PURCHASE PLANESWALKER PACKAGE
On 11/27/2021, I purchased a 4000 gold planeswalker bundle, but despite the fact that the coins have been scaled, the planeswalkers purchased are not in my collection.

Didn't recieve Mythic Wildcard when purchasing Mastery pass
I purchased the mastery pass with 3400 gems, and i should have received, among other prizes, 4 mythic wildcards.

Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001
I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...
I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.
EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

BUG: Gold reward for daily quests
I recently achieved two daily goals at the same time. When the prizes were rewarded, it showed two iterations of 1,000 gold. (not due to my mastery pass, I just completed level 77) My balance, however, only showed a 1,000 gold increase. I don’t know if the reward was mistakenly duplicated on screen, or if I did not receive the 1,000 additional gold. It doesn’t cause me too much grief, just something I noticed to be buggy.

Matchmaking
Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it. historic anthology always purchasable
Most of the time i can't build a fun deck because i don't have some of the historic anthology.
Why don't you make it always purchasable on the store?I know i can buy gems to buy pack and earn wildcards, but it's too much expensive in $$$. (example, i don't have the first 3 anthology, that means 108 rare and 24 MR) That's about 756 packs to buy the complete set (if my math is correct :D). (if you don't find any WC in the packs but that's impossible.)
That means about 700$ in gems.
Can you please add…

Selected card styles not appearing in game.
After purchasing several card styles and selecting them, they are not appearing in games. Currently on PC, all purchases were with gold for mystical archive Japanese Snakeskin Veil, Primal Command, Stone Rain, and Kaldheim Esika's Chariot. Purchase date was 4/23/21

Receiving a Mythic Rare wildcard in an opened pack did not increase my number of available Mythic Rare wildcards
This week I opened a pack that I had purchased in the store. It contained a Mythic Rare wildcard. Before opening that pack, I had 5 Mythic Rare wildcards available. After opening the pack, I still had 5 available; it did not increase as it should have. Playing on PC. One-time issue.

Duplicate Protection Failure
I bought a throne of eldraine booster for sale today. I opened it and got 20 gems. Digging through my collection, I discovered that there's plenty of rare cards in that set that i don't have 4 of.

Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...
This is a defect. Steps to repro:
- Open application
- Log in
- Navigate to the Store
- Select any item to purchase
Actual Result:
The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla
