How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store unable to load

    I just finished downloading new arena content on my computer. When I click on the store, or anything that will take me to the store, it displays the orange loading circle with "waiting for the server" and it gets stuck there, thus I am unable to access the store. I would really love to be able to get to the store and buy things so I can play. :)

  3. Purchased item not available after I purchase it.

    Purchased Archangel Elspeth in Daily deals. Not showing up in deck builder or my collection at all, but took the coins that I used to purchase it.

  4. White Shape obscuring store tabs

    On my iPad Pro, in the store, a white cross-shaped blob obscures the store tabs. It doesn’t affect my ability to navigate.

  5. Golden packs

    Lots of issues with how the Golden Packs are described and what you actually get IN the packs. First off, let’s consider that the pack is supposed to contain STANDARD LEGAL cards. Why did I open a LoTR rare? Huh, good question. Additionally, I didn’t get 2 R/M cards from the latest standard set (Aftermath). Another curious point, I know. If I’m trying to build a standard collection why would I want non-standard playable cards in a product that claims to have ONLY standard legal cards in it! FIX THiS!

    On steam I played to earn for 2 packs of march of the machines all will be one plus 1 tales of middle earth pack I'd get from battlepass. I purchased one with gold and got the battle pass pack. Disconnected from the game due to connection issues on my end. Earned enough through games once I reconnected to buy second pack. First pack I got now missing from pack opening screen after new purchase and I notice neither pack added to my gold pack count up from my previous count of 4. accidentally opened tales pack and march of…

  7. [Store]: Can’t review the content of the purchase before making it

    It seems the content of a purchase is not showing as it should for some items. For example, you’re supposed to see how many gems and what other stuff you’re supposed to get in a bundle. Check the screenshots of the store I have and the one I took from the manual.

  8. Golden packs progression

    Hi, yesterday I've utilized 6 codes for the march of the machine set, 1x prerelease and 5x promo pack but my progression is still at the same level. Furthermore I would like to ask You if You can deduct 30 gold from my account or add 20 beause not seeing ann integer number hurts my feelings a lot. Thanks for comprehension.

  9. Wandering Emperor card style motion bug

    The Wandering Emperor borderless card style with moving art (on sale in Store today) has a bug, where the portion of the art behind the text box is moving separately from the main art frame and it looks very odd once you notice it! Not a good purchase unless bug is fixed.

  10. Shadows of the Past Mythic Drop Rate lower than published drop rate

    Shadows of the Past Mythic cards should drop in 1/30 packs, per the official drop page. However, during a very large pack opening on the LotR Streamer event on 6/15/23, the Mythic drop rate was observed at a 1/60 rate, the odds of which are 1/15,000. I believe there is a bug in the actual drop rate.

    did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
    saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am

  17. no credit for purchasing packs

    Game says I purchase X packs and get a golden pack. Well, i purchased a pack, granted it was 10% off but I still fulfilled my obligation of purchasing a pack. I expected to receive progress towards a golden pack because I PURCHASED A PACK but did not get credit. Fix this issue or make it clear that purchasing a pack at a discount disqualifies a customer from getting what should seem obvious. thanks.

  19. Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress

    I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

  20. Bought Pack, but Golden Pack meter did not advance

    I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.
