4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Purchased a card with gems - it is not showing in my in collection
Looks like lots of people have had siilar issues ... Tonight I bought the Goldspan Dragon from "daily deals" for 300 gems ...It is not showing in my collection and so cannot be put into my Explorer deck (it is a legal card).
Please help - thank you (screenshots attached)

Golden Pack yielding 1 rare
I bought the DMU golden pack from a daily deal. When I opened it, I only got 1 rare. The platform is PC.

Code on card opened in promo pack last night coming back as 'already reemed'
Promo pack was from an event last night and opened at the time. No one has had a chance to enter the code.

Golden packs progress not working with MoM packs
Bought 1 pack of MoM on 6/27/2023. Had 5 golden packs progress, still showing 5 after.

Purchased card for 1,000 coin. Did not receive card, but took my coin. I’m on IPhone. Would like card and coin back at least. Would love Mastery Pass covered. Just thinking about how many other accounts have been cheated. Thank you for your time.

No Golden Pack Progression from buying Khans of Tarkir Packs
Purchased multiple Khans packs and even though they are the ones you are told to buy no progress was recorded in my Golden Pack progression. I am stuck at 6 out of 10.

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

There are no emotes to buy!
Why are there no emotes for purchase in the store? I believe we could have the chance to buy new ones (including re-releases) at least every month. There are players who have it and others who don't. They can provoke, instigate, add value to the game, etc. The store receives money and players buy... Is it that difficult? Communication in the game is very poor... at least we could have emotes to buy.

Purchased packs contained cards from the wrong set
This afternoon I purchased 1 wilds of eldraine pack using gold. When I opened the pack; one of the cards it contained was not from WOE (griffin aerie from the set enchanting tales)
Earlier today I purchased 1 WOE pack using gems, and inside it was the card curiosity from the set enchanting tales
Yesterday I purchased 2 WOE packs and opened them the same time. They also included several cards not from WOE
In addition to receiving cards from a different set than I purchased, a large number of the WOE cards cards were showing the "First" label even…

Mtg Arena android app freezes within 30 minutes on S23 ultra
BUG: Mtg Arena android app freezes within 30 minutes on S23 ultra
I play Arena on windows, android samsung tablet and on my new phone.
But on the latter, the app keeps freezing at random points. It could be during a game or when looking at my collection. There is still music, but I can't look at cards. When I then kill the app and relaunch it, if I'm fast, I can join the same game again and only lose 1 turn.
the phone doesn't feel hot. Latest updates.

Fix the economy
It's amazing that the people who designed this platform looked to Hearthstone for inspiration, and then promptly threw away the only things that actually kept people engaged in Hearthstone season-to-season: The ability to dust cards in order to make other cards.
I genuinely have no idea how anyone who actually cares about the health of a game for those who may not have the literal HUNDREDS of dollars (the whole reason to not play paper) or THOUSANDS of hours of time (people who maybe have to work for a living, but it's not like idiot execs with no concept of…

Not able to open pre order packs
I'm unable to open pre order packs, on opening mtga it displays the claim prize screen, which doesn't do anything.
Tried logging in and logging out, support not able to help. Only able to confirm that I did in fact purchase the preorder.

Multiverse legends duplicate protection not working
Based on the release notes for MOM, duplicate protection for the Multiverse Legends is supposed to take into account your existing versions of cards. I had three copies previously of Aurelia, but have since opened two copies from the MUL slot for a total of 5.

Redeem Code Failure: Code Already Redeemed
I recently started playing Arena again after a few years. I deleted my account a few years ago because I wasn't having fun anymore.
When I created my new account, I tried entering codes for free packs and sleeves. However, some of the codes didn't work. I got an error message that the code was already redeemed, but I didn't receive anything for it.
I only get the error message for codes that I redeemed on my old account, which uses the same email address as my current account. Is it possible that the system can't tell the difference between…

Not random cards in pack?
Hello. I have bought a total of 3 packs with forgotten realms. In 2 out of 3 i got the exact same planeswalker. what are the odds for that? It makes me believe that there is something wrong with randomization of cards for at least that set
