How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I bought the Flensing Raptor pet and sleeve package as soon as I saw it on sale in the store for 3,000 gems. Only a few hours later, the price changed to 550 gems and now I am noticing that I don't have the sleeve (the pet is still in my possession, maybe because I already equipped it to some decks). Is there any way I could get refunded the difference, as I assume this is some sort of mix-up with the release of the Flensing Raptor where it was only meant to be made available today for the cheaper…

  2. Booster box locked

    I used a code from a booster pack to get 6 booster on mtg arena but now (November 15th, mtg arena already updated) it keeps not letting me open them

  3. Wildcard auto redeemd

    Today I Opened a Mondrak glorious Dominous short Afterwards I shouldve got a wildcard from the mastery track but what i think happend is that i got a second mondrak instead.
    because after opening the booster pack that i got from the mastery track i decided to try a new deck and while browsing my collection i saw that i now posses 3 Mondraks before i had only 1!
    i could not explain this to myself so i checked my wildcard count which was still at 4 but it shouldve been 5!
    and because that might happen again and turn…

  4. Store Daily Deal card styles do not explain that they do not apply to all printings of a card name

    The Saturday, Feb 25, 2023 Daily Deal in the Store included a Mina Harker card style. As seen attached (from the ArenaDailyDeals twitter feed at https://twitter.com/ArenaDailyDeals/status/1629530368964476930/photo/2) the Mina Harker card style only says "Thalia, Guardian of Thraben card style".

    I purchased the Mina style today and then discovered that since my Thalia copies were from Historic Anthology 2, not from Crimson Vow, that the card style is useless.

    Support refused my request for a refund, stating that it is my responsiblity to " make sure you are certain" before purchase.

    But how can I do this is the Store…

    bonjour, je suis déçu car j'ai acheter la pass saisonnier 5400 gemmes en pensant qu'il serait plus long de 20% mais en réalité j'ai dépensé 2000 gemmes pour avancer de 20%, or cela ne m'intéresse pas! L'explication n'était pas assez claire, je suis déçu et j'ai perdu 2000 gemmes !

  12. Golden rewards not counted properly

    I brought 3 packs from the store, but as a package. This has only counted as one card towards the golden pack rewards, whereas if I brought them individually it would count as three.
    This seems like a bit of a flawed way of counting for the reward.

    This was on iOS 16.2.

  13. Codes redeemed but no rewards

    I've been trying to redeem the codes for the strixhaven sleeves. I can't find an expiration date on them. I do not have them, and when I try to redeem them, it says they have already been redeemed. No sleeves, mainly curious, and I would like the sleeves.

  14. Rewards System for Feedback and Explorer Feedback

    I would be more incentivised to provided more accurate reports if developers issued rewards for engagement. Gems/gold would be fine.

    Mostly an auto system or that devs can manually commend someone for exceptional information (a reward of 10k Gold / gem equivalent).

    You want player engagement in these dark times for WotC, pay your players (literally its free rental money and can never amount to a loss of actual USD for wizards)

    Currently hasbro is down 41% YTD and some of that isnt just market forces but WotC self inflicted injuries.

    I just bought 2 of the new packs, I opened both of them at the same time and it only showed me receiving 2 cards...

    I can see more new cards when I look at deck editor though.

  16. Daily deal disappears if another is accidentally clicked in the background

    1. Navigate to Store
    2. Go to Daily Deals
    3. Select a deal and when it pops up in the foreground click another item in the background
    4. both items appear in foreground
    5. close foreground items and the first item you clicked is not in the list anymore

    I would expect to be able to select the original item again

    I bought the new alchemy pack in the store rn and I got this weird looking card with a hazard sign. I'm not sure if this is a feature or smth but I've never seen this before and it looks really weird so idk

  20. error opening boosters

    I claimed the 3 welcome boosters to the "Phyrexia all will be one" collection but when I opened the first one the others disappeared; there are no boosters to open and the cards are not in the set. Up to the moment of this communication I have received 9 boosters, 6 by pre-launch code (without problems) and the 3 welcome ones.
