How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I cannot see the advertised Jump In Token rewards in mastery pass, only the extra boosters/IRCs.

  9. M1 Mac when launching a game from Epic Store I have to click the button ~50 times

    I'm trying to launch the game from Epic Store and it always requires a lot of clicking. I need to spend about a minute launching the game.

    Video above attached of me trying to launch a game. Contacted the Epic Support - they told me to request help here.

  11. There’s no way to see item descriptions in the store

    Make it possible to see what items are and what they contain when shopping in the store. Whereas now, you can’t. I’m on an iPad. There’s literally no description for items. What’s the adventure bundle? What am I getting for $15? Long pressing doesn’t work. Tapping doesn’t work. How is this possible?

  12. Questionable math in Daily Deal

    Today's "Daily Deal" features a New Capenna Mythic Pack for "-15% OFF", which is strange because the deals usually say something like "15% OFF" or "50% OFF", without the negative sign. This led me to wonder if perhaps the deal price is actually HIGHER than normal, so I went to check it out. The regular price for the Mythic Pack is 260 gems and the deal price is 230 gems, so it is indeed a discount, but only 11.5% rather than 15%.

    Perhaps someone based the deal display on the regular (non-Mythic) pack cost of 200 gems? In that case,…

  13. Daily Deal lists false discount

    The daily deal for 8/23/2022 includes a mythic pack of Streets of New Capenna. It is listed as 15% off, but the actual discount is less than 12%. I guess I have to hope that this is mere negligence/incompetence, but regardless of the reason, players are owed recompense for this blatant false advertising.

    Hello, i buy for 3000 gold the alternative art of Rootbound Crag, Glacial Fortress, Drowned Catacomb, Sunpetal Groove and Dragonskull Summit from the store and after take me the gold i search them and i don't have them. I don't see them in the store again after that day. Please solve this problem. Thank you

  16. Not receiving any rare item from pack

    B ought a pack of Theros beyond death because I only have a few cards from that set, it gave me a gem voucher saying congratulations you've collected all rares from this set, except I haven't. It didn't even give me any actual gems either, so I got no rare card or gems from the pack I bought. Also I'm having to post this in the idea category because every time I try to report a bug it auto redirects me to this page, I have tried 4 times to fill out a ticket but it just keeps bringing me…

  20. Mythic Packs

    Hello, here some feedback:
    I came back to MtG Arena, because you implemented Mythic Packs and a display of the Vault progress! Finally, its possible to complete collections.
    I just saw this new features and I will again spend much money for MtG Arena.
    It is really rare that companies do such good moves!

    Next good move would be to make each and every cosmetic that ever existed available in the shop :) Don't have timely limited content!
