How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. No XP given towards mastery pass after the update.

    Playing on IOS. Not entirely sure how to get a log out of my app.

    I won at least 5 games that should have counted towards my weekly wins. I received a notification screen that I had earned gold and XP after each win. Gold was added to my account, but XP was not.

    I wasn't paying close attention to when the issue first arose so I'm not sure how many games worth of XP I lost out on.

  2. Mastery level boost purchased, no rewards received

    Yesterday night I made a purchase for 1750 gems for mastery levels. The game took my gems but unlocked nothing in return, effectively just eating my money. Please refund or unlock the levels I paid for.

  3. Season Pass no XP gain

    Hi Support,

    I've played and won a few games today on Android and completed some quests but I didn't gain any Mastery XP.

  4. URGENT --> BUG: I PAID for the MASTERY PASS, but I DON'T GET XP for anything since August 20th in Germany.

    I expect you to add all the missed XP to my account!


    BUG description:

    Expected behavior:
    Earning XP through wins, quests and events as always.

    Actual behavior:
    I am stuck at 925 XP since yesterday (20th August 2024).

    Client: Epic Games
    OS: MacOS Ventura 13.6.9

  5. Not receiving Bloomburrow Mastery Orbs

    Noticed a Bug in the Mastery level rewards: in the free version of the Mastery in Bloomburrow i should receive 3 Mastery Orbs by level 25 however i only ever received the one at level 5. I've received every other rewards such as packs and free cards, its just a problem with the orbs. I checked both the PC and Android apps but the problem persists. I spent 1 orb to check and see if it would update after but it didn't work.

  6. EXP doesn't get added from wins or daily quests

    I did a quest and two or three wins that I didn't get EXP for. However I did get EXP for my first 5 or 6 wins.

  7. Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch

    Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch 8/20/2024. As a huge fan of Mono G I was wondering if this was intentional or just a bug? Attached is the missing art from E: BLC that was there from the prior patch, Kiora search from today's patch, and E: BLC search from today's patch.

  12. store deck

    Now you guys have to be kidding right?

    350 gems for a deck I already own? all the cards I already have but you still want 350 gems? this is ridiculous
    Aside that the price for thos decks is pretty greedy... even after "reducing" the prices for each card already owned: for the dinosaurs deck i still pay 290 gems for the 3 rares I am missing.. EACH... You know how much gems we GET for the fifth copy of a rare? well I wanted to write 40, had to look it up thats for MYTHICS... rares give 20 gems.…

    Just bought a mythic booster pack and I received a rare wildcard, not a mythic one, which is pretty annoying when you throw in the 300 gold in top?

    Compre el estilo de carta de putrinvocadora de vallis y no me aparece. Hace ya cuatro dias, lo he reportado dos veces y no recibo respuesta. Gaste 300 gemas que me descontaron y sigo sin tener ni las gemas ni el estilo de carta.

  16. Problemas con la compra de productos en la tienda MTGA

    Solicito REEMBOLSO por no aparecer en mi uenta esteticos comprados en la tienda. Hace cuatro dias compre el estetico por 300 gemas de putrinvocadora de vallis y no me aparece pero me quitaron las gemas. Informe y no he obtenido respuesta aun.

    Solicito me devuelvan las gemas de inmediato.

  17. Can WotC work on better deals for players. Maybe to encourage players to engage with what the devs are giving out?

    Here are just two examples of WotC not understanding player willingness. Usually shop items are bad but not this bad. Could you try a bit more to care what you are offering in the shop? Maybe even including deals that are properly enticing.

    Like the summer (cosmetic) sales that took place over June or July for about 1 week were cute but also a bad deal if you had any amount of the cosmetics in a given bundle.

    Its like when WotC lists foundation desk for X gems but you are ONLY getting the cards you don’t have any cards…

  18. Decks

    The new buy a deck feature is clearly bugged, for example i own arcane signet but not the version in the store, but its saying thats one of the cards i need to purchase and outting the price up, the same is true for a number of cards, i,e botanical sanctum, reckless charge and command tower. If this is how this is suppose to be then this is a horrible anti consumer practice.

  19. Bought the wrong items in store

    Hi guys, I accidentaly purchased the wrong items in the store. I purchased 10 Outlaws of Thunder Junction Alchemy boosters instead of Outlaws of Thunder Junction Mythic boosters. Is there any way I can have this transaction reversed please??
