How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to Purchase Gems with Paypal

    Unable to Purchase Gems with PayPal. Tried multiple times and the only screen that comes up is 'Just a second" with the spinning circle. Tried twice, same thing. Went into my PayPal account directly, no activity showing so far. Assuming not going through?

  2. Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received on PC

    I've seen this happening intermittently for the last week or so and I thought I had basically prevented this issue from happening again by playing for my daily rewards on my PC instead of mobile, but nope, I was playing on PC just now and I got my daily gold and XP but I did not get the Mastery Pass reward of 400 gems for leveling up to 36.

    This is now at least 2,000 Gold, 2x Mythics, several boosters, a bunch of XP, and I'm sure other stuff I'm forgetting that I haven't received since I bought the Mastery…

  4. Mastery Pass Rewards not received

    I reached level 39 of the mastery pass but did not receive the Bloomburrow pack that is a reward for it.

  5. Mastery Pass Rewards not recieved

    Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

  6. Mastery Reward

    Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.

    I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.

    And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

  8. Bugged Mastery Pass (Reward NOT received)

    Reached level 20 on Duskmourn Mastery pass and didn't receive the corresponding reward (2000 gold). I have previously 2650 gold from daily quests and should be at 4650 gold after complete level 20

  9. Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received

    I have not received rewards for the mastery pass today. I am sure that I did not receive the non-DSK packs, but may have missed other rewards that I am unaware of due to realizing this bug after leveling multiple times today.

  10. Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac

    Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.

  12. Mythic Pack yields Rare Wildcard???

    Are you gonna fix this mythic pack giving a rare wildcard when it should give a mythic wildcard? Paid 30% extra just to get **** on here.

    After update, I can't go to get new packs. When I click on the packs tab the MTGA application stops responding. I'm playing through steam.

  14. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  15. Rare wildcards in Mythic packs

    I bought mythic packs and received a rare wildcard in one of them. Please can I be upgraded a mythic wildcard instead. It shouldn't be possible to get rare cards when you have paid for mythics.

    1. Clicking on Store Button at the top menu

    2. PC MTGA Client

    3. "Waiting for the server", infinite loading

    4. Expecting entering the store, but it's just loading

  17. not receiving wildcards

    I am not receiving wildcards neither directly from packs nor from the wildcard tracker for opening said packs. I just opened 19 packs, I opened two mythic wildcards and I should have received one from the tracker, but they're nowhere to be seen. The same for the rare wildcards.

  18. Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch

    Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch 8/20/2024. As a huge fan of Mono G I was wondering if this was intentional or just a bug? Attached is the missing art from E: BLC that was there from the prior patch, Kiora search from today's patch, and E: BLC search from today's patch.

  19. Code not working

    I recently bought one of my first decks in a local store but the code inside for mtg arena is not working, i keep getting the message that it was "invalid or already used" is there any support i can get for this issue?

  20. Deck purchasing feature appears to care about the version of a card

    I was just checking the new deck purchasing feature and noticed that it looks like the decks care about the version of the card. I have 4 Botanical Gardens from OTJ and it showed in the deck that I was short one of an older version. Since the cost is prorated by the cards you own this needs to be looked at.
