How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store - Purchased Lands on 6/4 not showing in deck builder

    Today, June 4, the 80’s style lands that I purchased are not showing up in my card collection. Is this a bug?

  2. Even less pre order rewards

    Pre order card and card style rewards for play bundle doesn't exist. This is getting sad at this point. You guys were already doing bare minimum as rewards now taking that away too. There is no efforts to encourage to buy the products or rewarding loyal player base. Cards, card styles and other cosmetics are already expensive for this game. instead of seeing improvements and more sales, valuable bundles,better pre order rewards etc. This company greeding over giving away one card and card style. JUST ONE!!! This is getting beyond ridicilous. Not even doing the bare minimum at this point.

  3. March of the Machine pack purchase does not progress golden pack

    I purchased 4 x packs of March of the Machine on 6/2/23 at approx. 520pm cst. Did not receive golden pack progression.

  5. EU citizen discrimination via new payment policy when visiting and playing in non EU countries

    Dear MTGA Team,
    as an European MTGA player visiting the USA or any other nor EURO country I'am entiteld to have to same opportunities and conditions as the local residents. However with your new update I experience that despite being in the US I am not allowed to pay in US currency but still have to pay the new higher prices in EURO. This is clearly an act of customer discrimination based on country of residency / national origin / nationality.   6. cannot purchase with real money

    When trying to purchase with real money, i select the product, and then click the value to go to the next step.

    At this time the application gives me the spining orange circle and doesn't go anywhere else.

    Doing this on the mac version.

  7. Can't buy gems or change payment method

    I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

  11. draft card style

    I noticed that some card styles are avalible within the spell book version of the card vs the craftible variant.

    Is this because an event was missed where we could aquire the styles for a limited time? Or something else?

    Just a few cards I noticed since I mainly play white:

    Divine Visitation
    Youthful Valkyrie
    Angelic Exaltation
    Angelic Gift

    Is there a way we can make these card styles attainable for crafted cards?

  12. Cannot complete purchase on steam version

    On the Steam version of MTGA, the store purchase cannot be completed due to an unknown error. There are enough funds to complete my purchase in my Steam Wallet.

    I am running MTGA on Windows 10, and my Steam region is in China. Other functions of the game seem to be running fine.

  13. 5/22/23 Daily Deals Error

    I wanted to buy certain styles (like Reckoner Bankbuster and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker) since I really liked them and, because they were discounted I thought it was a really nice opportunity to get them, but the game doesn't let me purchase them and gives me an unknown error.

  16. arena code not working

    I entered a 6-pack MOM arena code and it doesn't work for me. I don't remember sending any code for this set. Could you confirm if I am correct? Thank you :).A suggestion, you should implement some tool that will show the codes you used from each expansion. Another option would be to show the day the code was redeemed. Thank you

  17. I would like to buy <Opt> card style.

    Currently, the <Opt> card style cannot be purchased with in-game currency. This is because it is set up as an item that should be obtained with a promotional code. However, promotional codes have expired and are not accepted. If the only way to obtain card styles other than <Opt> is with a promotion code and the promotion code has expired, the setting should be changed so that the card styles can be purchased with in-game currency like other card styles.

  19. Draft token bought in store replaced arena open 20 point entry token

    on Thursday evening I bought a draft token
    the gold didn't go away right away... but the token displayed as purchased in the store.
    a while later, my arena open 20 point entry token was gone, the gold too, and the draft token had appeared.
    1. not sure that what's supposed to happen?
    2. can I get a arena open 20 point entry token back...?
    attached, 2 screenshots showing the tokens - and there was no arena open to spend the token on between 11/05 and 13/05...
