How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Cannot buy anything from store it just freezes. Mac
I am trying to buy new Modern Horizons but it freezes after i click on buy and does not respond. Need to manually quit out of game. Have tried re-installing and everything and still no luck. Help!

Unhinged lands
Please put the Unhinged Lands back in the arena store! I missed out on the forest so long ago and completing my set has bugged me ever since! PS. Thanks for taking mine (and probably many others) suggestion of nerfing Fragmented Reality

Golden Pack Progress
Just bought 4 Outlaws of Thunder Junction packs with gold, my golden pack progress before the purchase was at 6/10 and didn´t advance further after it, therefore not receiving any reward. The issue occurred on PC.

Gem purchase unsuccessul -> endless "waiting for the server.."
Gems can't be purchased. Whenever I click on purchase, the screen "waiting for the server.." appears and nothing happens for ages.

Empty code deck
I claimed a code of 2 decks but for some reason one of them is empty, and i dont have de cards from that deck in my lybrary neither.

Can't buy gems on MacOS
If I try to purchase gems, I get an infinite "Waiting for server" spinning wheel.

unable to make purchases mac OS
Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.
The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

unable to purchase anything from store
Tried purchasing Bundles and Gems from the store the past 2 weeks, however once I click purchase. The screen is stuck on a "Waiting for Server" loop and I'm unable to complete the purchase. Any feedback or support to correct this would be very helpful.
I tried to purchase some of the outlaw junction pre-release bundles and the Mastery Pass bundles while they were on sale but were unable to, which was unfortunate.

MTGA PC client doesn't let me buy gems in the store
Your store has been bugged for MONTHS. The ability to buy literally anything on the PC client is bugged. PLEASE FIX

card styles and duplicate protection

today Outlaws of Thunder Junction was released and I purchased card styles for the fast land duals.
Then I found out that I cannot apply them to Concealed Courtyard Spirebluff Canal Blooming Marsh inspiring Vantage Botanical Sanctum from the Edition Kaladesh.
(I already had crafted a playset of all these cards)Should everyone really craft the same cards again from edition Outlaws of Thunder Junction in order to be able to use those new card styles ?
Is this a bug or "works as designed" ?

Purchase menu is not loading. searching for server
Cannot reach the purchase menu. After going in the store and trying to purchase anything with real money, the game gets stuck on the searching for server loading screen. Never had this happen. Started 2 days ago.

Mythic pack rare wildcard
Hello. Like several players, I purchased a mythic pack and received a rare wildcard. This was a Kahn's of Takir mythic pack on the android client.
It's disheartening seeing a bug that's over a year old still happen today. What steps are you planning to correct this bug so it doesn't persist?

Mastery XP Not Adding
I'm at 900 XP and earned another 600 or so through match wins but none of that XP has been recorded on the mastery pass. The game showed the XP earned in the post match report so it should be going through.

Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game
I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.
I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.
After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to…

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena
I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.
I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.
Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

Golden Pack Progress
I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack
did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am

Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress
I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.
