How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Bug

    Hello,
    For some time now, I've had an issue with collected larger amounts of coins for questions. Specifically, if two quests finish simultaneously, my account does not reflect the amount of coints I am supposed to collect. For example, I just not finished two 500 coin quests simultaneously. The screen told me that I won 1000 coins and I hit claim. However, my total went from 1125 to 1775 which is not the 1000 that I had earned. This has been happening for some time now. It happens to my son as well. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

    o, I bught 2 boosters of the recent innistrad collections.
    I made the purchase using gems, but after my game have updated I lost my 2 boosters.
    I just want to know with I can fer back my 2 boosters of innistrad carmesin oath. Thxx

  5. Vault Progress Is Not Correct (Reward % For Duplicates Is Missing)

    Hello Wizards,

    First of all, I don't know if you're aware of this, but your website seems to do everything in its power to make it impossible to submit a ticket with your Customer Service. After signing in on the main https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account sign in page, this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us) still asks you to sign in if you want to submit a ticket. However, clicking on the Sign in button on this second page just takes you back to your account/profile page. Subsequently, clicking on Customer Service from there takes you back to the Support landing page where you are…

  6. Packs

    I used my gems to purchase 10 packs. When I opened the screen, I opened the gold pack that I earned. Afterwards, I was only able to open 2 of my 10 purchased packs before the rest disappeared from my screen completely

  7. Payment System

    I am trying to purchase gems and the system refuses to allow it. I have had to force quit the game multiple times. Once I attempt to purchase the game sticks indefinitely.

    In short:
    1. I opened the store, selected gems, selected the $19.99 bundle.
    2. Mac OSx 13.3.1
    3. Game locks down
    4. Effective option to purchase of gems by entering CC info.
    5. Attached along with log.
    6. None to mention. I wanted to play the game, but I guess I can't.

  8. Boutique "erreur du program" (sous wine -linux)

    Bonjour, dès que j'essaye d'acheter un produit dans la boutique en ligne mtga je reçois ce message d'erreur (voire photo) et suis obligée de fermer le jeu. J'ai déjà désinstallé réinstaller et même résultat.
    Je suis sur Ubuntu sur ordinateur et j'utilise WINE pour faire tourner le jeu. Est-ce impossible d'accéder à la boutique sous wine ou y a t il une manière de débloquer ça? Merci d'avance

  14. Daily Deals Bait and Switch.

    I selected a card style I wished to purchase but instead of the one, I selected I bought the card style of a different card. Attempted to buy Deeproot Elite and it instead purchased Dejeru and Hazoret instead.

    In the Store, under "Packs", the white icons are for standard legal sets and the orange are for packs in sets that are not standard legal. However, Baldur's Gate has a white icon and doesn't have the "Important Note: This cannot be played in the current Standard format." warning above the packs. Baldur.png showing Baldur's Gate packs with no warning, and baldur2.png showing the appropriate warning for a set that is not Standard Legal.

  16. no bonuses

    Bought 19 packs and got none of the mythic rare to common wildcards it said i was supposed to receive. There were quite a few, from the bonus wheel, and the packs I opened. Also the bonus wheel for the reward challenge wasn't registering this morning. I played nothing but red and green, and it only granted me a reward for 1 out of 10 games I played. I'm playing from my pc.

  19. Missing gold packs

    I got 3 free packs from using the code for brothers war, purchased 2 packs using gems and won packs from mastery challenges, however my progress says 3 and it should be at least 8 or 9. It seems it isn't reading the correct amount of packs. Prior to Wednesday 11/23/22 the count was closer to accurate and trying to read it, but now it's off alot and not reading
