How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  5. Store Daily Deals disappear before the posted expiration time (<24 hours)

    Daily Deals in the Store disappear before the 24 window of opportunity has elapsed. This is not the first time this has happened, as I also missed out on 200 gems becase that deal disappeared 30 minutes after it became available. Technically this is fraud. Also, I know buying packs that don;t count towards the Golden Pack are not a good deal, but I can't help it.

    I noticed there is no borderless version of the Three Steps Ahead card which is a rare and sees a lot of play.

  7. Crashing while opening boosters

    I play arena on my android. Since the first update of thunder junction I have been experiencing the app shutting down on its own. It's been happening mainly in the interface and has recently started happening during games. I have been able to put up with it. What the main issue is that it has started happening when I am opening booster packs. This has happened twice now.   8. Golden Pack Progress

    Just bought 4 Outlaws of Thunder Junction packs with gold, my golden pack progress before the purchase was at 6/10 and didn´t advance further after it, therefore not receiving any reward. The issue occurred on PC.

  9. Loading Store in iOS app causing program to force close/crash

    1 May 2024, 09:20PST: when attempting to load the store in the iOS app game app crashes/force closes with no error code given. Have tried multiple restarts of both app and device with no change in result.

  10. mastery pass

    In the mastery pass, you could previously see which locked rewards you would unlock (because of your current mastery pass level) if you purchased the mastery pass right now. This is no longer shown for me, only the level 0 rewards are shown. I see no reason why this would be removed.

    Gems can't be purchased. Whenever I click on purchase, the screen "waiting for the server.." appears and nothing happens for ages.

  16. unable to make purchases mac OS

    Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.

    The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

  17. unable to purchase anything from store

    Tried purchasing Bundles and Gems from the store the past 2 weeks, however once I click purchase. The screen is stuck on a "Waiting for Server" loop and I'm unable to complete the purchase. Any feedback or support to correct this would be very helpful.

    I tried to purchase some of the outlaw junction pre-release bundles and the Mastery Pass bundles while they were on sale but were unable to, which was unfortunate.

  20. card styles and duplicate protection

    today Outlaws of Thunder Junction was released and I purchased card styles for the fast land duals.

    Then I found out that I cannot apply them to Concealed Courtyard Spirebluff Canal Blooming Marsh inspiring Vantage Botanical Sanctum from the Edition Kaladesh.
    (I already had crafted a playset of all these cards)

    Should everyone really craft the same cards again from edition Outlaws of Thunder Junction in order to be able to use those new card styles ?

    Is this a bug or "works as designed" ?
    Actually it does not make much sense to purchase…
