from the manual.

  12. Missing cards

    Okay the past 5 booster packs I have earned through the challenges or bought have had really rare and awesome cards but when I went to my collection to look at them closer they weren't there this is getting very aggravating to have super awesome cards flashed in the opening sequence of a booster but then to be let down that those cards weren't there it makes me wonder how many other times this has happened and how this could be happening if someone has hacked or malwared my account or if it really just is a bug either way…

  13. Game crashes while opening packs

    I bought 3 March of the Machine packs from the Store. Opening the first one, the game crashed when I clicked for the second time on the last card, right after I flipped it, causing me to lose all the cards I found. Same thing happened with the second pack and with one I got from the Mastery.

    Daily Deals Not Showing Up. Alt-F4 and then reopened game multiple times but still no daily deal. Verified with a friend that there are in fact daily deals today (lands).

  16. Wandering Emperor card style motion bug

    The Wandering Emperor borderless card style with moving art (on sale in Store today) has a bug, where the portion of the art behind the text box is moving separately from the main art frame and it looks very odd once you notice it! Not a good purchase unless bug is fixed.
