How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Store error: internal error

    I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

  3. Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

    The game continue crashing when we open it on IOS, it’s been 4 days now we can’t play…

  6. Mastery Pass Mythic ICR Not Awarded

    I received a mythic ICR at Level 8 on the New Capenna Mastery Pass, but did not receive one at level 11 on the pass. I got an uncommon ICR from the Daily Win rewards and should have received the pass' mythic ICR at the same time.

    Mythic Packs should be explained on the drop rates page, https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates

    Exactly what are the chances that the Mythic Rare slot can instead be a Rare wildcard -- is the most pressing issue.

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes.   12. Card bought does not shows in collection or deck

    I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

    Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
    J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

  16. Add store option to buy multiple packs with coins

    Please add an option in the store to allow the purchase of multiple packs with coins in one transaction. Each set release I buy 50-75 packs with coins but can buy only ONE pack per purchase, requiring 3 mouse clicks per purchase. WTF?

  17. Missing cards after purchase

    After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

    I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..
