How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Not recieving my Mythic wild cards

    Didn't recieve my Mythic wild cards from pack nor compleating pack openings.

    As of today (march 21, 2023) I had just opened my free 3 gift packs of Shadows over Innistrad Remastered. I was also writting in my notebook the total amount of wild cards I had prior opening any new card packs.

    During my pack opening I hit the goal for a free Mythic wild card and I also found a Mythic wild card in one of the Innistrad packs. I had record que initially I started with 4 mythic wild cards prior opening packs, but after finding 1…

  2. i am using pc, when in the shop/store i can click on all tabs (daily deals, bundles, sleeves, etc.) but then i click on "pets" game crashe

  3. booster gave me Gems instead of a card. (I dont have all the collection yet)

    I opened a Brothers War booster and the game gave me gems instead of a rare card (retro artifacts). And I dont have all the rares or mythics.

  5. Not enough mastery orbs

    As you can see, I have 3 open spots for orbs but can only get one more. The mastery pass is not providing enough orbs to complete mastery.

  7. Crystal instead of rare or mythic card when opening BRO boosters

    When I open BRO booster packs I get crystals instead of rare of mythic cards. Kinda annoying since I paid to buy 90 booster packs and got back just a few crystals and wildcards…

  8. Missing gold packs

    I got 3 free packs from using the code for brothers war, purchased 2 packs using gems and won packs from mastery challenges, however my progress says 3 and it should be at least 8 or 9. It seems it isn't reading the correct amount of packs. Prior to Wednesday 11/23/22 the count was closer to accurate and trying to read it, but now it's off alot and not reading

  10. Buy packages issue

    I buyed several packeges; however, the counter of purchased packs haven't increased as its supposed to be.

    I noticed on the last one purchased, reson why I wasn't able to get a screenshot.

    I'm running on Android.

    Please review the amount of packs purchsed and increase accordingly.

  12. Dungeon module land style

    The dungeon module art for lands is not displaying. (ie, the store says I purchased the Dungeon Module R11 Cave of the Frost Dragon artwork; but when I pull it up in deck builder it is still the old style.)

  15. Not Receiving Mythic Wildcard On Reward Track

    I am not receiving any of the mythic wildcards on the premium rewards/level up track in MTG Arena. These are rewards that I paid for so it's frustrating not getting them. If anyone can help or refund me I would appreciate it.

  16. Guildmaster bundle disappeared

    After the last client update I can’t see the Guildmaster bundle anymore for my account.
    I tested on iPhone, iPad and PC, but I can’t see the bundle anymore in the store.
    Before the update it was there to be purchased.

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

    I bought the Flensing Raptor pet and sleeve package as soon as I saw it on sale in the store for 3,000 gems. Only a few hours later, the price changed to 550 gems and now I am noticing that I don't have the sleeve (the pet is still in my possession, maybe because I already equipped it to some decks). Is there any way I could get refunded the difference, as I assume this is some sort of mix-up with the release of the Flensing Raptor where it was only meant to be made available today for the cheaper…
